I thought some malware had been downloaded into my tower. Brought the computer into the geeks and they thoroughly checked it out. They also increased the RAM from 4 to 16. It is operating much faster now.

I found Visiting Geeks because I was trying to determine if my 10 year old MacBook Pro was worth trying to fix or if I should just scrap it and get a new laptop. Through email we looked up the serial number and specs and it was their recommendation that it was worth repairing. Honestly, I was skeptical as this laptop was so slow, it took 30 minutes to turn on and I couldnt even do zoom calls on it during the pandemic. I took their recommendation for repairing it and Im very happy I did. Their recommendation was to replace the hard drive with a SSD and to add RAM and they gave me a very reasonable quote for the parts and labor ahead of time. When I got it back I couldnt believe how fast it was and how well it was working. It started right up, it was unbelievably fast, I was able to do zoom calls on it and able to open large files without an issue. I was very happy with their work, it was repaired quickly, they were responsive to my original inquiry, and the work came in at the price they quoted. Im so happy I listened to them and got my macbook repaired and didnt scrap it for a new one. I have a iMac that Im going to be bringing back to have serviced by them also and I would recommend them to anyone.

Lied lied lied I fixed with no parts myself after research and they were going to charge my money for what parts.So went there keyboard came out of my laptop i thought it yanked put wasnt sure. They quoted 90.00 for parts and repair. They wanted me to leave deposit I said no i qant to see whats wrong 1st. After 90 for labor and repair i went home researched and found out that the keyboard just needs to be put back in place took my less that a minute more like 10 seconds in real it works now and cost me less time to find solution then to drive the 2 blocks beware how could you lie and take advantage of someone you could have charge like 10 to 15 to put back in place. Luckily I am smart and did my research. I only brought there cause I figured maybe it be an easy fix and cost me under 20 since it was a small issueDont go hear unless you want get ripped off
