I love crew car wash. I have visited many. The workers are always smiling and nice. If you do not have the monthly wash membership you should get it. It is so convenient. The car wash is my weekly (sometimes twice a week) guilty pleasure! The clear coat keeps my car looking spotless after it rains between washes. The employees are top notch!

This place is awesome. Right in and out about every time Im here. The car looked great except the ground spoiler and wheels still had grime on them. Next trip thru much better.

Maybe its because of the covid. But Ive never had any issues with this store. Very large you can pretty much pick up anything that you want in this store.

5 star crew location. I utilize my unlimited membership often. Whatever city Im in from terre haute, to Anderson. Up to Kokomo and back to Noblesville & Westfield. From my Experience you will ALWAYS get Friendly & Helpful Staff working. And you consistently get a good wash.

The attendants are always professional and nice. Only place I ever take my cars to. Would highly recommend even the basic wash does a good job.

Great carwash! Prices are kind of steep compared to smaller chains, and Crews is not located in every town, but you get what you pay for also. They provide excellent services.

Great car wash! It was too bad I had to drive on a gravel road an hour later.....but I have Unlimited Washes so the car was sparkling again in no time.

Did a fair to good job for an automated car wash. Car came out clean and didnt have any major missed spots.

They will tell you the bristles dont leave swirl marks on your new vehicles but they do 100% I know cause I took mine there just too test them and the guy said it wouldnt damage it and he couldnt turn them off for me so if you dont want to keep getting your new vehicle buffed out then do not go to crew car wash especially with a black vehicle. I did it once but also knew what was going to happen so I planned ahead and had it buffed immediately go to the dealership or some place that does not have them

The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because the employee I dealt with was very nice and understanding. If it was based of his performance alone I’d give it 5 stars. But I explained to him a pop had just gotten thrown at my car. It was already sticky because the sun dried it. He said they would pre treat the areas that were affected which he did. I don’t live in town but I needed the pop off my car before it got worse. Little did I know it wouldn’t come completely off and the dryers are a joke. Between water spots all over and sticky spots as well I will never return. It’s upsetting because it was a waste of money and it felt like it was just water and some cloth to clean it not a lot of soap.

Good car wash if your not satisfied for any reason the first time around they let you come right back around for free. (Providing that you dont leave and come back). Also the unlimited club is a great option that we took advantage of.

They do a great job and reasonably priced as well. Definitely recommend.

This is an fast and efficient way to get your car clean. Lots of options and always courteous humans. No option for hand drying unless you do it yourself.

Your Anderson Crew team saved the day for us! While driving my Mom’s vehicle back to Indy tonight from northern Indiana, we realized some gravel must be stuck somewhere causing our wheel to make an awful, grinding noise. We were ready to call a tow truck when we pulled off the interstate, but then we saw Crew and though maybe a wash with underbody might dislodge it. After two Crew Members helped us out with some extra prepping and our carwash, the problem was solved! I was reminded, once again, of how much I appreciated Crew before we moved from Indiana and how grateful I am that my parents are members. Many thanks to the Crew team there at 7:45 this evening!

For what I paid it should of been much cleaner. Totally understand that at times it is very busy. But must do a better job of not rushing vehicles through. For $15 a person should not have to take a damp towel and get bird matter off the wash. Just my thoughts but the wash i received was not even close to what I paid.

Was told cant wash my 2020 jeep gladiator Rubicon here all factory no changes or add ONS so drop my other 2 unlimited wash account take my money else where

Went early for no waiting and they offer early discount as well. Associates were knowledgeable and friendly. After the wash, I used one of the vacuums on the perimeter. All in all everything took only about 15 minutes and my car was spotless! Great time saver in the winter because its cold, but when the salt needs to be removed from your vehicle.

We signed up for unlimited washes, which we thought was a good deal. Well it wasnt that good. After taking our car through the car wash, it looks horrible. Most of the dirt is still in our vehicle, soap residue all over it. Not to happy but were locked in for now

I always go here when I am in Anderson. Staff is always so nice. I usually have to go through twice because they dont scrub the bugs the first time but thats ok. I will remind them next time. They are so nice about going through again and my kids think its a great adventure.

Always the best car wash around. Stop whenever we are close to one as we do not have one locally.

After hauling hay for an event I am so thankful for Crew Carwashs long car vacuum! Its s not perfect but I will take 8 minutes over the 30+ minutes it would have taken at home. $2 well spent!

I had a lot of bugs on the front of my suv so it wasnt completely clean the first time around but the staff told me to go through again and they scrubbed the bugs off. They were very friendly and happy to help. I will absolutely go back again. I love how sparkling clean my car is now and the excellent service I received.

I feel like the vaccum should be part of the wash and not $2.00 extra. Other than that I really like Crew Car Wash, the staff is Super friendly and professional. And Im very satisfied with the washes Ive purchased.

Im very upset, I went and had my car washed at the Anderson location and when I left I noticed that there were scratches on my truck, I called the corporate office and they told me to go to the location, make out a report and they would take pictures, look at cameras and someone would contact me in a couple of days, I did all of this 3 or 4 days ago and no one has contacted me back. Poor customer service if you ask me. I WOULD NOT recommend. Maybe I need to contact an attorney because these are not small scratches.

Can be busy, but they are efficient, not cheap ( I paid $20, starts at $10) but car came out really clean!

Had to run it through again with a ultimate wash and it still didnt get clean because it needed the back bumper and trunk lid brushed

I have been with crew since it was Mikes express..I pay 55 a month and I gotta say they are slipping.I went to Prime car wash the other day and they will not only wash the exterior but vacuum the interior for the same price !! And those of us with trucks,they spray out the wheel wells 👍Might have to make the switch 🤔

The car wash is great.. My problem was only with the vacuum. I had spent 8 minutes on one just to have to move to another because the first one was clogged with hair. They need to do a better job of keeping them serviced..

Just moved here from muncie and been a unlimited customer of theres since it opened in muncie. This one is dated compared to that one, doesnt do a great job..Also i dont think vacuuming is free here ( when youre an unlimited customer, i paid...Didnt see an option). I hope it gets updated soon, muncie is too far to drive for a carwash 😪
