The staff here is incredibly friendly!They were running a few minutes behind this morning, but that didn’t stop them from going right in and getting four customers set up immediately! And with a cheery attitude as well! Everyone went straight to work and I watched as the owner went around making sure everyone had what they needed while welcoming them to the salon. I blinked and I was settled in to my pedicure chair with a towel across my lap (to keep warm because I had to gather my long dress on my lap), massage chair on, purse situated and foot bath already warming my feet!They work quickly and efficiently, delivering a more than satisfactory service. I am more than looking forward to my next visit!

Walk ins only on Saturday but I didn’t wait but 5 minutes! Very friendly and professional! Beautiful work! And great prices!!

One week after getting a gel manicure and my nails look like this . Normally a gel manicure lasts about 3 weeks . I will not go back to this place such a rip off .

I have several rare auto immune diseases. I have a fully federal regulated trained service dog. He has papers, a card, and a vest stating his abilities and why I need him at all times. I was denied entry and was told it didnt matter. This is the first time a salon has denied me entry. They tried to state dhec said no animals no matter arent allowed. Ill be calling my attorney Monday about this. I feel they discriminated against my rights.

Took an elderly long time friend of the family here yesterday for her very first mani-pedi in her life. Osteoporosis has made her toenails like steel and convinced her to go. She got her nails a beautiful soft pink and while she shrugged it off at the time when commented on later she was beaming. Very very pleased with the care and Love these guys gave her and allowed me too take and make calls and emails. Simply the Best

I have been unsatisfied with prior place I was going to. Been to a couple different ones & I think pro nails is my choice. They will see me more often. Ben did a great job on my nails, she helped me be comfortable & made sure I was satisfied. Fantastic job.

The lady was kindve rough with my nails. The polish is already starting to cheap after a few days. They charge high prices for just getting your nails done with one color.

I absolutely love the staff. Been a customer for a while now and will continue to be.

This place is awesome! better then any nail salon in anderson. they offer a lot more service like different acrylic powders, diamonds, and stickers. very friendly staff today was my first day going there i highly recommend it! also ben is awesome!

Called and asked about prices and whether or not I needed an appointment. It was 2 hours before closing time. Prices were normal, and on Friday and Saturday, you just walk in, no appointment needed. Well, we live roughly a mile away, so we hopped in the car a took off. Got into the door and was told that they were closed. Explained that I had just gotten off the phone with someone, and was told to come on in. Was still turned away. Ive never used this place before, and I never will.

The first time I went it was awesome. I got a full gel set which was perfection. And the pedicure... OMG! The only guy in there does the best pedicures!!! My Brazilian wax was great as well, she took her time and made sure I was comfortable. The second time... Pedicure was on point again but the lady who did my nails was not there. The lady who replaced her was not very nice actually borderline rude, didnt know what she was doing, she had to constantly ask for help from another tech who already had a customer. But in the end my nails came out beautifully.

The staff was so nice and I got an amazing pedicure. If I lived near by this would be the only place I would go. Loved it there

These guys are awesome!! I referred many of my friends to Pro Nails in Anderson and theyve all been very pleased with the service. Ive been going there for the last two years and I cant imagine going anywhere else. Theyre very talented and the service is phenomenal! I always feel welcome when I walk in there and for me thats priceless.

The only place I get my nails done. The environment is great and the results are wonderful so you may have to wait your turn but its worth it. Id recommend them to anyone.

Where do I begin? I went here for the first time last week with a friend to get a pedicure. I asked for gel nails with a French tip. I don’t know if he forgot that’s what I asked for, or if he just didn’t want to do it, but he just used regular polish. I would have corrected the error, but by the time I realized he wasn’t doing gel, he was already acting frustrated about the whole thing, and I’m not one to complain in the moment because I feel awkward saying anything. So I just let it go, figuring it probably wouldn’t be that bad. As a result, it was chipping by the end of the day.The biggest difficulty is that no one there seemed to speak English well enough for me to clearly express what I was wanting in a way that could be understood. I tried so many times to say that I wanted the French tips straight across, and not curved, but he didn’t seem to know what I was saying... so I tried pointing and gestures, but to no avail. He then began to act as if I was picky and demanding, and started speaking to all the other technicians about me in a mocking way. They laughed and shook their heads at me like I was stupid. I’m not a rude customer at all, so I think if I’m paying for a service to be performed, it isn’t too much to ask to be treated kindly.The top coat that was put on my toenails was sticky and smudged on every single nail before I even left the shop. And instead of clear, my nails had an odd translucent purple polish put on them that took on a neon hue in the dark and would glow. (????)My husband called the shop before I went in to ask their prices, because he kindly offered to pay for mine (and my friend’s) and wanted to make sure he sent enough money with me. They told him $30 for the deluxe. The guy charged me an extra $5 for being picky! What?!?! All I wanted was for the tips to be straight across and not curved! How is that being picky?! In addition to this, I gave both he and the man who did my friends nails a nice tip. I wish now that I hadn’t even bothered. My feet look TERRIBLE... even my husband noticed, and told me he could have done a better job. I will never go back there, and don’t recommend that anyone else go either!

Ended up walking out after a 90 minute wait. The first 2 times I went here I loved it, then after the 3rd visit I quit going here because the guy wanted to charge me $5 extra just because the polish I chose had glitter in it. So, today I thought I would give them another chance, they failed! They directed me to a pedi chair where I waited 90 minutes and 2 customers who arrived after me were their focus. Upon leaving, I heard a snarky comment from one of the guys who work there about we are busy, the problem is not their volume- the problem is they dont care about losing a paying customer twice. I sit at TopNail on Greenville Street as I write this- a much cleaner and friendlier, more relaxing business where I was told upon arriving how long my wait will be. Thats how a business should operate, not shoo customers to a chair and then forget about them as eventually you will run off all your customers this way.

They did a great job on my pedi and nails, I told them I didnt have much time and they had someone see me right away, so there was no wait. I got the full set and pedi, all within a little over an hour. The price was better than most Also! Very friendly service. Do the delux pedi, its great.
