There was minimal wait time, and quick processing. Joe who helped me file my taxes explained into detail the process and was able to answer any questions I had regards to my taxes situation. He was knowledgeable and great . I would definitely recommend people to go to H&R Block.

Really upset with this year’s service. We had scheduled a sit down appointment which was two weeks ago. We got there and were told, no you’re dropping them off. I’ll call you in a day or two to go over your return. Still waiting! Tried calling and got cut off. We’ve been going here for years. We’ll be going elsewhere in the future. We just want our taxes!!

This place is awful. Been with h&r block for over 7 years and now Im just done with them all together. They are pathetic. They never answer the phone when you need help. Ive been calling for 3 straight days and been told its too busy or when I do get thru you guys hang up on me? when they did finally answer 3 days later not one single employee they have knows how to help or do anything that they should they just give you another number to call. I wish I could give them 0 stars because thats how much effort they out into helping their clients. I will not be coming here ever again and Ill make sure to tell everyone I know and on social media how bad H&R block really is.

Lubna Anwar was my tax lady. Due to pandemic and having no Free in person tax service I had to pay. She charged way to much. Gave me a rate and said it would not be more. After taxes where done she charged more and stated it was an estimate. Charged 411 to do taxes that took her 20 minutes to complete. Plus I got almost 3,000 more back last year and this year I even had income raise.Makes so sense. She showed little care about my situation as a single mom supporting my 2 kids on my own with no support. She seemed to care more about getting as much money in her pocket then anything. I dont and will never trust a person that is from another country again to do my taxes.

Lubna was great. Very helpful. She was great in 2019 and 2020. I will be back.

Took about two hours which I understand but I usually do my taxes by myself and needed a second opinion which I did recieve and I am very grateful for though I cant say if Ill return. Thats a long time ahead of me. Usually costs $50 per state when filing. This company charges $59.99. When I have 9 states to file...it gets spendy..quick. so yes thats always an issue with me filing with anyone because I dont ever pay that much when I file by myself but again the individuals here were able to straighten out what I was unable to do so I paid the extra..

You are very close to where I live and I had used an H&R Block office many years ago when I lived in GA. I was very pleased to find that Kristin Marshall was very knowledgeable and helpful and so I will return next year.

Kathryn was able to help me file correctly, made sure I was aware of all my options, and helped me to better understand the tax laws for my state.

She was super nice and if I had any questions she answered them in a way that I understand

Completely disappointed in how they handled our taxes. We had filled everything in on-line with their FREE service but it kept erring out so we went in to the office to see if they could figure it out. They entered in 2 numbers and charged us $130.

I believe it is easier to have a professional take care of my taxes. So I dont miss anything.

Came 10 min before our appointment time. Was told our lady is running an hour behind, We could drop our paper work off and they will get to it once they have time... didnt bother to call us to lets us know they are behind. First time ever going to h&r block and wife was greatly disappointed how unprofessional they acted. Will try another location, hopefully its an isolated incident.
