I have been a customer for many years Micheal Hughes normally does my service. He is always on time answers all my questions very professional. He is pleasant and friendly I enjoy our conversations they are informative. I am pleased with how effective they chemicals work. I now do the three month plan. I highly recommend Hired Killers and especially Micheal.

Hired killers has taken care of my house for almost 7 years and I have never had a problem. The technicians are respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. I had a new technician named William visit today and he was fantastic! Addressed my questions and was professional all the way around.I did ask if I could take this picture, and with humility he said that was fine! He looked around and asked about the shed and what needed to be done with that.He demonstrated care! If you need pest control services, I recommend Hired Killers and also that you ask for William! I had made a started to make an appointment with them and didnt finish. About week later they came and asked if I needed and said no. He was very polite when doing so and little did he know I only canceld cause my mothers health took turn for worse and will be passing anytime soon. I couldnt hold it in and started to weep a lil. While the gentlemen got some paperwork for me to sign and I just ended up spilling all this emptiness I had inside at that moment and why I didnt want to go through with it cause didnt want chemicals going when shes attatched to oxygen. This man Michael a stranger whom I never met, took the time to listen to me and even offered me some money for food. I was so moved by his kindness and told him finaciallly Im blessed but if he could ever take time to say a prayer for my mom that would be priceless. This man Micheal then proceeds to take off his hatt and place hand on my shoulder and gave a most beautiful prayer I was moved by his kindness. I absolutly recommend these men and especially micheal who should be given raise thank you so much.

I have had Micheal Hughes come to my house for some time now and he is always professional and friendly. He is Always punctual and efficient! Thank you for doing such a great job!

BLUF: Company does not honor invoice amount. Will send another invoice after the initial asking for more money.Service was OK but not phenomenal for the price. They did come during COVID-19 and the tech wore a respirator. The reason for the poor review and why you should stay away (or at least from the Anderson, SC location) is they dont honor their invoices. The service tech wrote an invoice for the services performed and I paid the invoice in full, online the same day as the service. A week later I received another invoice in the mail for nearly the same amount as I had paid. I called customer support and they said the tech wrote an incorrect invoice amount. Is that my fault? An honorable company would have eaten the extra charge to at least keep me as a future customer but they did not.

Michael has always been very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous! We have had others come out to service for hired killers and nothing compares to him. We only request him for all of our pest needs!! He is awesome!

6/24/2019 - UPDATE - Another year and Michael continues to represent the company well. Michael Hughes is an asset to your company. He did what he needed to do quickly and efficiently. Once done with the outside he went over some tips to help keep the bugs at bay. Great job. Would highly recommend. Competitive pricing as well.

Have had Hired Killers since owning our home. Michael Hughes is always on time and communicates well. He answers any questions we have and makes sure we are comfortable.

Had ants trying to move into our garage. Michael from hired killers came out and really went the extra mile. Not only did he spray around the garage, he searched our entire yard for ant nests and sprayed them too. The whole time he educated me on the types of ants he was seeing and what to do to deter them. Really great service, thanks Mike!

Anna is who normally comes out and does the quarterly spray. She is always nice, professional and does a thorough job. Hired Killers Pest Control is a great company and their customer service is great. My only wish is that they would give a little more advance notice on when theyre coming out for the quarterly, they call the day before service and I always have to reschedule.

I was very satisfied with Hired Killers. I was able to call them on Monday and have someone come out on wed. DANNY was our pest guy to come out, he was right on time and very nice to talk to. Also answered any questions I had to ask and gave me very good information on how to keep up treatment and what to do. I would recommend hired killers and ask for DANNY!!!!

Came out to my house to do a termite inspection. Charged me 85 dollars to tell me my crawl space entrance was blocked and they couldn’t get under the house. I guess moving a rake, shovel, and leaf blower was just too much to ask. If you want a company that will rip you off, I suggest you pick this company.

We had a problem with spiders and had our home sprayed. We waited 90 days to give the application time to work. It did not work so we called back for another application. We were told that theres only a 30 day guarantee on the work. Not a very good guarantee in our opinion.

Chip came out today and sprayed the yard and house. Great service and will continue to use this service.
