Most prices are very cheap and worth what you get but the shellac is terrible. I paid $50-$60 for it and it peeled right off my nails after 5 days.I’ve been here 4 times and they’ve cut and peeled my skin during 3 of those visits with the same employee/manager. No apologies or anything. Most of the employees are so sweet and kind so it’s hard to say the customer service is terrible. The manager or employee that cut me was also very rude to my sister. She happened to cut my sister as well with no apology and then continued to rush through painting them. The shop was hours away from closing and no other customers were there besides me, my sister, and our friend. In the end her nails were uneven and not completely painted on the sides, also still bleeding even after we paid.It seems that one employee is the only issue I’ve ever had with this place.Definitely in need of improvement and I think they can improve, I’ll try visiting again so hopefully I have a better experience.
Great customer service and they did a great job on my feet
They have large, comfortable and pretty chairs. All the beautiful decor creates a very relaxing atmosphere. Clean facility with friendly and competent staff. We had a wonderful mother-daughter pamper day experience. Thank you.
Beautiful salon and by far the most talented staff. Prices are very reasonable and listed right on the wall! They treat you like royalty! I gave been coming here since they opened and wouldnt go anywhere else.
Not at all impressed. Asked for eyebrow waxing, lady left wax on my face. Asked for set of nails and pedicure, was told to come back 2hrs later. If it wasnt for the gift certificate given to me for my birthday, I would never have returned after the eyebrow waxing. The pedicure and nails didnt last 2 weeks! Will never suggest this place to anyone.
So relaxing...message chairs were a nice touch. My husband and I went together and got matching polish, and they didnt bat an eye.
$60 for a Basic shellac pedicure is too much for this place, it’s not a spa and it has spa prices. The menu says $30 for basic pedi with regular nail polish, but somehow painting less than a gram of shellac polish is $30 more. It’s clean, and new, but I won’t be returning. Be sure to ask for the total price before getting work done.
So relaxing so comforting money well spent! Thanks ladies and gents!
Very attentive. Very nice manicure. The atmosphere is comfortable and clean.
I wish I could rate them a zero but I cant, this is the worst salon to go too! They did a horrible job on my nails I got a pedicure and a just shellac on my hands and it was outragesly expensive. So I left already kinda irritated at the price! The man who did my pedi rushed me to put my shoes back on so he can start on my hands so I did and didnt even get a very good look at my toe nails when I got home I realized my little toe wasnt even painted!!!! Plus got a FOOT infections from them and had to go to the doctors while I was on my vacation and had to pay for the doctors and my antibiotics and when I came back I let them know and they wouldnt even give me a refund and tried to act like I never got anything from them when I have all the proof that it was them. This place is unsanitary and just plain rude and ndisgusting dont ever come here unless you want a foot infection!!!!
Friendly, not super expensive, and the atmosphere is beautiful!
Best nail salon in Anchorage!
