Took my car here for a complete exterior detail. My car turned out amazing and the worker I dealt with was very polite and answered any questions I had without a tude lol. The price was very fair I paid $130 out the door but my car wasnt in bad shape to begin with. I had a request with my custom rims and they said no problem at all I couldnt be more happier and will be returning every 5 months for a full exterior detail.... Going to try their hand wash next week Ill update on that.

Recently took my grandsons 2018 Explorer into Ann Arbor Auto Glow to have a window treatment put on it since we were traveling to North Carolina. This treatment that owner Corey put on the car was amazing. The rain just flew off it and made it so much easier to drive through the mountains. I would highly recommend this treatment an all the other services they perform. Wonderful service and prices.

Fantastic service. Got some vomit in my car over the weekend and they were able to get me in early Monday morning. It was not a pretty sight, but they were able to clean the whole interior perfectly at a very good price. Marcus was able to come back after hours to give me my keys, and was a huge help. The guys did an amazing job on my 2008 Jeep Patriot. A couple of months ago I accidentally left my sunroof open overnight and the next morning my entire car was flooded. They told me to bring it in immediately and they took care of it. I was able to pick it up the next day! Price was right and everyone was great. Would highly recommend!

7 year old compact SUV. Bought this when my first kid was born, now the oldest of 2. To say the inside was trashed would be an understatement. The car seats had never been removed. The outside had lots paint from rubs on the garage entry (wasn’t me). The car was nearly unrecognizable when I picked it up. Love these folks.

I sent my VW bug for detail for lease inspection. The carpet and mat were cleaned thoroughly. We had sunscreen marks on the the black leather seats. They managed to make the seats look brand new again. This is the first time I have the car detailed. I would absolutely go back and recommend.

I was in town for a football game and a fellow passenger started smoking in my rental car. I found Ann Arbor Auto Glow via the internet for detailing companies that could remove that smoke smell. Mr. Wallace personally greeted me and assured me that there would be no residual smell in the rental car. His staff was very professional and courteous and the work was done quickly! Mr. Wallace was a man of his word, there was no smoke smell at all! After a bad experience at my last detailer I went two years without cleaning my F350 SuperDuty and it was dirty. I found Autoglow of Ann Arbor and talked to Corey. He took it for the day and promised a good job, especially with removing pet hair from the carpet. I also asked him to find a coin I dropped weeks ago under the passenger seat. I picked it up the following morning and it was immaculate. Looked like a new truck. Best part is they found the coin after having to resort to pulling the passenger seat out of the truck. Purchased an Auto detail through ($100) Living Social for Ann Arbor Auto Glo. When I tried to several times to make an appointment, I was either sent to voice mail (6x) during regular business hours with no return call or was given the run around by the manager who was clearly trying to get out from under the commitment he made through Living Social. I cant speak to the quality of their work, but if the quality of the management is any indication, you will want to take your money elsewhere. The experience was so bad, that I won’t even try to redeem my coupon for face value. I would rather eat the $100 I paid for it.... as an aside, living Social refused to intervene or provide any refund. Living Social was quick to take my money, but completely failed to remedy a deliberate attempt by the vendor to avoid honoring my voucher. I no longer purchase any LS deals due to this experience.
