Since moving to Henderson Nevada I cannot find a good pedicurerist. I had to go to Anchorage went to the my old spot. I could not get my person, but I did get a guy that hooked my feet up and got rid of my ingrowns.

Friendly staff. We made an appointment and they were prepared for our arrival. No wait. No up selling. Professional and quality experience. Best place Ive been in Anchorage. Ill definitely be back.

I had acrylics from a different shop removed and a manicure with massage. Probably the best ever. Attention to detail was noticeable and appreciated.

Nice experience, they were a little busy so I couldnt immedealty walk in and be seated but they offered me an appointment for a couple hours later. Reasonable prices compared to other places for SnS here. Gale took her time with me (she also didnt speak much which as an introvert I appreciated that lol). Their SnS color options were a bit limited but Im told its not very popular here in Anchorage so its understandable. All in all Id recommend Nails Couture.

Tech did a poor job of doing my gel manicure, one of my nails looks a mess and my gel nail polish chipped less then 2 hours after getting them done.On top of that the tech said she could do the nail design I wanted and turns out she was not able to even closely do the design I requested. If you can not do a design just say so! Don’t waste people’s time drawing a blob!! I was there for 2 hours for a regular gel manicure! And I only had one color!

Just needed a little down time. 💅

Wonderful experience. This is my 3rd nail salon here in anchorage and it blows any other out of the water! My technician was attentive, careful, and Wonderful! The pedi massage was amazing! Will definitely be coming back, next time Im in town!

Took an hour and a half to get my French tip sns powder dip nails done but they look amazing! The shaping of the nails were ok. But most salons don’t seem to shape nails good anyways. I feel Like you have to file/shape yourself then go get your nails done.

First time. Not friendly or helpful. The technician was rough, would not accommodate with color. I had to go with black. Technician could not communicate what she needed.However! The foot and leg massage was amazing. I would probably go back for that but not the pedicure. I need someone who is much gentler.

The absolute BEST place for a pedicure! Theyre always friendly, keep appt times, and do THE MOST thorough job. Ive been coming here for years and will continue to come here!

New ownership, few new employees, TERRIBLE SERVICE! 5 people w reservations & only two got they asked for but only after waiting 30 minutes - staff in the corner laughing & talking. They could not do my nail polish color (gold w red tips) . One asked for white gel and it was done terribly! One for acrylics and she did the wrong shape nail. It’s been 2.5 years since I have been going here, so terribly disappointed. But management was not present so not sure if that is why the service was soooo disappointing.

I went and got my nails done. They looked like shovels. (Wanted almond snapped) I did call and they let me go back in. Though I feel like the halfed fixed them. She kept filing, but didn’t fill in the clear coat on my nails after reshaping them. So now it’s like a weird edge on my nails. I did how ever tip the lady who “tried” to fix them cause she did it for free. And it also took the First Lady over two hours to do my nails (dip, four fingers yellow one black)

Went with a friend. They seemed rushed and crowded. The young lady doing my pedicure did well but never asked if the temperature was ok and I almost got burned. While getting mine done the girl working next to us was doing a friend and talked about her parking tickets and how she didnt know it was a thing or that anyone paid attention to those signs in regards to handicap parking. She then said she went out and got herself one (handicap tag). This spoke volumes about some of the type of people they hire. There are lots of nail salons and Im not sure if I will return to this one or not.

My preferred place to get my nails done. Pricing is fair and the ladies are very nice. Wait time has never been too long for drop ins.

Appointment started 15 minutes late. Toes were painted before massage which made the massage not so great when you are trying to avoid wet toes. She also forgot to wash the scrub off my legs before adding the oil for the massage so it was kinda a mess to get off with wet toe polish. I just felt the whole thing was backwards.

I have mixed feelings on this place. For the positive, I’d have to say the pedicure foot massage was beyond amazing. I would have paid just for the massage. They really work on your feet and my feet were really stressed when I went in. Also very nice staff. On the negative side, I got shellac nails and they are chipping in day two. I also got white tips on my toes and the whole toe is chipping. If they used better product, I would have zero complaint. I can’t rationalize going back no matter how good the massage is if the product chips when it is supposed to last a week minimum.

I got a set of acrylics for prom. I asked if they had any other glitters and she told me they did but she barely looked for different glitters. I only had two options for glitter. The lady didn’t touch my cuticles so they grew out within days. I paid 45 dollars for about 5 days with nails. Smh. And two of my nails weren’t even with the other ones. Oh she also made me bleed when she was filing my nails. I definitely won’t go here again.

They were horrible! I had to give a star, not that I even wanted to give them that star. I left after 1 hour 30 min, and no nails done, had to have them remo ed before I left because the lady doing them was family and didnt work there as a licensed nail tech!

Scheduled an apt. For 3:30 but came in late and they didnt mind. They were courteous and saw me immediately. Jeanette did a great job on my nails. Thank you!

Most of the time they do great work. I have long natural nails. Been going there for years, and have brought several friends n family. I recommend staying with same technician, and setting apmt.

Came in, signed in for a eye brow wax. Glanced around to see if anyone would greet me and ask what I am looking for (normally they do in my experience). No one does, so I sit down after a min - no biggy - they will grab me when they are ready. 10 mins later a girl comes in and signs in, shes greeted and they bring her back for a eyebrow wax!!!!!....At this point I dont care to ask, or say anything (I am literally the only one sitting there). Got right up and walked out. Ive been here before and experienced long wait times and mediocre services but came because my friend always wants to go here. Ive never made a bad review before for a service but I am furious. Will not be going back or recommending.

Dont go here!! It took 2 1/2 hours to get a pedicure and a full set- the nail tech didnt care how my nails looked. The flower she did on my feet was so terrible and tacky, that I thought she wasnt finished. Well it turned out, she was. When I asked her if she could make it a little prettier, she just made it worse. I asked for a simple design on one of my fingers, and she did it so carelessly and messy, and she didnt even bother making an effort to fix it. She just left of there. I was so tired of being there, that I just paid and left. However, when I got home, my nails started to look worse and worse. The gel that I supposedly got, was getting clumpy and gross looking. I ended up having to go somewhere else the next day to get my designs fixed and my hands repolished with REAL gel, and they look awesome now! Nails Couture need to change their name, bc there is nothing couture about their services.

My nails got done on a a Sunday and it’s only Wednesday and all of my nails are about to fall off. I paid $50 and they should not be coming off 3 days later.

No matter who I get with to do either a mani or pedi, they always do an amazing job! Love my nails !

Disrepectful racist institution, was ignoring my questions about the nail polish just staring at me then turned to the girl next to him and making comments about me in english like i couldnt hear him, then acted shocked when i got up and refused a pedicure like i offeneded him. Not worth time or money.
