When installing our solar the guys found a rats nest in our insulation. I called Big Time to see if they could come check it out before the solar guys put the panel in place and Kelly was there within an hour and a half! He walked me through everything, checked the whole house, exterior and the attic, and explained exactly what he looks for. He didnt talk down to me or treat me how some technicians will when dealing with a woman, he was very friendly and clear and really made the whole process easy. I absolutely trust that he didnt try to upsell me or overcharge me or anything, and their bimonthly service is exactly what I need at a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend them, great service from the people I spoke to in the office as well as the technician. Just very professional and friendly all around.

I had Big Time do a secondary inspection of my home after escrow closed. They were significantly more thorough than the original inspection, and found 5x more termite activity. I was very impressed with their professionalism throughout the whole process, and they were quick with scheduling the extermination.Since the first full service, I have had Big Time come to my house to treat for ants and check on my rat traps. The technicians are very kind and helpful, and I am overall impressed with their work. The office staff is also responsive, and they communicate clearly, answering all of my questions. I highly recommend this company.

The technician appeared to perform a thorough inspection under our house, which was no small feat. He was also responsive to questions I had regarding the yard. He measured the house and explained potential charges. I never felt pressured. I also did not feel mis-lead or like I was being taken advantage of. We are still deciding if the gamble is worth the investment, which seemed reasonable for prevention.

At first, I very much enjoyed the service from Big Time Pest Control. The technicians were, for the most part, always professional. When I signed up for the year long service I was not told about how after the year contract was up that I would still be getting charged monthly. After visiting my residence without leaving any sort of a notice, as well as getting three months of charges I did not approve, I was unhappy to say the least. When I attempted to call to resolve this problem the unfitting woman on the phone, I believe she called herself Becky, was actually the reason for me ending my service completely. Her ignorant speech and lack of professionalism will leave me to never employ business with this company again. She scoffed at me on the phone when I originally called to settle the matter, laughing at my monetary situation - amidst a pandemic that had left how many unemployed! Now that my residence is no longer getting sprayed there is no difference whatsoever in the amount of bugs and spider webs. Apparently they were supposed to be de-webbing my house the whole time I was paying them, that wouldve been nice!Edit - note the disappointing and caddy response: perfect example of the lack of professionalism!

We were painting our home and saw what we thought might be termites and they were able to come and spray the same day I called them. Then two days later they came and did a termite inspection.

I love Big Time. I called them a few years ago to deal with a persistent rodent problem that my current pest person at the time could not handle. Big Time came in and got the job done! They made a plan of attack and followed through with it over the course of two months. After the rodent problems was dealt with it was an easy call to switch over the Big Time full time, and Ive been happily with them since.

So far, so good. Every time we have a pest invading our space theyve taken care of it no later then the next day. Weve had camel spiders, Woodhouse spiders, and invasions, fly bombardment all taken care of. Thank you!

Mike did a good job on 1-11. I have a rodent problem in the attic and a trap was placed in the attic. It is only accessible from inside the house. Please call the day before you come out so we can make sure we are home when you come out to check the trap.

We got ahold of BTPC because we had an infestation of ants and spiders. They came out and took care of it ASAP. One visit and I didn’t see any ants or spiders at all! Once a month they came and their technician showed great professionalism and was friendly as well. I highly recommend them!

The guy how came to make a determination of what’s needed was great. Did a good job of explaining the problem and the solution. The job hasn’t been done yet. Not till Monday. So results are still a week away. It was quite a bit more expensive than I was expecting thought. And I was just expecting a one time thing not a bi-monthly on going expensive. But will see after the year of spraying if I will continue after the service I’ve agreed to.

These guys are wonderful! Ive had them come out on a regular basis for two years because originally we had a lot of mice. We are really pretty far out in the mountains from their offices in Redding, and some companies wont come this far without extra fees. The small bill every other month (about $70) was reasonable, but after a year or so I wondered if we still needed them because the mouse problem went away; on the other hand they check for other critters like termites, wasps, etc. as part of the deal. But about two months ago we started hearing an animal or animals in our bathroom wall! One late Saturday night I heard a scrabbling in the ceiling! Putting my ear next to the shower one early morning I was sure I could hear sharp claws scraping. I called Big Time Pest Control and they came out with several guys and inspected both the ceiling and the basement, and set various traps and baits. Then they came up a week later to check things. To my complete suprise they didnt charge me anything for either visit, telling me they do any kind of special treatment for regular customers without extra charge! Very nice and friendly too. Had the tech come out to deweb and spray...tech didnt deweb anything. Very frustrated. I have webs that hold spiders on my kitchen widows. And its a one story house. Not hard. They told me they deweb and spray...still have ants.I hope next time the tech can do a better job. Rating will go up when service improves.

We have been using them for quite some time to help keep up with all the spiders we have down here by the river. One day we were overwhelmed by a swarm of terminates coming out of a dead tree stump. Literally thousands filled the air resembling what I assume a plague of locusts would look like. I called big time pest control and within minutes they were here inspecting our house and yard. Thankfully no termite damage on the house, but we are now treating/baiting the yard and dead tree to prevent them from making to our house. So thankful for Joshua explaining everything and reassuring me they could take care of everything and will warranty their work.

I have 1 field mouse & 1 juvenile rat that have decided I offer the nicest B&B in town. I have made numerous attempts to get rid of them...it was time to bring in the pros. BTPC showed up with the necessary experts, listened to my experiences to date and proceeded to set traps in the best, likely places for a successful outcome. Theyll even come back to remove the bodies when they meet their demise.

Richard came as a follow up to spray our storage facility because it was raining when the regular person came. I was concerned that we didn’t have enough bate boxes so he cked the entire facility & made pertinent suggestions as to where another box should be placed. He also left some traps that we can loan to tenants that might have a current rodent issue. He is extremely professional & conscience!

What a joke, dont hire these guys. I bought a house last year and the seller hired these guys to do a home inspection. They hit her with a $6000 repair bull and didnt fix most of the stuff. They had $1500 dollars in the bid to repair the garage doors and when the time came they were only going to replace 1 2x4. After lots of headaches they finally agreed to replace them. Well now 4 months later my garage doors are useless. They wont open or close. They quoted a bunch of ratertails that needed to be replaced then when time came to perform the work they said on second thought they were ok. That was $2000 for nothing. The $300 window they were going to replace amounted to picking up an old window that was laying around and putting 2 screws in to hold it up. There was a bunch of little things they had and Im slowly finding that they never did any of it. Seriously if you are going to hire a home inspection use someone else, save your money. In the end I could have had a handy man do the same work for >$500 and it probably would have been better quality.
