I’ve worn some type of nail enhancements for 30years. I couldn’t get in with my regular so not even a week later I had six chips. By the end of trip they had all chipped and came off 😔

Monica was very sweet and considerate of what I was asking for. She even stayed late after closing to make sure I was a happy customer. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Best nail place in town! Ive been coming here for 10 years and Michael and V have always done an amazing job! Ive never left unhappy with my nails and anything I present to them, theyre willing to try and they always kill it! All of the staff is so friendly when my daughter comes with me too. Very clean and professional

I’ve been going here for years. They are the best in town. Very picky about my pedicures and I highly recommend! I’ve gotten full sets from Vee and Michael. Both were always amazing. Everyone there does great pedicures. Very thorough, take their time and pay attention to detail.

Very good service, I got the attention I needed on my appointment without feeling like they were in a rush to get me done, so they could start on another client. Quiet and clean place, so I could relax

My 15 yr old was charged $15 extra for Long nails! I am very upset she was taken advantage of by Mike/Michael. She showed him this length and he said $50, no way! Regular length here and should have been $35 total for full set acrylic. I called and V was nice. Left my name and # and no call back from Michael yet. My daughter needs a $15 refund to make this right.Update: they never refunded my child or called us back to fix it! Criminal!

I had a wonderful experience!! My pedicure was fabulous and they sat me down right at my appointment time. She spent almost 1.5 hours on my pedicure. I can’t wait to go back

This place is better than back home! A little more expensive, and its hard to rate the whole place on one techs excellent work, but there were other people who jumped in to help when I threw them a curve, so 4 stars in a team effort!

Mike or whoever the male in there is. Is beyond disrespectful. Wanted nothing but to argue with my child. The professionalism was way off. I’m beyond disgusted with this business and their customer service. 0/10 would NEVER recommend. Save your money. And protect your positive energy.

Nails are not worth the money. People dont listen to what you ask for and do it the way they see fit to do it. Wish I could say better things but there are many other places you can spend that money.

Aside from my nails taking about an hour and a half for a pink and white manicure Michael was an absolute magician, very kind and he was so meticulous and did such a good job on my nails!

Excellent service! Very friendly. I am from Hawaii and I came in to Natural Nails for a gel pedicure. They really took her time to get the old gel polish off. I have been to other salons and because they are in a hurry, they use a drill file and carelessly take off half of my natural toenails leaving them paper thin. Not the case with Natural nails. She took her time and did NOT take anything off of my natural nail bed. I got the signature pedicure with includes 2 long massages. Truly one of the best pedicures I ever had!!!

I don’t live in anchorage and had about 7 hours before my flight home. I stopped in here for a signature pedicure. It was the best I’ve ever had. The foot and leg massage were amazing, my feet have no more calluses, and I love the color. I will make sure I have time to back here every time I’m in anchorage!

I love this place. Clean and I always get a good job in my nails. Michael does solar nails and us an artist he is quick and nails always look great! Been going 2 years and have no plans in changing

We walked in to see if they had room for us to get pedicures and they said yes and to pick out a color. We were given a list of pedicure services while both my daughter and myself had our feet soaking. We both picked the $32 pedicure and then the ladies continued. All the technical work was great and the ladies did a good job. There was a male gentleman working at the store that seemed to have a short and negative tone when speaking to staff and us. He met me at the register and said that each pedicure would be $57 dollars. When I questioned the price, he pointed to a sign by the front door that said, “Gel $25UP” and that was all. known of the staff explained this to us and the gentleman’s communication and manners were rude. Long story short, a $64 pedicure was actually $114 and we will never go back. Not good business!!!

Being from Texas I did not think I would be able to find a nail salon that did pink and white, but Im so happy to say I did. Michael did my nails and did a beautiful job. Im so pleased! Its a plus that I had a delightful visit with him and look forward to coming back when I visit Anchorage again.

Nails are cute, but they can be a little aggressive. a few little cuts but other than that amazing service.

They staff was very nice. I took my mom, whos 82, and they were very patient & did an excellent job. Prices were reasonable.
