I am very disappointed in this company. I called them before 4pm and was on hold for more than 2 hours. Once it reached 5pm, my hold call was transferred to Tech Support with out an explanation. The quality of customer service has gone down hill and the value of customers is non-existent. Other than their community social media presence they are very unprofessional, do not care about the community, customers who have been with this company for years or new customers. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICES! AND HIGHLY DISAPPPOINTED in their treatment of people in general!
I can’t access my account online and have been trying to call these people for 5 months straight. No answer. EVER. They dont return calls or emails. Their main office isn’t even accessible to the public. WHAT IS GOING ON OVER THERE?!!!! They said i can go to first national to pay my bill…. What?!?!?!
After using their service for a couple of years, Im shocked their google rating is as high as a 2.1. Its the single worst internet service Ive had, followed by the some of the worst customer service you could imagine. Any call or email is met with were experiencing a high volume of messages, so itll be months before we get back to you. The reason their call/message volume is so high, is that their product is a steaming pile of hot garbage. If you have a choice, do NOT use this company. If they are your only option, steel yourself for the misery that is to come.

I have paid $24 a month to reserve my phone number and it has taken over a week to connect it again. During this week I have spent 45 and 1 hour on the phone waiting for representative.Meanwhile my 73 year old husband is at our remote cabin with no way to call for help if needed. And they have a monopoly in the area!
Six years ago this was a great deal for Alaskans. However, over the last two to three years, we have more down time than up time. We had went to use online bill pay, only to find out someone hacked their website, and they tried to blame us for reporting it.We spend an entire day waiting on hold for the rude customer service reps to answer, and treat us like having a customer is the issue in the first place.There is no value in this internet. We use antiquated DSL internet at 10mbps, and get fliers for better internet only to be told they dont have this service in my area. Why send a flier?Try using their outdated telephony system to have you login...does not work. They double charge you for service making slow internet almost 250$ a month. Oh, and they blame you for double charges and want you to send in papend money.work for their errors. Just a waste of time,
Customer service is non-existent and Lord help you if you have an easy question and need to talk to customer service. Literally hours on hold waiting to actually talk to a human. Today was over 2.5 hours, last time it was 1 hr 45 min to get them to answer. Once you are set up the home internet service they provide is great, and once you talk to someone the people are very kind, but holy moly, shouldn’t have to wait 2 hours on hold for them to pick up, ridiculous.
Got internet installed last week and I still dont have internet connection. I called the installer and he basically said to wait and good luck. I cant get ahold of anyone at the main office and I dont even want to work with this company anymore but I dont know how to turn the equipment in because the building is closed to the public. Horrible customer service.

Love getting 1/10th of the internet speed thats being paid for. Even if I was getting the speed my plan comes with, it is still not good.
The person I spoke with had a very good knowledge of the services provided and the cost. He also spoke clearly and precisely! He was polite and helpful and most of all not pushy.
These people do not answer the phone to save their life, and the internet quality is not that great. We have had the internet buffer on many different occasions, and currently the internet is down. We tried contacting them for inquiries, no one ever picked up throughout the day. Although Alasks Communications is cheaper, Id just recommend going with GCI. These people are infuriating to deal with.
I have had ACS for years. The internet has been horrible. I work remotely & it requires high speed internet. ACS is snails pace... IF it even works. They used to be fantastic but now it doesnt work & good luck getting anyone to answer calls or service requests. I will be researching for a better provider. I am very disappointed with them. I wouldnt go with them unless you want to pay for a service you will rarely be able to use.
The only concern I have is that its very hard to contact a Real person. The services is excellent.
Waited on hold for an hour to discuss an issue with payment where I was being charged double for the internet service I was signing up for, to be treated like I was an idiot and told I wouldnt be double charged. When I completed the payment I was double charged. Terrible customer service. Will be finding a new internet provider even if it costs me more money.
Not only has the internet speeds been slow but when I’ve tried to call to get things handled I’ve been unable to reach anyone. I’ve had them for 2 years because they’re the most reasonably priced but they’re not worth it. Having a fixed income makes it hard to pay for gci prices but after being on hold for over an hour and counting I think it’s time I switch. Worse service I ever received and this includes overseas internet providers while in the military.
I went to the lobby and called the lobby number because of covid19 measures.The receptionists took my info and completed my transaction for internet cxling.. thankful for ACS!!
I’ve been with ACS 6 years. Last year the modem they provided me failed. I contacted tech support. They confirmed the modem was faulty. They told me to go buy another one, since the one they provide ‘is junk’. I told them I wanted a new one, since I’m paying them for it. I had to complain to a manager, they grudgingly made an exception’ to replace it. Now a year later my internet is dead. I sent 1hr 42 mins on hold to tech support. An agent picked up and when I told them my internet was dead they said ‘let me get tech support on the line’ then put me back on hold ( this was after I selected ‘tech support’ in the beginning. I’ve been on hold a further 20 mins. No option for a call back, no idea how long I will b on hold. If you have any other choice don’t use ACS! I had to call GCI today, problem resolved in 8 mins!
Calling on behalf of my mother as I used to live in Fairbanks few years back. Customer service is highly difficult to get ahold of. Fairbanks branch has been removed since my last visit and changes to my account. Used to be an great company for customer service from personal experience, but now it’s not worth my time to wait long weeks in email response time. Phone calls are different now and what seems impossible to get ahold of someone as they just either hang up or route ask you to send an email. ACS explains phone hours but then they seem unavailable. ??!! Completely aggravating and frustrated with ACS alaska!! Seems they have changed so much from years past. I would like to cancel service but it seems I can’t get ahold of them for that even. As a fcc related company, I’m going to file a complaint. I’m only wondering if anyone else is having this issue. Extremely unhappy, customer. ESP being a customer of 30 years.
Tom in Tech Support was very helpful and informative when I had a residential internet issue. He took the time to go through everything until he located and resolved my problem. I am very impressed, most tech support send other people to the home to do that and he did it all from his desk!
ACS (Alaska Communications) has a monopoly in my area and they take our money and except for a few people give lousy service. They keep you on hold for unreasonable lengths of time. The only thing that they are consistently good at is taking your money.
Everything about this company is trash from their website, to their automated phone system, to their call center, all of it barley functions. My account balance was never updated, Ive consistently used the quickpay option which has always said my balance was $0.01 for the last 6 months, whether I had paid or not paid it. I could call in to check my account balance, but I had to have my account #, consistently their system for finding your account # was down. My phone number was never tied to the account, The account I made online to tie to service was never tied to my actual account. The autopay I activated via phone was never activated. They will call you for payment, then when you call them back to confirm your account #, expect 2 hour hold time. Something wrong with your router, expect 2 hour hold time. Getting clarification on your account, 2 hour hold time. Calling about getting your online account updated with your account information you had done after waiting 2 hours on hold, another 2 hour hold time only to find out it was never actually completed. Work a 8-6 job, offices are closed outside those hours. Missing a bill because your account was never updated, they will then send you an email, but when you email them back expect 5 business days to get back with you. Want updates on your account emailed to you. Expect to get spam about random stuff, Unsubscribe from the spam and you will never receive an account update until your account is disconnected, but you will still receive the spam.My dad has GCI services and the service is a night and day difference, responsiveness, hold times, weird considering that GCI bought ACS in 2014.my theory is that GCI owns this company and keeps it trash to push people to their more expensive service. Giving people with tighter incomes an unworkable hassle of service so they encourage customers to GCI services, where they can charge $165/month for what is essentially the same service. Or you can go with their cheaper packages, but spend about the same amount as you go over on data. Want to go with a more independent service? Please go with one of the many companies that operate off of GCI or AT&T infrastructure or are satellite.Choose this company if you would like unreliable service tied with long hold times, service that never follows through on questions and account requests. I canceled my service and they still continued to charge me for months. I’ve been out on hold several times to correct this issue and have not been able to get through. Over 2 hour hold times are not acceptable.

We have several rentals (aka a lot of business for ACS) which we provide internet. The internet has always been good however the customer service when I tried to call today to set up another new service is enough to switch my business elsewhere. From the moment my call was picked up after 30 + minutes on hold it was clear Kevin in the call center hates their job. Kevin didnt care and it was clear I was just a call to answer. Kevin also didnt seem to understand really simple questions and in hind sight I think it was just too much effort to answer them for me. In the end, I asked for a supervisor to be told none were available (I will probbaly never hear from one is my guess, which is funny because I was only asking for one to finish out the call, not to complain). Lastly, Kevin refused to provide any way to identify them beyond Kevin in the call center. ACS, it is clear from my experience and the 2.1 star rating you currently hold things needs to change to win back any loyal customers.UPDATE 07/01/21: Shocker...no supervisor ever called me back.
Tech support helped me out but so far this service is Trash I can only use 1 MAYBE 2 devices on my home internet connection and it literally drops. No internet, nothing. Can’t even set up my account online either. How am I supposed to pay you if I can’t even set up my own account. And I’m being charged for installing the router MYSELF? Plug it in and I’m done, 80 bucks. And then an additional 99 to turn it on. But the email I received shows I was charged 2x for an appointment that both took place at the same time. What is going on with ACS?? 80 a month for less than 10 mbps?.. suuuure it’s “unlimited” but. I can’t. Even. Stay. Connected?!
I have been having nothing but problems getting ready to change to another provider, I pay my bill yet I cant connect to internet and everybody in my house can, I wont pay for somthing Im not getting!

My internet went out on Sunday. ACS support was closed. I called Monday morning. They said I had to be at the router so I said after work. They said they could call me at 7:30 pm so I wouldn’t have to spend an hour on hold. No call came at 7:30. I called them at 7:33 and spent the next hour on hold listening to a message repeated ever minute, “ we value your calls very much. Calls will be answered in the order received”. Calls aren’t returned and phones aren’t answered at all.
Been on hold now for 45 minutes...an every time occurrence. Am expecting the same low level customer service as always.
Was on the phone for hours and turned around and tired to just go there for the services. Under this website on google. It says there open, but in reality there not. Could have gotten good money from me, but no and solely because of a lack of picking up the phone or being there. By the way this company is not the only one who has unlimited home internet GCI does too. Lost good bussiness for soley not being available and in my opinion businesses that dont do in person. Should not be allowed to do business right now so annoying! Life doesnt just stop!
WiFi service was promised by AK Communications but after spending 1/2 a day setting it up it did not work. And then I had to spend 2 hours on hold just to cancel the services myself?! Bad customer experience.

Perhaps Alaska Communications needs to do a hiring event? In response to your response I should email Alaska Communications with my phone number and that will be much faster than waiting on hold? That is interesting logic.
My medical office phone system hangs up on callers and on office staff after 1 ring. We have to call 2-4 times to place a call, and patients are complaining of the same issue for incoming calls. Customer service rep Susan could have lost the attitude, the deep sighs, the suggestions that I think about someone who could come and unlock the building mechanicals on short notice (I DONT own the building!), and shown some professionalism. Apparently ACS may or may not consider a service call sometime next week. I asked, when can we expect a call? Today or Monday? Susan, I told you, they already have their schedules. You can call on Monday and see if youre on the schedule, but the schedules have already been sent out. Me, so, Tuesday at the earliest? Susan, deep sigh, I didnt say that: you need to think about someone who can be there on a half hour notice. This went around for around 15 minutes. It was absolutely insane (and, as a psychiatrist, Im licensed to say so).
To be clear, the only reason i am giving 2 stars is because they are very slightly better than the only other option where I live.The customer support people are pretty friendly and capable, but good luck getting ahold of them. The hold muzak is on a 30 second loop, and is interrupted every loop by a recording letting you know that you are on hold. Today I heard the loop 146 times. I counted. then it was past 5 so I just got disconnected.Cant wait for that Elon Musk internet!

Your unlimited internet service is good for its price. Your customer service is the absolute worst I have ever experienced though. This is not an exaggeration and I have had to deal with Bank of Americas customer support before. Fix yourself.
Called multiple times trying to get service set-up. Gave them my information to put a new property in their system. Called back multiple days later....wasnt in the system. Customer service rep said they would call back... never did. Would NOT recommend. Wait times are 40+ mins, service takes 6-12 days to happen, and the incompetency when it came to just setting up home internet was incredibly sad. Do not waste your time dealing with them.

Internet is extremely slow and unreliable. My home security system usage and steaming the TV at once cause the internet to lock up. For days at a time we sometimes have no internet at all. Customer service is horrible. The wait time to talk to anyone on the phone is 2-3 hours. I have given up with ACS. I have switched to GCI and the increased internet speed and reliability is mind blowing. I pay twice what ACS charges now, but for 100x the speed and rock solid reliability, it is worth the extra dollar. The only problem that I have now is closing out my ACS account. The only way I could get a response from anyone was via email. I only expected to pay a final balance. I have to now dispute differing account numbers and different addresses that I have never lived at. I will be going to my bank today to try and sort out ACSs MESS with billing and do battle over everything else. What an unprofessional and mismanaged company. I cannot believe that they are still in business. NEVER AGAIN!
Y’all need to fix your app so that people shouldn’t have to call you to get things done. Obviously things aren’t working very well by answering the phone due to “high call volume”. Seems that you guys respond to google reviews quicker than you do for anything else. Only good thing I have to say about this company is that the internet was good for the price, and the one time I actually got someone on the phone, they were polite.Ps. 1 hr + on hold. 10+ business days out to install. Tried to cancel, but didn’t work. Install people randomly called from unknown number without warning while at work. Awful. Use GCI.
To say that ACS has poor customer service would imply that they have ANY customer service to begin with.Nobody answers the phone, and you end up on hold for hours at a time.Emails asking for support also go unanswered.Their Accountview website wont allow you to make any changes to your service and clicking on the support link does nothing at all.To top it off, the one and only ACS location in Anchorage is permanently closed.
When GCI took over ACS, their service plummeted.I had a DSL installed by a “professional” and one hour later it stopped working. I called ACS for technical support and realized how clueless he was. The speed was slower than a dial up phone. I had to turn in the equipments and went back to GCI.I just read on ADN, “GCI will outsource call center to Philippines, saying it has been unable to fully staff it.” Sigh.. This is really frustrating. We need more competitors from lower 48 states.

Otherwise steer clear of Alaska communications I Waited on hold for thirty minutes only for the company to say they are not providing costumer service inside houses. They are using COVID as an excuse for terrible customer service. If you have another option use it. I don’t write negative reviews often but Alaska communications is truly terrible.

This company overcharged me for more than a year for internet service speeds that are not even available in my area. Only a partial refund of my overcharges was refunded. The wifi speeds continue to be subpar, and despite requests to replace modem/router equipment which came with this service to an updated version, this request to improve services that are below the contracted service speeds has been refused by ACS. Furthermore, I requested termination of a phone service 2 billing cycles ago, and I am continuing to be charged for this discontinued service. I have spent literally hours on hold, waiting for customer service representatives to speak with about the multiple issues with my account and services. I would not recommend ACS to anyone, and only gave a 1-star rating because ZERO is not available, just like many features of the services that they continue to bill me for.
Set up automatic payments with the company. Guess it never went through. Theyve updated their payment system for which after 3 months I get a single call your bill is now past due. I received no bill, email or message prior. When I call to pay, you cant pay over the phone anymore for some reason. Tried to use my phone number to pull up my account that number doesnt match. Tried to call them 30min so far and no answer. What a worthless company. Never deal with a company that doesnt have a storefront.

Called to have my internet disconnected on the 24 February because I am moving but instead had my service disconnected the same day.i have called multiple times after being on hold for about 45 minutes 3 days later the internet is still not restored. The only reason I gave a one star is because I cant get any lower. Very disappointed

I was at my office this weekend with IT professional trying to reach anyone at ACS. The wait for a human to answer, even for business service, was acurately timed at 1 hour and 15 minutes because of high call volume on a Saturday. Problem was not solved with one phone call. They said could not help until Monday. They wasted several hours of my time and IT professional waiting on the line at $85/hour. This is unacceptable.

I have been an internet customer for several years. My high speed internet has been running at less than 1MBS for several weeks. I have spent over 5 hours on the phone trying to speak to a technical support representative. Nobody ever answers the phone even after over an hour in the queue. I have tried calling at different times to no avail. I am 70 years old and ACS is solidly in the top three worst examples of customer service of my life time.
Customer service hold times are never ending. Ive had to just hang up after more than an hour. I wonder if anybody at ACS was ever going to answer it. ACS doesnt: (1) provide an estimated wait time; (2) offer a call-back or appointment set-up option; (3) have a human check in to apologize and offer a better option. ACS will literally leave you on hold for as long as you can listen to the recording about their wonderful customer service and how much they care about their customers go around and around.
I moved to Alaska from the lower 48 to work at Alaska Communications. The existing management t in the OSP engineering group was fine, but when the new management came in in 2019, the atmosphere¹ changed. New management was not only professional, but also illegal. 1 week after taking over, they let all people over 45 go. Although we were in a union, it was an old boys network, and that did not help at all. We are still considering a lawsuit. Not only did they lay us off due to manpower reasons, but in the meeting being held while we were cleaning put our desks, they asked if anyone knew of engineers they could hire.Extremely unprofessional and certainly not worth the risk or effort or uprooting your whole life to work for them. You will find yourself unemoyeed and without even transportation.
Constantly having issues with the wifi, and in the past two months Ive sent 3 emails which never got a response other than “we are transferring your request to our technical support team” and nothing after that and no change to the wifi. I called last week and after spending 10 minutes just to get through the automated calling system menu Im put on hold for 20 minutes. When someone does pick up, all they do is take notes on whats wrong and then say theyll look into it and again, nothings changed. Called again today and as I am writing this I am on hold and have been for over 45 minutes with no one answering. Will most definitely be switching to a new provider
Submitted a request for internet connectivity issue in the App, very convenient compare to calling and waiting on the phone. Our request was responded as soon as ACS received it and sent a technician who called ahead and fixed our connectivity issue.

You’ve lost yet another customer today. Perhaps when you decide to upgrade your entire system, you should figure out how to accommodate and value the customers you have who are the reason you are a company to begin with. I’ve recently moved homes and tried to relocate my finish service to our new home, but for over a month now I’ve been unable to achieve this. I’ve waited on hold for an accumulated 10 hours only to be told completely different things by each customer service representative. I’ve waited a week for a call back just to find out if my new location can be serviced. I’m absolutely blown away at how unprofessional this company is.They say the long wait times are due to a huge new upgrade, but don’t be fooled- it took 5 weeks back in March for just to get a tech to install internet at our house and the phone wait times and customer service were exactly the same. I spoke with many kind people who had absolutely no idea what they were doing or talking about.

Not going to have a nice day if you call them. They have no office, so sat on phone for 51 minutes, only to find out they dont trust their staff to take CC information over the phone. Made me go to automated system, all this be cause they had erased my CC I have used for 25 years when it expired. Customer service rates a ZERO, their whole system is designed to chase customers away. I seriously need to just cancel service and use my cell phone.

I have had a service request in for 10 days with no response. I “upgraded” my internet speed (wasn’t even aware I could until I called about poor service and yes my wait time was 2.5 hours) they said they almost doubled my speed. I am not have 100 times more issues with it then before! My kids can’t make it through a school meeting we can’t watch a TV and a tablet at the same time! It’s crazy! For almost 100 a month I can’t seem to get anything to work! I’ve unplugged my devices that use WiFi to see if it helps and absolutely not! I checked my speed with an app and it’s at 3- 8mbps when it should be 18-22! I can’t figure out why now we’re having issues when we’ve been with ACS for years and years! Help us ACS! We have kids that need to be in class ONLINE!!!!

I know I am not the only one experiencing this issue as I have recently read your reviews on google and someone has complained about the same exact thing as me.All I want is an internet that I dont have to wait a thousand years for to stream something and to be able to look at my bill online, but for some reason being able to get someone to help me with that seems like too much to ask. Between the 2 choices you have for internet, these guys are by far the better choice. Customer service and no download limits gets 5 stars, but they are a little slower and more expensive than the competition. Totally worth it though.
This is the email I just sent them and I think it explains why they deserve 1 star.In the last few weeks Ive spent well over 50 hours on hold trying to get a Fiwi install done due to the fact that the DSL connection Ive had for well over a year now is so unreliable that it is not really usable. It was meant to be done September 25th, got pushed back to do a company policy of not servicing the area on Fridays. Technician came out on October 1st if I remember correctly, did a survey and did not have the equipment necessary to do the job, fair enough. I was rescheduled for October 9th (a Friday no less) and no one ever showed up or called.Ever since I have been calling almost every week day trying to get something scheduled and on hold for 3-6 hours at a time and keep getting told I will message dispatch to get something scheduled, we will get back to you. At this point Ive had it and this is ridiculous, in no way should it be this hard to schedule an install when the company now knows exactly what is needed to complete said installation. The original call to get an install done was about 1 1/2 hours on hold, a very quick scheduling where I got to choose any day (even Friday regardless of my area), it was just under 2 weeks out to have the service done, the man was polite and helpful, I had not complaints.Ive called Spitspotz, and was on hold for at most 15 minutes, unfortunately they will not be servicing the area until approximately 3 months from now and cost twice as much for their max speed compared to your flat $99 per month which I do like about your company. I will happily switch to Spitspotz and pay the extra if that means they actually try to schedule an install, answer the phone or even return phone calls as I discovered through work as they service my place of employment and of course have a reliable connection as they seem to have at work.Someone needs to contact me for a install to be done on a Friday as after 2 chances my family is not taking unpaid time off for this anymore or I will switch to Spitspotz the day they are servicing the area if possible. Also considering withholding payment for the next bill until a usable connection is established as I am not at all getting what I am paying for regardless of my patience and cooperation and it is affecting my side business regarding rental properties and my ability to answer work calls due to my need of Wifi Calling as cellular service is poor in this area. This would also come with poor reviews and a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Ive tried being a good and polite customer this entire time because I understand things are not exactly normal right now and you did a incredibly poorly timed change to your system but Ive had it and over the last 15 years of using your service both in childhood and adulthood I am astonished at how poor the service has been through this.On a side note this is not blaming any of the ladies that has answered my phone calls, they are doing their best and have limited power as it is but my opinion of this company has dropped drastically.The information regarding this install:Account#: xxxxxOrder#: xxxxxPhone#: xxxxxxPlease get back to me so we can get this sorted out, I want to be a polite and cooperative customer but this has gone so far out of left field I am left with little choice but to send this message, I do not need the worlds fastest connection, Im not asking for same day installs or to never be on hold. I just want a reliable, steady connection and someone to call me back within a couple business days so I can put the account back on auto-pay and forget about it.Edit: As of 11/6/2020, no email apart from the automated response. Called ACS again the day before. After being on hold for 1 1/2 hour I finally got someone. She said she was going to talk to someone higher up to go talk to dispatch and that I would hear from her that day. I did not.
Slow to answer calls
This company is a joke. I have been on hold for over 3hrs and cannot get any assistance whatsoever. I am glad that I am discontinuing my service with them. Do not get service with ACS Alaska. You will thank me later. Poor customer service ever
I’ve had ACS for 10 years, residential Internet for 10, Business Internet for 4 years.About 5 months ago the speeds at my house where slowed down to 4.5mps (sometimes less) that’s so bad you have to turn the Internet off on your phone just to watch Netflix. This also happened at my Business, I had to call to ask why? I haven’t added new devices, why has my Internet been slowed suddenly after 2 years. There answer “I don’t know but we can upgrade you so it doesn’t happen” (It happened again)Currently, as of right now I have been on hold for 2 hours everyday for 5 days in a row just trying to cancel my Residential service. 10 HOURS! I’m on hold right now as I write this.I used to think the value was there but it’s simply not. If you have an issue.. you’ll never get ahold of them, if you have decent Internet... just wait it won’t last. 10 HOURS JUST TO CANCEL MY INTERNET. (And I’m still on hold) 🤯
Alaska Communications has recently “updated” their entire online system and I am now unable to login to change my payment method. I have called and sent emails and have heard nothing back. I was on hold for over two hours and the problem didn’t even get solved. So they ended up charging an account that is no longer active.Their internet service is slow; we have to disconnect our phones from WiFi in order for our TV to work.
Their new app seems like a backslide. Put in a trouble ticket yesterday because our internet is super slow and keeps going down. They claim they’ll prioritize people who put in tickets through their app, but 24 hours later we have no response. Also, tried calling in and even though they say they are open until 8pm, the recording says they are closed and doesn’t recognize the account number that displays in the app. Super frustrating.
Hey, Alaska communication service my internet bill is due today the 24th but I already made a payment last week Tuesday the 13th online which you guys already pulled out of my bank account and even emailed you guys this week cause my internet is really slow. Also, my tv and phones wifi keeps getting disconnect cause of poor/no service. No one havent gotten back to me still.. and YES, I used the right email that shows on the website. I dont know why the app is still not working yet. Also when I made my payment online Im forced to check mark auto payment cause I couldnt submit a payment if I dont check mark auto payment and what sucks after I submit theres no confirmation number given which is really weird and suspicious cause this never happened to me when I was making payment online before I used the app. Luckily, I have screenshot when made my payment online.
Does anyone still work here? Ive been trying to call all week and get put on hold for over half an hour and just hang up.

Absolute terrible customer service. WiFi has been out for a month and still no one has come to fix it! I have never had a problem with a company before. I call every other day and never get a straight answer. I keep trying to call and cancel but their hold times are 30-45 min!
Multiple days on hold for over two hours. I need to cancel my service now. I’m on hold now!!! Someone get me out of this company! Do not ever use this company!!!!
