Brandy is absolutely Amazing!! She has done wonders with my hair!! The salon is a fun, welcoming and warming place to be!! PLUS who wouldnt love all the other things the salon offers like massage, facials nails, makeup, jewelry, tshirts, etc... Clip Zone is great! Brandy Kerr is my hairdresser and she is AMAZING! She always runs on time, gives me a great cut, and is an absolute sweetheart. Her assistant, Kelsey, gives the best scalp massages when washing my hair, too! The salon has a little clothing and gift shop inside, as well. It always has really unique and fun merchandise.

Usually I love Clip Zone. Yet for the past two weekends I have spent over two-and-a-half 3 hours in this establishment. The first weekend it was to get mine and my best friends hair done, by a level 3... Paying over $400- she didnt get what she wanted and neither did I. Thats why we were back there this past weekend. They fixed hers- thankfully. Yet my experience with the lady does facials isnt worth the energy to explain.

First girl did half my color correctly and rushed the second half, which didn’t show up at all. She agreed to redo the second half for free. I came back, she admits she was rushing before because she lost her wedding ring while doing my hair and was upset. I appreciated that honesty. She then does some color, but not what all was agreed. When I asked about it, she said that would be extra. I’m not about to argue with someone who has bleach on my head, so I agreed and ended up paying for my ‘free redo’. I schedule my follow up and am quoted, by the stylist, that the follow up/touch up will be $47.My first wash, all the color from the second trip came out.I call & ask for a higher level girl for my follow up. They apologize and assign me someone new. I told them that the first girl was going to be $47, and asked the price for the higher level girl. They said $54 for level two. Ok. The day of the appointment, I get called and asked to reschedule because she is behind schedule. They assign me to a different level two the next day instead, still quoting $54.As I’m leaving for my appointment, I’m called and told she is out sick today, and they try to book me next week. I explained the ordeal so far, and they assign me to a level one girl. I expressed my concern due to the issues with the first level one girl. They insist she knows what she is doing. I’m quoted back to $47.I come in. Mind you, my last appointment was during the mandate, and all employees were masked. Today, 3 employees have masks on. I’m already uneasy at this, but figure a worker will likely put one on if they see I’m wearing one. My girl greets me maskless and talks for a while before asking if I want her to wear one. I let her know that would make me way more comfortable and thank her. She wears one. She says she doesn’t know if the color I want can happen, even though it worked for half my hair before. I tell her if she can’t do what I’m asking, then to just dye it all black. She claims she can do it so we proceed.She gets several foils in before saying she ‘can’t do all the tiny pieces on top, so we won’t do those’. Again, if you couldn’t do all of my hair, you shouldn’t have agreed to. And again, I’m not going to argue with someone with bleach on my head, so I just accept it.I sit for a while with bleach, feeling it start to burn, (doesn’t usually) before she runs over with someone else and tells her to check my hair bc she is still working on someone else. This other girl looks and immediately rinses, starting on color.My original girl comes back to finish me up. I don’t notice right away bc she is behind me, but she didn’t bother to put her mask back on when returning to work on me.I turn to the mirror for the final product- she managed to get the EXACT color I wanted -except where she ‘just couldn’t do it’. I thank her and go to pay, figuring I will forget the whole ordeal leading up to this since she did her best and was obviously double booked to get me in. I give a tip, and get told my total is now $87!!! I ask what it was before the tip and they say $75. I let her know that is not what I was told it would be. She insists they can’t quote on the phone. I explain the whole ordeal above, and that it was to be $47. She says that the girl had to ‘add other stuff to get the color I wanted so it’s more. And if I’m so concerned with cost, I need to talk to the stylist before they start working on me’. I reiterate, that my original appointment was quoted BY the stylist to be $47 when I come back. And the people on the phone CONFIRMED this when I got assigned to someone else. She shrugs, fake sorry, and puts the card reader in front of me.I’m not about to be arrested for walking out on a bill, and see this woman is not going to acknowledge ANY of the mistakes leading to this, so I tell her I will keep this in mind the next time I go anywhere, I pay, and walk out.I should have spoken up more in person, but it’s scary to argue with people putting chemicals on your head, and I try to give people the benefit of the doubt.

The service messed up my hair when i went in for a recolor. They ended up dying it red the first tike and when i asked them to fix it the where going to charge me more and then ended up dying my hair dark drown so now my hair is two tone. I do not appreciate being told that i was going to have to pay more to fix the hair dressers screw up. Requested that the manager/owner/ supervisor call me for resoulation and has not done it. Im exteremly disappointed by their lack of concern with the satification of their customers. At this point i would not recommend clipzone to anyone.

They helped me get a perm for my 94 year old mother. What could have been a painful experience for me and/or my mom turned into a pleasurable experience. Everyone was helpful and kind from the first phone call to walking out the front door when we were done. We will go back.

All I needed was a haircut and my hair thinned out. After discussing with Jared we decided on putting layers in my thick hair. However it looks like only the left side of my hair is layered and my hair was only thinned on the ends. I have rather thick hair and needed to be thinned out all the way through. My hair is choppy and not at all worth the price I paid. I would not recommend going to this place. Look elsewhere. Jared was friendly but seemed to be rushing through everything.

Samantha at ClipZone is the only person I trust in the world with my hair cut, color, and style. She honestly is just an incredible human on every level. The way she listens to you about what you want, and realistically let’s you know what she thinks- it’s wonderful. She’s always willing to try new things and change it up. Her artistry/passion for making people look and feel like the best version of themselves is easy to see. Every time I leave her chair I am thankful that she exists in the world with so much talent and kindness and I never look better. Not only is the ambiance at ClipZone artsy, clean, and laid back- they offer you a free beverage and their staff is friendly. I highly recommend ClipZone but I super highly recommend Samantha.

The staff is nice and the atmosphere is alright and that’s about it. Outrageous prices. Did a poor job of cutting my child’s hair although he sat pretty still for his age. And 90$ to cut an adult woman’s hair is just utterly ridiculous. Definitely need a bigger place the stylists need more room between booth areas.

ClipZone is a great place to have toot hair tended to. From highlights to full color to simple or high maintenance cuts, they do it all. The staff is always friendly. There are free beverages offered each visit, hair products for sale and even a small boutique inside selling stylish clothing and jewelry. I highly recommend going to ClipZone.

I havent had my hair cut in 14 yrs, so I was extremely nervous when I came in for my appointment. The staff at the counter were very polite and greeted me as soon as I walked in. My hair stylist was Megan Gregory and she was absolutely amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and I trusted her to make me feel & look great, which I did! Plus, she was very informative and knew exactly what style I wanted & the length that would fit my hair texture best. I know its not easy to work with thick & curly hair, but she made mine look beautiful! Ill be coming back for my touch-up!

Used to be a good place but now seems to value client quantity over quality. Assistants now do most the work rather than the beautician I schedule with. My hair turns out ok i guess, but not anywhere near as good as it used to.

Bailey Martin is hands down the best hairstylist I’ve ever worked with! She’s always ready to do fun colors and work with any sort of idea. I drive over two hours every couple of months to have her work on my hair! Every time I come here it’s a great time and absolutely perfect results! 10/10 will go again!

Today was only the 3rd time in my life that I have been to a beauty salon and I am 44 years old. I wanted a hair cut and perm. I was very anxious but Mrs. April made me feel at home. The salon was impressive and she had a lot of knowledge about everything to keep my hair healthy. My cut and perm turned out superb!!! I feel like a new woman. I would recommend this salon and of course Mrs. April to all😍

I have been here a couple times now and I really love it. Heather is an excellent hair stylist and helped me find a color and cut that compliments the shape of my face as well as my skin tone.Everyone here is so friendly and just makes you feel so confident in yourself. Changing your look can be scary, but the staff here makes you feel supported and confident.

Called to get a massage, got told they no longer offer those... even though its on the website. So i asked for a facial. Got there and they had me down for a wax, not a facial. Went to get my hair done afterwards and the colors turned out good, stylist was nice, but i felt like i left with an incomplete haircut. They try to fit too many people in in a day and the stylists arent able to fully focus on one person. The salon is supposed to be relaxing and i just felt rushed out of the chair. All the staff walks around on their phones, youre supposed to be professionals, Cell phone usage makes you look unprofessional, especially while working on clients. I wont be back, thats for sure. False advertising. Rushed hair cut. And unprofessional employees. I would not recommend going here if you are looking to relax.

Got hair color, purple. It totally faded after 2 weeks. After paying about $150. I usually get the same thing and the price is always different. They dont tell you the price before they start. I like the girls who work here but the owner didnt want to help fix my hair due to their one week policy. Yes, because I want to pay that much money for my hair to only look good for one week. I wont be returning. If you have lots of time and money then this is the place for you. If not, find someone who will stand behind their work... Basically any other salon.

Great hair styling/colouring services. Everyone is very friendly, the atmosphere is wonderful, the prices arent TOO expensive. Do not recommend the nail service. Its just not what theyre good at. Overall, theyre wonderful, but that part of the salon needs some improvement.

The ONLY place in Anderson I would get my hair cut. The stylists are professionals and the service is beyond superb. They even serve you drinks while you wait. Call ahead for an appointment, their excellence is no secret.

I always go to Sam for a brow wax every 6-8 weeks and she does an AMAZING job. Most women in my family have been going to Heather for quite some time and they all swear by her, and from what I’ve seen she’s phenomenal. Good prices, the friendliest staff AND the place is ALWAYS clean. I recommend this salon to anyone looking and I haven’t had a complaint yet.

I had Jared Cash cut and color my hair and he is Wonderful! I went in feeling pretty bad I had just lost my dad and calling hours were that night. I told Jared make me at least look good its in your hands! He was GREAT! He cut my hair, colored it and I felt like a new person. He made me look pretty and that was just one less thing for me to do! Jared you are Fabulous and I always feel fantastic when I leave! If you want your hair done and need to feel pretty, younger and good about yourself I suggest you call Jared TODAY! I just recently got a manicure from Clip Zone. This was the first time that I had ever had a French Manicure. Typically, a manicure would last me about 4 days before I would begin picking it off! This time it was done so well that I can hardly tell that I have anything on my nails! I would highly recommend Clip Zone to anyone. I will be returning in the not too distant future!

I have really mixed feelings about this place. Ive gotten my haircut there twice in the past year, and both times it was not a pleasant experience.The first time I had gone in and I hadnt had my haircut in over a year. I dont like going to salons, because of situations like this. The night before I had just washed my hair then threw it up in a bun and not worried about combing it or anything. Its my understanding that thats what you do before you have a color.My hairdresser then had to comb my hair out. And the entire time she was doing as she was making disgusted faces, and you could tell that she was sort of judging me. That was the impression that I felt anyways. And it made me really uneasy, and really uncomfortable. I had sorted decided to never go back there, but because of extenuating circumstances I had to get a haircut not even three months later.The second time I went in I had to get a haircut that was going to be able to work with a surgery that I was having on my head. And the haircut was nice, and the sams hairdresser was nicer this time. But I really felt like she overcharged me. I guess thats what you get with trendy places like this, is it theyre going to be able to charge whenever you want. But theres little to no transparency about the prices until you get up to the front. If she would have told me that this would have been a $50 haircut, for something pretty basic, I would not have done it. I was absolutely Blown Away by how much she charged me.The place is really nice. Dont get me wrong. Its just not a cheap, or necessarily friendly Place sometimes.

I do not get my hair cut very often but was ready for a big change. I showed Brianna the picture of what I wanted and explained a little about what I wanted the end goal to be and she immediately made me feel comfortable with her confidence and the cut was perfect!

Nice people, but sloppy with their waxing. When I went in to get my lip and brow done, I left with uneven brows and a half-waxed lip. This has happened to me multiple times at Clipzone.
