Outstanding service. I walked in to have my watch battery replaced. The staff were friendly and helpful and the battery was replaced while I waited, only about 10 minutes, for a very reasonable price.

I stopped in today for the first time to have a watch band adjusted. Such a lovely place. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the jeweler was clearly an expert. The store had a hand-picked selection of beautiful stuff ranging in price and style. They also had great safety measures in place for COVID.

I had such an amazing experience designing my engagement ring with Steve! I was very indecisive at different points and he was so patient and helpful. I had very little knowledge about diamonds and he sat down with me and gave me a complete crash course education. We had more fun and laughs throughout the process. I looked forward to each visit and he made me feel like family when I was there. My ring came out BEAUTIFULLY and I can’t wait to start the process of picking out our wedding bands. Steve is a true professional and I honestly can’t picture myself shopping anywhere else. Thank you Steve!💍

Brought in a watch that had a cracked crystal and also needed a new battery and strap. They had a nice selection of straps that fit the watch. The replacement battery and crystal were done within an hour. When I picked up the watch, the time and date were set. Overall, an excellent customer experience.

I Went to Nazarians to sell some jewelry that I recently had appraised. Steve was really nice and sat down with me to look at my pieces. He was really honest and gave me great info on the best way to sell them.

The staff was really friendly and nice. They greeted as soon as I walked into the store. They tried their best to help me find what I was looking for. The store was welcoming, clean, and cozy. Everything was so neatly displayed. Also, there was a wide selection of jewelry. They had other small trinkets as well like clocks and frames. The prices seemed fair. I think they offer items that can fit anyones budget.

Very disappointing experience here. I bought my fiancees engagement ring here from a guy named Gideon in 2018, and that went well. But unfortunately he left and when we went back for the wedding rings, Steve was useless. After we ordered our rings, he blew us off for over a month before finally telling us we could come in to look at what he had for us, which was nothing. He continually got our order wrong and we came in at least four times, never with anything to show for it. It ended up being a huge waste of time, and we probably should have just walked out after Steve used a racial slur in a conversation with us (the context is relevant, but the action is still not excusable). We did not end up buying here and will not go back. Save yourself a lot of time and go someplace else.
