Paul is a great computer expert. There have been a few times where I try to explain the problem - he knows exactly what I am talking about. His prices are reasonable. He will only do the necessary things to fix your computer. Never upsells. I highly recommend Paul for your computer problems. I will add that parking is ample.

I had the owner take the contents off a hard drive of an old computer that stopped working and move it to a new, removable hard drive in one day. Simple for them but saved me as I thought I lost everything! They also took some old equipment I did not want. The service could not have been better!

Nice guy and very helpful. He wasnt able to recover my data on my very old computer but he was truthful about it. He has some awesome comic artwork to look at and that made up for it. I would recommend giving him a try if the need arises.

Have a computer completely fail and stuck on bios screen that I use to do Multi Media Design (I spent weeks trying to figure it out myself). Took it to Ask Paul Computer Repair. Awesome customer service!!! walked me through the entire process of figuring what was wrong with my system. Unreal quick repair time!!!! I was up and running the next day! I have asked Paul 3 times and have not been disappointed.About 6 months ago, my hard drive crashed he had one one site all ready loaded with Win 10, I was up and running in less than an hour. Working from home that was huge.About 1 year ago, I had a old computer with Window ME on it. With many old DOS games and stuff. Some fault took place in the OS and I was not able to start up in anything but safe mode. Paul was able to update the OS to Win 7 and save all the data on the hard drive.Paul is a miracle worker. A dying breed, most IT solutions are replace. Paul can repair.

Pauls got us in very close to closing time to check out my sons computer. Turns out my sons computer would cost about the same as buying a new one. He then went into his office and looked up comparable computers that we could purchuse and printed the page up. GREAT customer service. We will differently be back!!
