They were great super gentle and took their time I didn’t feel like they were rushing I had a really good experience Will definitely go back

I came here after another place wouldnt take me (the other place closes at 8 and I arrived at 6:10). Ive only had one other professional pedicure in my life and this tops my first one! The Elegant Pedicure was so relaxing and on-point! Im only here on a business trip but if I were to come back to Anchorage, I would definitely come back here to treat my feet!

POOR JOB!!, my friend and I came in for acrylic nails. I asked for an specific length and shape and he did not meet the requirements. He seem in to be in a rush, went rough on my hands and gave me attitude, the color was not meeting my standards. When I asked him to change the color he said he couldn’t do it. Wasted 40 bucks on basic acrylic nails with basic polish. I would not recommend.

I called on 3/31 to make an appointment for my daughter and 3 of her friends for prom on 4/12. We showed up ON TIME and were told we didn’t have an appointment. This was very inconvenient since every place was so busy because of Prom. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I got a gel manicure and it looks beautiful. I was assisted by a young lady. She was quick and polite. I found my new nail salon!

I enjoy getting my nails, feet done. Also my eyebrows!!!

Tina is amazing. She takes her time and does an excellent job. They are so nice and professional here.

I went in and the guy that did my nails did a really good decent job but it could of been better he was really nice but the Guy who did my friends nails did not do a good job at all

Ive been going to Elegant nails for 2 and 1/2 years I love Tina and her family they get the job done in a timely fashion and Im always satisfied with their work, I definitely recommend them to everyone!

I really like the family however....the paint job was horrible they charged me sixty dollars then I asked them how.much they would charge me for a new paint job they said twenty more dollars. They used to do such great job and now because they overbook they do a piss poor job very unsatisfied with their ethic at this point I would not recommend them.
