Staff is usually really friendly and patient. However this store can be super busy so dont got before it closes! It would be perfect if they had 2-3 for staff helping

Rest assured I will definitely be recommending people avoid GCI if at all possible especially service members considering as a veteran you have screwed me over not once, not even twice, but three times so far. Actions of staff are absolutely horrendous and the way this company does business is closer to robbery than service.

I dont. Pay too much for a package of channels you dont even watch. ie: whole bunch of sports, news, paid programming, Spanish channels, and thats just basic cable. Then there is some channels you might watch with the next level package. All just a scheme to get you to pay a hundred or more to watch t.v. I remember when t.v. used to be free.
