By far the best auto shop I have ever used and I have been to a few. 😊 I had issues with my car that not even Ford could figure out.... But the guys at Elm Street sure did. I will never go anywhere else! Thanks boys!

The gentlemen at Elm St. Auto are incredibly nice and understanding. I honestly cant say enough about them! Even Spike, their guard dog is absolutely just the sweetest little soul. If I could give more than 5 stars I would without hesitation.

This is the worst towing truck place I had ever and will ever use in my life. I lack vocabulary to express the shocking exploitative experience the manager gave me and his poor customer services. I will not recommend this place for any person at all. You can only use this place when you are left with no other alternative and you are desperately in need to come out of a dangerous place. Their customer’s relation is 0%, customer’s exploitation = 100%. Bad product to recommend for anybody.

From the tow to there work. All of the guys was amazing, excellent and knowledge . Great guy to work with. Anybody that lives in that area should go to them. I will recommend them to family members that lives in the area.

DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!! I wish there was zero star option for this business. By far the worst towing company I ever encountered.They charge outrageous amounts of money for tows that the fees for them are regulated. Everything was double than it should. When the manager was asked why his answer was:because I can. MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR RECIPT WHEN YOU GET IT.Also dosent let people pay with a card, its cash only he said, dont want the government here.Cant make this stuff up. How these people are still in business?BEWARE!!

Great service and reliability. Always there when you need them and always fair and reasonable pricing. One of the best auto repair shops around. Where you get the service you expect without have to wonder if there trying to cut corners or do the easiest fix. It is done right the first time. At prices anyone can afford.

I called after noon on Wednesday hoping they could replace my (Subaru) headlight before Friday afternoon when I would be heading home to Pennsylvania and was told to bring the car in now and they would do the job this afternoon. Done in less than 2 hours and at a reasonable price. Replacing headlights in modern cars is not easy. Getting it done now is amazing. Convenience to my location and other good reviews made me pick Elm Street and I am glad I did. Thank you Elm Street Automotive Repair.

I cant speak for their car repair expertise, but I got into an accident recently and the police called Elm Street Automotive to tow my car. They did a great job towing the car, but also were extremely accommodating while I was waiting for a rental car. Great people to deal with; thanks again Ron.

My car was involved in collision at 139 Dascomb Road and was towed to this garage at the request of Andover Police though the car was still drivable. The distance was 2.6 mile from Google Map. Here is the charge (see the image)1) Extra Man $502) Towing from Dascomb to Lupine: $1083) Fuel Charge: $124) Towing Charge $108 (out of his garage yard and I was not allowed to have AAA to enter the yard so that he can charge on this. Please note that I could drive the car out of his yard)5) Extra Miles: $266) Road Service Charge: $757) Storage Charge: $708) Labor Charge $50Total Amount $499Ron was arrogant. There is no customer service here at all. He would not release my car until I paid him the full amount in bank check.If you think about going to this place for car service, use your own judgement

No type of consideration . and actually very disrespectful over the phone...charged 160 to tow your car from two streets away plus $30 per day..
