I meant to write this sooner.i had such a wonderful and professional experience with these two gentleman! Right on time and did an incredible job. The house lookelooked. Brand new. I highly recommend them!

PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE YOU DESIDE TO USE HIM...Do not use A&A Carpet Care we tried to use this guy for our rental and scheduled a cleaning to be done a week ahead of time. The Owner AJ never showed up and did not have the decency to even call! After my wife called him he said he had a Medical appointment he forgot about. So my wife rescheduled for another day at 0900. At 0900 that day he did not show agian and he also did not call. I called him and asked him if he was still coming and he said his equipment is down but, worst case he will be there at 3pm once get grabs another peace of equipment. I explained to him that we live 40 min away and dont really want to wait all day when we scheduled a time. He asured me that he would be there at 3pm and mention somthing about being in the military and so I said ok. Since it was such short notice to try and have another company do it I did not bother to look into another company. I asked him to keep me informed and give me a call around that time pleasebut he did not. He never showed or called. He also he kept recommending when I was on the phone that we leave the home open and he would come in and do it but I said no. When I called the guy at 2:50pm he said he does not know what time he will be but gives me his word it will be done today. I told AJ I dont have all day, he went back and forth on times he would be avalible and I told him to just give me a time he can guarantee he could be there. He tells me Hold on! There are no guarantees in life!.This guy never showed up. He is a scam and unprofessional, dont let him pull you into any trap.
