Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. I have had better service from a call center in India. Not a single person at this company is helpful in any way. The best advise I got was from their install technician who advised me to get internet tv and drop The Dish. He only told me that because he didnt want to get on the roof and do the actual installation. Horrible, horrible company.

I would give them lower if possible.Customer service girls are terrible. If they don’t like what you have to say they argue and put you onto a recorded message.A sells guy took my info along with SS and never called back. I was trying to stop them from running my credit being as I will not be using them.

Worst customer service. A complete disconnect between departments of sales, inventory, and technicians. When they sent the wrong equipment they charged me over $2,000 for install and equipment and would not issue a refund. Technician arrived without many necessary tools and equipment, not his fault he was told that the equipment would be there. But it was the wrong equipment and insufficient supplies, like no Cox cable, no Lag Bolts, wrong dish. Luckily I had spool of high end coax cable and Lag bolts and tools. I tried to contact the Tech before he came to tell him what I had received from this company and what I had on hand to make sure install would go smoothly, but sales would not put me in touch with the technician. So we could have used the Dish that I already had on hand but the Tech didnt know to bring necessary adapters or whatever he needed with the correct Dish that I had (not provided by this company). The Technician even admitted this happens to him all the time. Clearly services paid for were not provided but the company refused to issue a refund and I had to battle with them for months and involve my credit card company which agreed with the facts and force a refund.That was only one of many poor transactions Ive had with this company. I went here to get equipment for Dish Network with accurate information about what components would work the sales represented tried again and again to say it wouldnt work and I had to upgrade my whole system. Guess what after he reluctantly sold me what I asked for along with something else he said I needed but didnt, the equipment worked perfectly with my current system set up. It sucks living in Alaska and we have to deal with companies like this because we have no other choices. If there are any other choices for Satellite internet installs in AK, and Dish Network retailers Id choose them in a heartbeat

Got hired on and they are pretty sly with their shadyness. Just watch out whenever having to deal with them since they are the only game in town to install any satellite services in town. Can we say monopoly! Hence why no one company should ever have a monopoly and competition is good for everyone. Keeps the companys more honest and the customers are happier if you ask me.

I would like to compliment Microcom and your technician Shawn who was at our place today. We moved about 1 1/2 years ago and had no problems other than we could not get all the programming because of signal strength.Shawn was awesome today. After being told before that we just could not get it, he was able to get us service/channels that we have been paying for but did not get. He did not give up and was very knowledgeable, helpful and dedicated to making things work for us. Microcom should value this employee and we thank you all for our awesome service. We are happy Dish customers. Thank You.

Your screwed if you want satellite tv in south central Alaska because this outfit installs both DirectTV and Dish and that can’t do either because they don’t have enough technicians. I had an appointment to install Dish and took time off from work to be there as required and they canceled 10min before the scheduled time. I was told that’s the way it is and they were sorry. The next opening was 2 weeks out and they may be able to make it sooner if they could find someone (Hire) to work. So if they miss your scheduled appointment you get to go to the back of the line? Forget about getting Dish or Direct with this outfit doing the installs. Just get ROKU and stream.

Yeah I got devices set up by these folks because they all have the DirecTV and had them for 30 days and they didnt even set up me an account to pay them how lame is that

Installer was very competent and professional. Very impressed with the equipment which is much superior to what we had. Quality of picture is excellent. We are quite pleased we made the switch to Dish

Microcom did a great job from start to finish. I contacted them regarding the hughes net product for our lodge. I was treated professionally and all questions answered. Craig assured me their installer was one of the best qualified to handle my remote install. Dominic contacted me and showed up early for the flight and install. He worked hard on a tight time frame with charter flight standing by. I had to cancel my installation due too lack of funds, they wanted to do my installation a week ahead of schedule, but i decided I didnt want to over extend my self. Very friendly over the phone. I will call them if I decide to get satellite in the future.
