Very clean and relaxing environment. 2 of my friends went with me and we all had a very good experience! Staff are friendly, personal, and do a thorough job perfecting their work. I am from Muncie and this place is better than any other salon Ive been to. Will be back again -the drive was worth it.

I love going to visit Kenny at Nail Design! I travel all the way from Carmel just to see him. He’s always on time and does an AMAZING job! Their shop is always clean and they’re very professional. He takes his time and has stayed over multiple times to do my nails. He’s the best!

Just moved to town needed a pedi and my nails filled Linda was great I will definitely be returning.

I had a full set acrylic on when I went in from another location. I had asked if I could try the powered dip for a change. Kenny was very gentle and kind removing the fill set I had on prior to my visit! Spoke fluent English and spoke with me the whole time! Very nice gentle man. Good quality services! And fair prices!

I love how gentle they are on your real nails and the owner has many years of experience. Im picky and want my nails to look natural and everyone always asks me if they are real! The service is fast and pricing is fair. I recommend them to everyone who compliments my nails...and that happens a lot!

I moved to Anderson over two years ago and have been to just about every nail salon Anderson has to offer,I was not happy until I found nail design. Kenny and his wife do an amazing job, they are affordable,clean and professional! I absolutely love how Kenny will chop it up and communicate! And I absolutely love how I feel when I leave. I always tell Kenny his salon is my little slice of heaven and how I always leave feeling like a new and rejuvenated woman! I dont have enough praise for them but all I can say is try them you wont be disappointed. This is definitely a small business I support.

Horrable !!!!! I will never go back. Looks like a 10 year old painted my nails . Just had these done yesterday. If people are going to spend that much with there hard earned money you people need to do your best. Bad customer service . Thats absolutely taking advantage of people.

I go here regularly! Quality is unbeatable, the environment is always welcoming. Hes Very good at what he does! There have been a few times when hes busy and I am in a pinch Id go to other places only to come to him to fix them! You have to try them out. You wont be disappointed!

This is by far the best place to get your nails done. I used to go to Solar Nails and they always cut me and left my nails looking horrid. Bob is the best!! Ive been coming here for about a year and they never disappoint!! Ive only gotten full sets, fill-ins, and pedicures here. Theyre great. I can go a month or more before getting a fill-in. Love them!!

Very pleasant family, prices so affordable and only wish hours were later in evening.

I used to love going here but there is one lady who works here that makes my experience bad. She cuts my toe nails to short en hurts u she rubs ur legs way to hard and the last time I went I took my 2 little girls en she cut there toe nails to short en hurt them en b4 we left she told both my daughters one 7 en the other one 9 that this beautiful little girl whos father works at the salon was ugly..... Even if she felt this way about the baby y would u tell that to my daughters. So now I have stopped going and will find a new place to get my nails done. Other then that one lady I loved this place

I`ve got cut nails here! Its only been 3 days but Ive received multiple compliments, asking if they were stickers, which salon I went to, etc.Im already planning my next appointment and designs. 100% recommended.

I am so upset and angry about my experience with this place. Easily the worst set of nails Ive had done in years. I came in for s fill I dont normally go there but they had the cateye polish I wanted so i went in and the gentleman who did them went so fast when I commented on it he went into a tirade about how you shouldnt need to take your time if youve been doing nails for any length of time how the other techs he works with skills are trash bcuz they go slower. He did not buff my nails they had bumps and grooves all over he did not have me wash my hands to get the acrylic dust off before painting them which trapped that dust under my polish which made it bumpy and course visibly uneven I wanted to keep the coffin shape I had already when I came in and he cut them down too much and filed them square then when I said something he argued me down. It was embarrassing and upsetting. He also made derogatory comments about other patrons when I was looking at the polish samples I said they looked lighter on the sample nail than it looked in person he said verbatim yeah probably bcuz all the idiot ppl that have to touch the sample nails they are so stupid idk why they cant just look with thier eyes I was fuming and amazed still I paid the 30 and still tipped him 10 which he DID NOT DESERVE point blank period Ive been livid since. Hopefully this review saves somebody the time money and embarrassment when patroning this nail salon smh i wish you could give lower that one star

Worst set of nails Ive ever had done! !! They arent even close to what I asked for! My daughter hers done as well and again not even close to what we asked for! If you cant do what the customer asks for then say so now you have two unhappy customers who will never return!
