I have been going to OMG Nails & Spa for a while now and I do not know why I have ever gone anywhere but here. My nails are always perfect, and last! I currently have had the same beautiful set for nearly 4 weeks now!Crystal and Troy are absolutely amazing at what they do and they dont waste your time. I have spent hours in a salon and walked out completely unhappy BUT that never happens here Crystal and Troy dont waste my time, they are professional and quick(because they truly know what they are doing).If you want an amazing experience and amazing nails go to OMG Nails & Spa!!!Edit on August 13 2021:: Once again this amazing salon has out done themselves! I have had a full set without a fill for over 3 weeks now and they are still looking pretty good! Pictures are not from fresh work but instead pictures are how great my nails still look after 3 weeks!

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Troy was super personable and thorough. The biggest thing for me was that the salon itself was incredibly clean and didn’t have that strong nail place smell. And of course my nails turned about great. :) 5 stars all day!

Crystal and Troy are amazing! Full set of nails done in 30 min or less and come out beautiful every time. I’m a busy full time student and employee with little free time so this is very convenient for me. Everyone is so welcoming and their salon is always very clean. Highly recommend!

I was with a group of others and my pedicure was done 15 minutes earlier than other members. We all started within 5 minutes of each other with two starting before me. Order of service was strange with polish happening at beginning which meant I didn’t get to enjoy soaking feet or bubbles. One foot was still rough even after I got deluxe. Cost is much higher than other places and if you go with group, they charge 25% gratuity. Not worth it! I will never go back or recommend to others.The only plus is technicians have nice personalities. Person checking out, not so much.

I LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE HERE, I love the energy. I have had my nails done by many business here in town and nobody gets me in and out faster with a beautiful set of nails than Crystal and Troy. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Just a beautiful place to walk into and I always feel welcome. You pay for what you get and they above and beyond for their customers.

I have been a regular customer of OMG for years. They are reliable, and timely!! They truly care about their work and the happiness of the customer. They will create any design that you want, the right way EVERY TIME!! I’m very particular and they exceed my expectations.Time is money and they don’t need two hours to create the perfect results and it’s a beautiful thing!!

Came here on Friday with my daughter and I’m 100% satisfied with the pedicure I received, definitely was worth it. My daughter was also completely satisfied with her manicure and pedicure she received and everything always has to be just right with her.Sorry I can’t say the same for my full set, first my thumb was burning from the heat I was told to place my nails under (they should stop using that method) and second I didn’t get the shape I asked for but it’s not terrible either. After finishing I could tell these nails wasn’t going to last two weeks like my nails usually do but I gave them the benefit of the doubt 🤦🏻‍♀️ it’s Monday and it look like I already need a refill and the nails are weak as if I brought them from the drug store. I’m no nail tech but I’ve gotten my nails done long enough to know these ain’t it and isn’t worth the money.

I’ve been there twice. First time I did a full set 2 weeks ago and today I did a full. Crystal did an amazing job on my nails! She was very transparent about the services and changes to be made soon. For 20 years I’ve been going to salons for nails and have been sitting there for 1- 2 hours for a full set and crystal did mine in 30 minutes and it still looked brand new. I love that she helped mePick a color to go with my main color. The only downside was that the heat was a little hot but she did tell me that. Usually my nails break off before a week but this lasted long enough for me to go get a full. I am definitely going back in 2 weeks :)

This was my second time going to this salon and I was again reminded of how terrible it is. The owner crystal has the nastiest attitude and will try to upcharge you any chance she gets. I went in for a SIMPLE fix and my usual nail tech is out of town. My nail broke and I just wanted them to match the design. It was a sun… I asked them to just draw a simple sun. I was told it was too intricate (this was said without the owner even looking at the design and just being told by the assistant what I wanted) and it would be $68 just for the design on ONE FINGER. That is the same price to get a full set of nails!!! Do not go here. Biggest waste of money.

I heard this was the best place to get my nails done. I came in and I was getting my nails done for my wedding. I got a full set and a pedicure, I felt like I was just getting processed and I liked Tony and he did a good job on my nails. But there was nothing extra when it came to cuticle work or anything when doing my pedicure and nails. The pedicure was basic and It was extremely over priced. It was a full set nothing special and a French pedicure when I walked out I paid $218.00 it BLEW ME AWAY. I understand gel polish is more and whatnot but its was in no way shape or form worth $218.00. Just my opinion

Love the salons interior decor and cleanliness! However, I’ve NEVER had a tech do my nails and not clean or shave under the set. The tech, Crystal vibe was off and I was rushed the entire time so I didn’t even want to bother asking to fix or go back. This type of service should be therapeutic NOT rushed.

Crystal and her team are amazing! I hate sitting in the salon for hours, and they make the experience so easy every time. They’re quick, efficient, and very upfront about their pricing beforehand. Which I really appreciate!

This is by far the best nail salon in town. I will not go anywhere else. I have been a customer for more than 7 years and one thing that has always stood out, past the artistic talent of Crystal and Troy, is that they are always striving to be better at whatever they are doing, regardless if they are already the best. They have a beautiful, clean and professional salon and have high expectations for their staff. I could not recommend them more highly.

I was part of a large wedding party and signed up for a pedicure only. $122 later for a basic pedicure I was NOT impressed. The only reason I am giving 2 stars, is that my technician was nice and friendly and the salon is very nice and clean, but none of that makes up for the ridiculous cost of my pedicure. I have a chunk missing in my nail polish to boot! I will not be returning - ever. I do not recommend this salon. Super disappointed!!!

I originally gave this business a 5 star review, but that was only because we were offered a $5 discount if we did so. I came in with a group of girls for a bridal shower, and we all got our nails done, and two of the girls got pedicures. The girls that got pedicures ended up paying $340 each for acrylics and gel pedis, and I personally paid $150 for a fill. $150 FOR A FILL!! Not to mention that the lady was on the phone the entire time! In addition, the person doing the bride’s nails nicked her ring finger while cutting her cuticles. We were aware of the 25% gratuity fee before arriving, but the whole experience felt cheap, unprofessional, and they literally busted up the bride’s ring finger. Also, we didn’t get any type of hand massage or normal pampering that usually comes with getting your nails done. All of this would’ve been fine, but before the wedding even happened two of the girls nails ended up breaking. I called and asked if they could fix the nails, but they said it would be at least $8 per nail, even after paying $150 for a fill and the nails only lasted 4 days before popping off unprompted. I would highly recommend celebrity nails in tikahtnu or nail time and spa in eagle river.

Disappointed doesn’t even cover it. I booked an appointment simply based off reviews and recommendations. When booking they claimed the new receptionist forgot to mention both services are done at the same time...if I knew this would be a rushed appointment I wouldn’t have booked. In the middle of rushing Troy forced my nail off. I understand sticking to a schedule but if I didn’t say anything he wouldn’t have either. When asked he barely could tell me how it happened. Asked him to stop the service and ONLY charge for removal and he said he would need to charge a cancellation fee. I let him know I wasn’t paying it due to the lack of communication from the beginning and him ripping my nail. Manager, was willing to waive the fee, which is the correct thing for customer service but then proceeded to tell me she would be charging me an express manicure plus removal yet Troy didn’t even do an express manicure. I had to request for him to finish. Overall, manager didn’t not do right on the customer service side.The only good thing about this experience was Jackie who did my pedicure. She was more apologetic than Troy and Manager combined.For someone willing to pay $85 for a full set this doesn’t seem fair or right.

They require a 30 dollar deposit which you lose if you are not on time. I’m fine with that. You have to wait in your car until they call you. 11 minutes late, they called me and I went in only to be told to wash my hands and have a seat as my manicurist was finishing up another customer. 17 minutes late we got started. No apology. Just a “thank you for your patience”. I wouldn’t mind so much if they didn’t make such a big deal about being on time. And I also wouldn’t mind if it were a really good manicure. Unfortunately it already looks bad. My cuticles need to be pushed back and evened out and the manicurist didn’t do that so everything already looks old and separated. The manicurist was really sweet but had to take 3 phone calls booking appts while doing my nails. It was kinda crazy. Not what I’d expected at all given the great reviews.

Nice clean place called and got in for my appt full set gel toe polish and eye brow wax. when I first sat down they had me pay immediately. I was rushed to hurry and pay and give a tip when I had just sat down in the chair. i was confused as the work wasnt even completed and you want a tip. I was charged a bit much for a full set . Tom did a amazing job. I was also shocked that the charged for each glitter applied to a nail which was outrageous. A bit to expensive compared to other nail salons.

Very nice to get worked in for a brow wax, brow tint and shellac manicure. It was very fast paced. Salon was clean and cute. Just wanted black polish and was reminded I could do it at home lol and there was a person changeover for who was helping me but, it was still an overall good experience and value. Star stickers were $5 a piece...

OMG Nails is a very clean, non judgemental and fun business and environment. It was the perfect decision of a store to visit for me and my mom to get our nails done. They took very good care of us and did a great job, I loved it!

I am not sure why I came back to this place several times.. I didnt like it from the first visit. However, I tried. Every time I felt so rushed! The quality is very poor, the service was somewhat aggressive, clients were pushed in and put so quickly. I understand, it is a business and this nail studio has to make a profit, and so and so (I am a small business owner myself, I get it). But still, really? Is it a cattle herding or a salon?

I had been going here for the past 9 months off and on for gel nails and a  manicure. It was always rushed but the gel polish lasted pretty long so I kept going. They were going so fast one time, the girl cut my cuticle and it wouldnt stop bleeding the rest of the day.I called for an appointment today and they now require a $30 deposit prior to booking... then she said due to past bad experiences with me, they want to part ways with me as a client. I have never had an issue with them besides them going too fast.All I can think of is the Owner was doing my gels and I asked her to remove my old gel polish by soaking off instead of filing off with the tool.Im disappointed by being declined as if Ive done something wrong after dedicating my time and money toward their work for almost a year.They are overpriced and regardless if you have an appointment, they will rush you out of there as fast as they can.Go somewhere where owners are appreciative of their clients and their time instead of taking advantage and wont honor their clients wishes.

I walked into this salon as they were closing, but they were more than happy to do my nails for my elopement the next day. The quality of my gel polish is beautiful, and the staff were so wonderful to talk to. The salon has a beautiful environment and so extremely too. If I were a resident of Anchorage this would be my absolute go to spot for mani/pedis!

I have been coming exclusively to OMG for over two years now and I would never go anywhere else. Not only have I received the highest quality service here - flawless sets of nails- they use the highest quality products. My nails never chip and the shape is always perfect. They have truly mastered their craft - the speed they can finish a full set while still maintaining perfect quality is amazing! I also wanted to mention how clean they are. I have never been to a salon with standards this high. Everything is so clean and you see them open a sealed bag of sterilized tools for every client. Overall, I highly recommend OMG for quality, speed, and cleanliness. They’re the best!!

A friend of mine took me to get my nails done before I give birth in the next few weeks, we have a purple butterfly pregnancy meaning that it was a multiples where we lost one, for us we lost one of our twins. Today is also pregnancy and infant loss remembrance day, and since I havent had my pot of gold yet, this is technically still a rainbow baby ❤ this was the design we came up with to show both parts :)I love them And love what they represent, anywhere else could have rolled their eyes or not cared, but this had care involved and I appreciate it. I will 100% go back whenever I need my nails done from now on!

I’ve been going to OMG nails for about two years now and can’t say enough good things about them! Crystal, Troy and their staff are not only professional but also warm and kind, I always feel like I’m catching up with friends when I visit. They are always right on time and keep the salon spotless, you can really tell they love what they do and love their clients even more.

Spent an extra $35 to never come back..Apparently I had the pleasure of having the owner service me today, except it wasn’t much of a pleasure... I walked in on time, called ahead to schedule the appointment, and was happy to try a beautiful new establishment and show support in these trying times. The feelings were not reciprocated. When I walked in every single person was lovely except one. I figured maybe it’s late, she probably does not want to be working, that’s fine, everyone has been there. Unfortunately that one person was the one who was going to wax my upper lip. At this point I wish the woman would have refused my booking and scheduled me for another day. There was not much communication from her, no comfort was brought, and there was a huge lack of respect for clientele. I don’t believe I even heard a welcome/ greeting/ or introduction from the immature women. I felt very uncomfortable. It only lasted a few minutes, like a waxing usually does, so I was happy to be done with her services. I sat at my chair for a pedicure from a another brilliant technician who showed great attitude towards anyone, no matter their appearance. I was also there to receive a shellac manicure. Again, the lady came back to do my nails. No hello saying I’m the one doing your nails today, just straight into it. She brought out the electric nail filer and destroyed my nails. Even manage to give me a little gash above my middle finger.(🖕this one) Usually, shellac is removed with acetone and tinfoil to enforce longevity and keep the nails strong to prevent breakage. I really did not enjoy her presence so I kindly asked if we could just remove the shellac and skip the full manicure. She then got extremely offended and decided to speak over me saying its a 35 dollar cancellation fee. Only 10 dollars less than it would be if I got the manicure I planned for. She was so rude about the whole thing I simply asked her to go away and that I would pay the fee ONLY because I did NOT want to pay for “sh*tty service.” She then left right away after I said I’d pay the fee, leaving my nails a complete mess. No apology for the “misunderstanding” or attempt to fix her attitude and trying again. Luckily my technician for my toes covered her butt by fixing them up. I’m a strong believer that you must lead by example and maintain a healthy happy environment for your business to succeed and become prosperous. I left feeling extremely disappointed and robbed of a PRICEY good time.🤑🤮 ....Except to be bombarded with up sales.

I’m thankful that OMG Nails values my time as much I do. They make it easy to squeeze in an appointment any day of my week and still get to all of my priorities on time. Being able to plan my day is huge for me, so knowing I can be in and out in 30 minutes is amazing!I also appreciate that OMG Nails recognizes that every customer’s needs are different and have created an a la carte menu of services to tailor fit to these individual needs. If I need a super basic service, they have it and if I want to spiciest nails in town, they can do that too but unlike other salons, the price will reflect those differences in those services. Their online menu allows me to plan my budget for each appointment and during services, everyone as been amazing at informing me in the moment of any extra charges outside the service I had scheduled. This allows me to still have control over my budget and no surprises at the end. And the atmosphere is the most welcoming place, everything from reception to checkout. Anytime I’ve had issues or questions they are so nice and explain the answers out for me to understand. I leave there feeling fresh and with beautiful nails every time! Couldn’t recommend OMG Nails enough.

Pedicures here are great! The staff Ive had doing my pedicures were super chill and did an exceptional job. The manicures here are another story; the last time I went I asked for a set of acrylic nails, I believe I had the shift manager working on them... when I told her if she could go shorter on the nails, then shorter again, she stopped working to look at me and told me, this is short enough. I couldnt believe she was telling a PAYING CUSTOMER how the set was going to turn out. Anyway, I went to remove the nails weeks later to another nail salon.. and they looked disgusted by the nail job. Guess it wasnt her best work, or the best service.

Ive been going to OMG nails since last spring, and I loved them! Troy was doing my nails. Right before Halloween, Crystal did my nails, to be honest it felt rushed. When my nails were taken off, I was left with deep indent lines from the drill.The upside is, the staff are super friendly, the place is very welcoming and clean. I would say that Crystal has great customer service but please take more time with your clients.

I have been going to Crystal for my nails even before she and Troy opened the doors at OMG Nails & Spa! The reason why I continue to have my nails done by them is the service and quality is exceptional. I’ve honestly gone sometimes 3-4 weeks before getting my nails done again, yes they may have looked a little busted towards the end, but because the quality of the nails they held up and didn’t chip or break! They give you exactly what you are looking for & even when you don’t know what you really want for a design or color anyone one of their nail techs will come up with a bomb 💣 design for you & there is not a color they don’t have! All the latest trends in nails you can show a picture and you will get exactly what you wanted. I had my nails done the day before my wedding and to say I want cute nails for my wedding and Crystal was able to come up with a gorgeous design without me giving any input she knew exactly what I wanted. I have a crazy schedule between work and life and I am able to book my appointment, get in and get out in under 30 minutes! (My time is money) and I really appreciate that in their services. If you are looking for consistently amazing nails, a Gorgeous environment might I add, friendly staff and the greatest nails in Anchorage go to OMG Nails & Spa! I promise you won’t be disappointed!

I had shellac nails in 2 other salons and both destroyed my nails. Crystal suggested I give shellac a go one more time to strengthen my nails. They turned out fantastic, looking like the natural nails I had in my 30s. 8 weeks later my nails still look wonderful and are strong. Crystal is upbeat and professional, she gets my nails done in under 30 mimutes each time so I can get on with the business of my days. The salon is clean, fresh and a pleasure to visit. Staff is friendly, polite and very skilled. This is the first salon I have ever been to where the staff focuses on the customer instead of talking to one another throughout the appointment. I highly recommend OMG Nails and especially Crystal.

I have tried multiple salons, and I am never satisfied. OMG staff is incredibly professional and kind. They greet you as you walk in, its the cleanest salon I have ever been in and sterilize tools each use, which is rare. They also have auto-claves and that is also rare for nail salons. They are very transparent and up front with their prices and gives you plenty of options to make it work. I will be coming back to OMG as long as I am in Alaska.

I have been going to OMG for a year now and seeing Crystal every two weeks. Since day one Crystal has always been professional and does amazing work. My nails are the healthiest and longest they have ever been that most people can’t believe they are my real nails. Every time I go in she files my nails to perfection, does the best designs, and I leave happy and pampered. My daughter also goes with me and will see Troy. She always wants the newest and funnest designs and he never disappoints! We love our Saturday afternoons at OMG Nails!!

I will say that I really appreciate the atmosphere and how quickly the technicians work. I had a full set done by Crystal and then a fill by Troy.My biggest complaint is the customer service. I was getting acrylics for the first time ever and I was vocal about that, but nobody took the time to explain my choices to me. It was disappointing, but okay. After that, both times, both technicians were uninterested in talking to me, which is okay, but off putting. When I went to pay, they default to a very high tip percentage for a mediocre experience.Unfortunately, the heat they use to apply the acrylic hurt and didnt stay very well. I was interested in having designs on my acrylics, but never asked just because the technicians were cold. Ive since been to other places in Anchorage and had a warm, engaging experience where my nail technician was happy to work with me. My nails easily last 3 weeks. Im happy to pay $60+ other places, but it just isnt worth it here.

I have been going to Crystal and Troy for about 6 years. I’m never disappointed in the quality of their work. I’ve been to a few other salons during that time and always end up at OMG to get them fixed.I see people writing reviews about feeling rushed, but in those reviews they’re not talking about the quality. I appreciate how quickly they work. I don’t have an hour or more to sit at a salon and get my nails done. And even with the quickness, it’s never affected the quality.I like that I can go in and get something simple, or give them creative freedom and be blown away by what they can do.I have never had an issue w my nails lifting, chipping, peeling or breaking which tells me they are using quality product.I won’t go anywhere else. There’s too many checks in the positive column and none in the negative.

My first time getting my nails done here and I loved it. Very clean and chic. Comfortable but very professional atmosphere. Called early and got a same day appointment. I was impressed with how quickly my full set took, and Crystal did a damn good job. Will absolutely recommend and will be going back.

Best place in town for a mani/pedi!!! I love Lan so much for my pedicures, he gives the best foot massage I have ever had in my entire life. On top of that he manages to get all my calluses off (and it is some work!). I see Troy for my manicures and I love how he does my French ombré, the look so clean and beautiful. Everyone is so friendly here, front desk and technicians. I 100% recommended!!

I’ve been an OMG Nails recurrent client for over 1.5 years and really like Troy’s job. This is one of the better places in town to get artificial nails and it is also on the pricier side. The reason for my negative review and why I won’t go back is the way they treat clients. This is not the place you want to go to relax. They are always rushing services and have an attitude as if you, the client, are lucky to be there paying them. The latest is that they require a Venmo $30 deposit when you call for an appointment. This is not worth my time every time I call and the way they ask for it is very unprofessional (same way they talk about their cancellation policy over the phone). It’s not about having a deposit or cancellation policy but how rude they are about it. I hope they read this and understand they need to treat clients with respect and appreciation because otherwise I won’t be the only one not going back. There’s plenty of options out there and now I’m on the hunt for my next nail place where I can go relax once every two weeks!

It was so unpleasant.I was late for the appointment, so I could only change the color. Its my fault that Im late, so I understand. But I paid all the money. But she was so rude to me. I was so uncomfortable and offended. If anyone wants to go there, Ill tell them not to go there!

The first thing I noticed when we walked into OMG was the lack of nail salon smell. The staff is extremely nice, as well. My fiancee and I both received basic pedicures. It was a 40 minute pedicure, almost. Definitely worth a visit.

I just called with some questions and the lady who I spoke with was absolutely rude. I think her name is Crystal.She sounded like she was annoyed that she even had to answer the phone....When asking questions, she said someone else is calling, I have to go then hung up on me. Feel over charged but nails turned out beautiful

I have been coming to omg nails for over two years and have been satisfied with every single appointintment. Crystal one of the owners has always been professional, accommodating, and very kind. She has worked with my nails that were always destroyed from fake nails (done by another company) she has strengthened my nails and I have only been getting my real nails done for over a year and love them! Crystals team has always done an amazing job with keeping the environment clean. When they arent doing nails they are cleaning and taking care of other costumers. I recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I’ve had artificial nails for more than 20 yrs and have gotten them done by many different Salons in both Anchorage and the Valley. Approximately 3 years ago I got fed up with the salon I had been going to for probably 5 years because, not only did the techs/owners speak very little English, but they’d have a conversation between each other in their native language while doing the patrons nails & pedicures. That made me very uncomfortable. It would also take anywhere between 1 1/2 - 2 hours just for a basic fill. I’d get to the point where I wanted no color on my nails because I couldn’t wait any longer. Their very young kids where always running around the salon and getting into things and being a distraction. It was recommended to me to try OMG Nails & Spa in Anchorage, which I did and have never looked back. I’m so pleased with their service, quality and kindness, oh and did I say they ALWAYS speak English in the salon, that I’ve never looked back. It’s worth the drive for me, albeit they are a bit pricey, (hence the 4 star review & not 5 stars) but as the saying goes, “you get what you pay for.” Love my nail tech, Crystal.

I love OMG. Heres the deal, this is the only place where my nails will last almost a month! I get the shellac with vitanail every time. Troy, Crystal and their team are hard workers. What do I love the most? That I can go there and typically be out in 45 mins or less! I have stuff to do during the day, and its nice to get your hands looking fresh and have it not take all day. If youre looking for a spa day, yes this isnt it. But if youre looking for a great nail salon with amazing nail artists who value your time, this is your spot.And for the people that are upset because they arrivr at their appointment late and either lose their deposit or had their appt shortened, I guess its lesson learned. OMG lets you know right away about their policy, so honestly maybe just show up on time.Will forever recommend OMG.

Troy did my nails. He was nice but felt extremely rushed, my nails were not cleaned cuticles were not cut. For nails popped off and less than one week. And I mean literally popped off no struggle no pain as if they were just glued with school glue. Every time I went back they made me pay eight dollars to get them replaced even though I had already spent $200 for the original set figured after the second now they would replace them for free but they kept charging me anyway I was extremely disappointed and will not be going back.

It was my first time here, and it was amazing. This is the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to. Everyone is so nice and they are so efficient. It impress me because I dont have 1.5hr in my day to get my nails done and they have lasted 2 weeks perfectly and it was so fast! They take pride in their work you can tell because the salon speaks for it self. SO many colors to chose from, any design possible, and they make you feel so welcome. I love it here!

You are basically paying for the decoration and atmosphere. I was rushed and my nails look rushed. They cater to clients who look like they are rich and not regular people. Never again!

OMG staff are friendly and pay close attention to detail. The salon is super clean and comfortable. The massage pedicure chairs are nice, pedicure bowls are beautiful and upscale. Price is right! They are following the Covid guidelines to the letter. And my nails look great!

The $30 deposit does not go to the service. Insane prices for awful nails. Do not go here.

I went for the deluxe pedicure. It was awesome and my nail lady was great, unfortunately I forget her name. The place was clean, cute and had fun upbeat music.The only flaw is that they don’t have a drying area available right now. I saw that my nails were messed up the minute I got home, I’d suggest waiting in your car to dry if you go.

Such a great place to get your nails done! They take the time to do them properly and everyone treats you like family. haven’t went to any other nail salon after finding omg !

I’ve been going to OMG a little over 2 years, after moving into anchorage I needed a new nail place and after I found OMG I haven’t gone anywhere else! I don’t even pick my nail color anymore because Krystal always picks out the perfect color. Great place full of great people too.

This is the best nail place in town. I’ve been going for years. Crystal does an amazing job and the salon is beautiful. After Anchorage re-opened, the salon went above and beyond the municipality guidelines to make you feel safe and still have an enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

Terrible customer service. My wife went in to get nails done on her birthday. The tech rushed her to hurry up and pick her color even though she arrived 15min early to her SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. Couldve let that slide however, they didnt clean under her nails. I called and spoke to Amber(Apparently ...im the only manager), asked if she could make the situation better she was unbothered. The salon esthetic is really nice, but the service isnt worth it. $75 for bad customer service and paint.

Was super impressed with the owner Crystal she is extremely friendly and runs a tight ship! I had an issue with a nail and she fixed it same day and handled it perfectly. And I got an excellent foot massage/pedicure from Kurt, thanks for making my day great.

This place is awesome! Kurt gave me an amazing pedicure, and the rest of the staff was pleasant, and the place is great, it’s very clean and professional the people working here clearly know what they’re doing and take pride in their work! I highly recommend this place. :)

The atmosphere is inviting and very clean. The technicians are trendy and friendly. No harsh chemicals or smells. They never run behind on your schedule appointment time. The work they deliver is the best in Anchorage!

The owner did my friends nails and she was SO rude to everyone around her, acted extremely entitled. She literally shoved her hands away when she was done with one hand. We felt VERY rushed. She kept rolling her eyes and hugging and puffing, snapping at her. If I’m paying you close to 250 bucks for my nails, you should at least do a good job, and her nails look terrible.

This nail salon is consistently on point! I don’t go anywhere else and I always recommend them to friends. I love that they are quick, efficient, and your end product is always great quality! I’m happy with my services time and time again. They also have great recommendations on colors and designs (we all know the list can be overwhelming)... they have helped me step out of my comfort zone and I just LOVE it!! Thanks guys! You make a wonderful team!

Got my nails done 2 days ago. The acrylic broke off with no force applied. I called and asked if they could fix it but they told me I would have to come in so they could “determine how the nail broke”. I’ve been getting acrylics done for 9 years and have never heard of this. Usually they have a 3 day policy if a nail breaks they will fix it. I told them I wouldn’t be able to do that because I took the remaining acrylic off, so they told me I’d have to pay to fix it even when I just got them done 2 days ago. This is my third set in a row where a nail broke off with no force applied within the first 5 days. Needless to say, don’t waste your money here.

I’ve been getting my nails done for 10 plus years and this place is hands down the absolute BEST place in AK! Everyone is friendly, it’s very clean and a great atmosphere! I had a great time talking with Troy who did my nails! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new nail salon. I’m in love with my nails😍😍💅

A very nice nail salon, super clean, attractive decor, courteous staff. They take appointments and get you in on time. All the traditional services, but I do think this is the nicest salon in town.

I called on a Tuesday for a Friday appt and paid the deposit within an hour of being sent the email (email came at 5:27; I finished my work day and paid the deposit at 6:23). I received a call two days later saying that a) The deposit was not received in a timely enough fashion so the salon had given away the appt time and b) that I sent only half of the required deposit, which was not true. The salon sent a link for a $30 deposit, that is what I paid. If they wanted a $60 deposit, that is what they should have requested. I was chastised/scolded for both issues and told they would not schedule the appt until I paid the remaining deposit, as if I was somehow trying to get away with not paying the right amount. Again, I was asked for a $30 deposit and paid a $30 deposit. The woman who called was so rude I could hardly believe it. The only positive part of the experience was receiving my deposit back. It is baffling to me how people can stay in a customer-focused business when they treat their customers so poorly. #neveragain
