Kudos to the lady who stayed late after her shift today to help make sure my package got shipped.

Such great customer experience here! There was quite the line and the lady was kind and efficient to everyone!

Just moved to the area and was incredibly impressed with the customer service at this specific UPS store. The woman (working on Thursday 8/8/19 at 3pm) at the counter was packaging ~50 gift items for a couple of men while her coworker was also helping someone. I walked in behind a guy trying to return something and the woman was SUPER efficient and made sure everyone in line (3 more people walked in behind me) was greeted and felt taken care of. It definitely held our patience well with how she handled the big service she was focusing on, a line that continued to grow and a phone that was ringing! She even directed her coworker in all the right directions to make sure efficiency was on par. They were both friendly and happy! Will use this location from here on. Thank you!

I would rather stand in line on Christmas Eve at the post office, than to ever step foot into the Tudor location again. Our cashier Tracy, acted as though our presence was an inconvenience and was extremely brash and almost hostile. She didnt say much, not even a greeting, but when she did speak it was as though she did not care about our business in anyway. Mid-way through the interaction while her back was turned to us she said, Hows your day going? As though it was a formality that she knew she had to say but very obvious that she could actually care less. The other cashier at the time was also extremely rude and LOUD towards another customer in the store. We all were very aware of that poor mans business and she did not seem to want to help him find a solution and he ended up leaving the store without sending his goods through UPS. My husband has used this location in the past and said he did not recognize the women and that he typically has a good experience here. These employees need additional training in customer service and better management.

I prefer this store over all other locations in Anchorage. Employees are always nice, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Rude and poor service

I went to the Post Office to return a package to vendor and was given the run around for about 10 minutes before being told they couldnt help me. I went to the UPS store on Tudor and the clerks were extremely polite and helpful and personable. They had me in and out the door in 5 minutes. Great service!

I was looking for a secure place to receive my mail. I stopped at this UPS store hoping to get a mailbox. Mane and Melissa Romero were extremely pleasant and helpful. Excellent customer service. I will highly recommend this UPS store.

I have been coming to the particular UPS Store for quite awhile now and all I have to say is EXCELLENT customer service, Brea gives out top notch service and the recent staff there is following in her footsteps. Brea give you a greeting soon as you walk in and is very efficient in everything from when I walk in until I leave and because of this fact I have recommended that two people receive and now have boxes at this particular UPS Store on Tudor because of the exceptional service I always receive from Brea.

Very helpful working with me Cheiley and Brea were phenomenal! Cheiley packaged a special shipment for me and I am confident it will make it safely! Blessings on them!

Terrible customer service!

Had a p.o. box there for 5 yrs. Had them forward my mail to Florida almost a month ago. Theyre going to reimburse the price of not sending my stuff two weeks late but insist they give me 5 dollars off for this shipment.wow I feel lucky. It will only end up taking six weeks but I saved 5 dollars

I had the pleasure of working with Tosha and Melissa today to send multiple packages and print a few art prints. They were great to work with! Beyond polite and encouraging (it was my first time printing my own artwork). I was a fumbling mess but they maintained professionalism and never made me feel like I was taking too long or anything.

Top tier customer service that greatly exceeded my expectations. Brea was exceptionally nice and I can’t say enough nice things about my experience with her and this UPS store. Definitely recommend!

Walked in at 1030am with about 250lbs of stuff and Kendra took care of me perfectly. Very easy to work with and great at her job. Definitely felt like a valued customer.

UPS was unable to accept my package with the return label provided by Amazon, but the cashier was quick to explain why and offer what assistance she could.

I went in to send my textbooks back today and the woman behind the counter was so helpful! She helped me package up my books and taped everything up for me. Awesome service.

Prompt, attentive service on most visits. Convenient location.

I had 16 pounds of Halibut shipped to my friend in Alabama. The name and address were on the box and provided to the ups employee. The fish however was shipped to the wrong address in Minnesota. The unintended recipients were my in-laws. By the time the package was discovered all of the contents had spoiled. The UPS regional manager called me after viewing this post and personally refunded the shipping cost. I didnt have to start the process or even call them at the store. Theyre mailing me a check as we speak. Im very grateful that they took the initiative and took care of me, way to turn a front upside down.

OMG WHAT CAN I SAY......ups really sucks! I understand that they can not give you a specific time for your delivery but they have an option where you can get text updates about you package so I figured that would be the fastest way to know when a surprise package would arrive that I had ordered for my husband. literally the package was delivered a whole 5 hrs before I ever received a text. and this has happend more than once. USPS isnt any better fyi.

Super slow. Only one attendant for the entire store. Was polite anf helpful but the poor woman could seriously use some help. Theres a line if people and only one poor person to take care of them all. Come on UPS help your poor employee out.

9/08/2016The native woman behind the counter was rude, annoying, and never said hello, never greeted me or ever once smiled. Never once let me know what she was doing, to keep me informed. Is this the kind of service we can expect from UPS????

One cashier helping customers, the other cashier was on the phone, then left the cash register in spite of tg he long line. I ended up leaving.

Omg, go anywhere else. Customer service is so incredibly bad. I was there at 1:30 on a Friday and the woman was not suited to her job.I actually drove across town to complete my transaction she was so bad.
