Called and asked about a repair, and he told me earnestly of which places he would recommend for the repair. This level of earn nature and honesty is much appreciated and should be commended. For all other repairs I plan to work with him in the future because of this.

Absolutely the greatest! I had/have an issue with my laptop not starting up and he fixed it by the next day! There were even further issues with the booting to which he immediately tried his hardest to fix. Great price, superior quality, incredibly responsive... perfect!

Im so glad I brought my laptop here. The diagnostics determined it was not worth fixing and that was what I needed to know. Brian strikes me as a very conscientious person. His follow up was fast as he wanted to let me know that it would be best not to try to fix it. He offered some strategies on what to look for in my next laptop. He has my business from now on (although I hope I wont need it!).
