The man that did my nails did them wrong. I told him on the ring fingers the nail will be black too with white spider webs. He ended up not doing it, he did the nail white with black spider webs with glitter, i did not ask for glitter. Some of the nails are shorter then the others which i’m not happy with.

I am so happy with my service at Ivy nails. I wish I could remember the lady who did my pedi and acrylic because she was awesome! Best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I almost fell asleep during the pedicure it was like a professional massage. My nails are PERFECT she took her time and the shape is so even on ever nail which is something I can’t say I’ve experienced before. 1000% recommend

Excellent birthday pedi! The only thing I was irritated about was when I asked if the nail polish I had picked was any extra money the lady said no, same price. So she knew what I was asking. And when it came time to pay all of a sudden it’s 20$ extra for a freaking nail polish!! I was not happy at all. Otherwise the staff was wonderful, they didn’t sit around and talk about you in their own language. Lol you all know what I mean!! But no, really, they engaged with us and we all sat around talking and laughing. It was a good time.

Service is great. You can make an appt. Or drop-in. If youre unhappy management will work to resolve any issues. Oh and my nails 💅 always look 👀 great! Highly recommend Ivy Nails!

Visiting my Parents, my mom and i went to Ivy to be pampered. People were nice and it was pretty clean which was a factor for me.However, as you can see my toes nails are cut super low on one side. Both big toes!! Now my fake fingernails are super fake looking, super big and cut twice. Steve was a quiet man until he tried to up sale my man as they both laugh, as we all know exactly what he is up too. Up sale everything haha My mom had to go back for them to fix four nails that the shellac was not done properly.

I have gone to see Steven for years. I always leave feeling just beautiful. All the techs are amazing!

They give amazing pedicures but it’s not really a relaxing experience when the TVs in the salon are just playing rated R movies loudly. Hearing inappropriate language, and having to try to “not listen” when there’s a sex scene. Super unprofessional. If they would just put relaxing music on or a show everyone would enjoy it would make the experience way better. This is a relaxing service I look forward to.

Ivy Nails was able to get me in quickly and took their time with my acrylic fill in and shape/cut down. I would like to note, I called a head. I appreciated the time and detail the nail technician took. My nails look great. Thank you!

They did a horrible job painting my nails and refuse to take them off for me without charging me extra to take off the ugly nails they painted on me!!! Unprofessional and the owner rudely hung up on me! I will never recommend or return to this horrible establishment with horrible ownership!!!!!

This was my third visit to Ivy nails and I will definitely go back. The owner is kind and every nail tech ive had did an amazing job.

Didn’t get what I wanted but they fixed it for free and did way better. I paid $45 for what I didn’t want. I wouldn’t recommend unless on a time crunch and need easy basic work

My friend and I had a girls day, I got a full set and she got a refill. My nail tech was phenomenal! I had let my friends daughter play on my phone to help keep her preoccupied, she was more than okay with me helping her get back onto whatever she managed to accidentally get out of. I LOVE my nails. I LOVE her patience.

I took my 2 daughter there to have a mommy and daughters date. Let me just say that I thought this place was my favorite. Well, not anymore. As the staff were doing our pedicure, they were speaking their language, laughing, etc. Unprofessional if you asked me. The man that did my nails rushed throughout the whole process. I didn’t like my nails at all or the service my daughters and I received. You all should start acting more professional and take your time satisfying your customers. You damn near charge me $200 and your service wasn’t all that. You all just lost me as a customer.

Awful service. I got a full set of gels put on and I was very unhappy with the service provided to me. The woman working on my nails cut too low on my natural nails and hurt me multiple times. They were very impatient and rude. I asked to get them removed the next day and they cut them but did not remove them. They did not even refund me my full amount. They told me they would not remove them for free on top of it. I explained that I was very unhappy with my service and the owner said he didn’t have an hour to waste on removing my nails unless I paid for it. They were all on their phones while I was waiting for someone to assist me. They were very disrespectful and unprofessional. Highly recommend choosing a different salon.

I had a good experience here. I got my nails done very well by the tech. I did not feel any discomfort. The appointments and walk-ins do clash with each other but it was no big deal. :) They also had a good movie playing too. They do not provide flip flops with pedicures though so make sure to bring flip flops if you get pedicures done: :)

Took mom to get a pedi and mani for Mothers Day. Awesome customer service, reasonable price. We did not have to wait, even though did not call ahead. They made moms day special, would recommend to family and friends.

Unfriendly/unprofessional staff. When she came over after finishing up with another customer I am not sure that she got clean instruments. Also, she didnt use anything on my feet before using the grater. I just arrived here and I am used to them opening the package of sterile instruments in front of you and using a gel with the grater. Very unfortunate because I liked the way my nails turned out.

Maggie is awesome she does a great job on my nails and feet I drive over 20 miles just to get to her

This place is filthy, all the equipment is worn out and stained. It looks like they havent cleaned anything in a long time. On top of that they dont use liners in their foot tubs, so the lack of sanitation is even more disturbing. They dont even acknowledge you when you walk in either. The staff isnt friendly, and theyre pretty unprofessional. Sitting around eating and laughing, when they sound be cleaning something. The guy that did my pedicure seemed nice though, even though we didnt talk at all.

Nickel and dime you to death. Want something other than regular polish like gel, better open your wallet, design = more $$, friendly service.... well Im thinking thats way out of my price range. So why did I go here? My regular place was closed. If you want a great mani/pedi for one all inclusive price (nothing extra will be charged) go to Rose Hip nail studio. Lessoned learned, stay far away from Ivy Nails.

Had my nails filled. They couldnt file my nails down all to one length, and they couldnt put nail polish on without it being inconsistent. Very pricey as well, so I definitely wouldnt recommend to anyone. If you want your nails done, please find another nail salon.

They did a great job. The salon is a decent size. I usually hate getting my cuticles trimmed because its painful, but here they do a good job and its never uncomfortable. I showed the lady who did my manicure a picture of what I wanted done, an anchor on top of pink stripes and glitter on 2 of my nails, and got exactly what I wanted. The also had 2-3 TVs that were playing Pitch Perfect 2. There pirices are great too: $15 for mani, $12 for kids mani, $25 for shellac. The only thing I didnt like was that the nail files had white dust on them as if they had been used on someone else before. Otherwise it was a great experience!

***Update 4/13/16*** So I decided to go back. They do good work and my polish and designs last 2 full weeks! Trang is my go to person and does quality designs.I have gone to Ivy Nails 2 times. The first for a mani/pedi fora vacation. They did great work. The second time I got a pedi and full set. The pedi was as great as the first time. The full set was quality but not filed into a shape I like. I went back the next day and wanted them reshaped and a polish change that they were rather snotty about. I didnt mind paying for it since the lady had asked me if it was ok and I said yes. Their unfriendly demeanor was something I had not experienced. It was a big turn off. Idk if i Wil go back or not. The service had been great up until this. Id rate it 3.5 but it wont let me.

Not impressed. I was getting shellac, the lady was rushing my nails and had to redo two nails 3x each.

Brows are always great. Pedicures are on point and last at least 2 weeks.

First time here at this nail salon and I wont be back ..... Well the pedi was okay but not worth $30 and my full set was great I thought til after the first week of having my nails they started feel loose and coming off ! What a waste of $35 . I also got my eyebrows done not happy with them either so yes I wont be returning :(

About Mani/Pedis,Too hit and miss, sometimes they do a job you will really enjoy and other times you can leave feeling completely unsatisfied, prices are too high for them to do their job inconsistently, they can also have trouble understanding what you want to have done exactly.
