Nice facilities, easy to access your box, the workers are super friendly, they recognize you when you come in the door and grab your packages for you. Overall wonderful place! Only thing is when its rush hour it takes a while cuz theres only 2 desks and shipping is pretty expensive. But if you can deal with those minor inconveniences, Id highly recommend!

I have been going to this location for over 5 years.The current crew has misplaced several of my packagesSometimes there in the wrong drawer or they tell me I already picked it up and it shows up the next day .Very discouraging.

Twice now the driver hasnt delivered to my door when weve been home waiting so it gets sent to this place. Ive gotten emails that say package is ready for pickup but when I get there they tell me its not until after 1:30 & that information is on the note left on the door. Well, if the driver bothered to come to the door I might have one of those handy notes. Also, the guy that works there clearly hates his job & shouldnt be working in customer service. Rolls his eyes when theres an issue brought up & wont answer questions about policies saying he knows nothing about how the corporate emails work. Simple question cant be answered by your staff? Ridiculous.

Service was fine but the UPS store policy of not shipping anything remotely gun related even squirt guns, stocks, holsters, etc. seems more politically motivated than anything else, in my opinion. I was trying to ship a stock and was told they are not licences to ship gun related parts or accessories. I can understand if it was guns or FFL items but this goes to far. I did some searching online and this seems to be just a UPS Store policy and nothing to do with UPS . They said they are not authorized to ship these items, which makes it sound like some kind of regulation, but dont be fooled, its just their policy. I probably wont use UPS stores again for this reason. I ended up just going to the post office and sending it for cheaper and faster anyway.

Make sure you read the fine print when shipping something because they will lie to your face about delivery dates. Also, what they say are not guaranteed because they are a franchise and not actually UPS. I knew they were a franchise but I actually thought they were backed by UPS, not true. They will charge you for 2 day delivery but dont expect to get it until after a week or longer as it will sit at a hub for 3 days and not move. I will be using other shipping methods from now on if i have a choice I will no longer choose UPS.

Thank you for your fantastic customer service yesterday and today! I have an anaphylactic allergy to fish but needed to send fish to someone. You are the ONLY (I called a ton of businesses) person that listened to my needs, gave me helpful suggestions, and most important gave me the time that overnight packages leave for the day! Once there I had a fabulous woman that packaged for me and walked me through exactly what I needed. Thank YOU for all your help!!

Not 1 single time that I have paid shipping through UPS have they delivered at home. Every single time they just left a note for us to pick up the next day. They did not knock or call. What is the point of paying this service if I still have to go pick it up...

We needed a notary to sign and stamp some documents for us. Both employees in the store were notaries and told us from open to close they usually have someone that can perform notary services, which is convenient since they are open til 7pm. Super friendly service and took care of us promptly. Will definitely return!

Notary seemed annoyed because she had to stay late and my comment of how expensive the service was. She then proceeded to explain how the person signing had to explain the form to her, because he needed to know what he was signing, and completely cut me off. Now the person signing was my spouse of over 40 years, and we both walked in together. The document had both our names, but I asked him to sign instead of me in front of her. She then continued to read the entire document, even though she was only verifying the signator, not the documents content. Will I ever go back there? Not in this lifetime. I think people gain more by being helpful, than by being short in customer service manners. She is rude and unprofessional.

I went in the store today with 2 boxes for returns. I had ran out of tape at home so I brought them in with out tape. I had done this in the past and they taped the box with no problem. However this time the employee informed me it would be $2.00 a box for them to put .10 cents (if that) worth of tape. Or you could buy a roll of tape for 3.99. That is outrageous to charge the price of putting tape over 2 small boxes as purchasing a roll of tape from them. What a rip off!

I came in to ship 4 boxes from this location the person that helped me put all 4 boxes under one tracking number and only put one tracking label on 1 of the 4 boxes, she then tapped all 4 boxes together to ship out as one. Only 3 boxes got to the destination the last box was lost. The insurance that I put under them was never compensated for (even after filing a claim) and was treated very poorly throught the whole process. I am a small bussines owner and this experience has showed me to never use ups again. (For those wondering the item I lost was 4 vintage racing wheels oz pegasus valued over $1600)

Omg! Do not place your email or pull up any personal info on their computer!! I was not able to close any of my accounts and then they did know that passcode to enter back into their own computer! This is a horrible scam I had to change all of my passcodes

The woman helping me.was having trouble with the scanner reading the bar code and she end up getting frustrated because she has to type in 2 out of 3 packages, making noises and trowing thing
