I wouldnt use them again they destroyed our home and I understand the things that they had to do but if they would have told me that clothing needed to be spread out I would have done it and they messed up the blinds and most of all I think I deserve some of my money back on the floor because 1600dollars is a lot of money

Very professional and thorough service call. The technician made sure our concerns were met and explained to us how everyone is having a problem with the large mosquito looking bugs. Terminix should be proud to have him as a representative of their company.

I always request Benny as my TERMINEX Tech as he is very thorough and conscientious. I was unable to be home for the inside treatment so Benny cheerfully returned and as usual did a great job in a very timely manner. Benny is always so polite and very personable and I think he should get a raise! 😊

I dont exactly know what they did, but we have not had any pest problems for the last two seasons! Kim is knowledgeable and cordial We enjoy her company and look forward to her visits. Terminix is the best!

We have been using Terminix for a year or so now. We have never had any issues with the service or those who have come out to spray our home. They are also very good at working around my work schedule. So far, they have been great!!

Terminix has always been our selection for home owners pest control. Kevin, is the employee who handles our pest control problems at our residence in Anderson, SC. He is very neat, professional and knowledgeable about the products that his company offers home owners.If any problems arise prior to next pest control treatment Kevin is always willing to make a trip back to our residence and retreat areas where problems exist. Great job and company to have as a provider for pest control treatment.

Staff is friendly enough, but the product they use must be horrible. After first visit, still seen a roach, many spiders, ants pouring into the kitchen and one praying mantis. Second visit yesterday 9/14/20 ants came back in. It’s like the product they are using is baiting them in???

I Paid $300 for someone to staple screens to my mother’s house and put a few traps in the crawl space. The guy was supposed to come back in two weeks to check the traps but we had to call him to get him back out there. My mom lives in SC so I thought a big company like Terminix would be a good bet to have snakes removed from her house. Costly mistake!When the guy came back out he had an attitude and said to my mother that she got a deal!Please avoid this company’s wildlife service at all costs! Totally unprofessional!

Have used Terminex for termite and pest control since 1998, We have been very pleased with their service.

I have been really disappointed in the service. Our initial technician when we signed up was great. He covered everything and was personable. After he moved on, we had several service calls with pretty bad service. I comlained and was going to cancel but they talked me into another shot. The manager came out and walked a new guy through the proper way to do it and all was well. Until the new guy also left. My last service the guy walks in while I am working in my office. He walked the house in a couple of rooms then tells me he is done. When I questioned him about if he sprayed all the required locations he said of course he did that he knew what he was doing. I explained that he never came in my office, nor my kids room beside me nor the bathroom and I never heard him go up the steps and it was too fast to have covered the house properly. He insisted he did even though I knew he had not. Then he went outside and barely sprayed the exterior and then when he came to get me to sign I asked about getting the cob webs down. He told me he was going to do that after I signed (yeah right). I have of course not heard back for my follow up treatment, nor have they called to schedule my next treatment. I am now due to renew my termite too, so I guess I need to start looking for another reliable company for both Termite and Pest Control after 3 years with Terminex.
