I have never had a cleaning crew before, so I had my granddaughter do some research for me. She found Irena with Northern Cleaning and said they looked good. I had a three person crew show up and they spent four hours on my house, and the areas that they cleanu are remarkable. Everything is clean and shiny and smells terrific. They even washed my drapes by hand and hung them back up. These people go above and beyond, I’m so excited to have had such a wonderful experience. I have already requested another appointment and would recommend this to anybody who likes clean houses and professional work

We called to get a quote to have our house cleaned in a month after we move out. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and refused to give us a quote, only stating that they are fully booked for cleanings for the next two weeks.

I called the manager to ask rate for just wiping things down, mopping floors and vacuum carpets! My house had been on market since August, had move out clean at that time.I had sold house and was closing and just wanted it “ wiped down”, for new owner. I was quoted $45/ hr., so hired and decided on date and time! Two people showed up 30 minutes late, I went over what I needed done, just counters wiped, doors and knobs wiped, floors moped and carpet vacuumed! I came back after 2 hours thinking they would be finished and they weren’t! Came back after another hour and the man was saying “ 2-3 more hours”, I said NO, pay stops at 4 hours this should have been finished! I called the manager to let her know I would not pay but 4 hours and find out how to pay. I had written out a check for $160 for the 4 hours of work, when she text me it was $360!!! I called her and said she had told me $45/ hr, she argued back that she had said $45/hr per person, I didn’t ask for 2 people and they certainly didn’t tell me when they arrive the price had just doubled!! I reluctantly paid the amount after she threatened to send the bill to closing on the house or placing a lien on my property!! I feel she is working a scam or maybe just taking advantage of older people ( I’m 70)! It should not have taken 2 people 4 hours to do what I asked!! I could have done it myself in 2-3 hours but had recently hurt my back!! I would never recommend this company at all

Irena is always responsive when we contact her via email, phone or text, and has been prompt with bids when we are pressed for time. Her cleaning crew is top notch and she sticks to her bids. We highly recommend this business to our fellow real estate colleagues for move-out cleans.

I have used this cleaning company for awhile now. They have always done an awesome job however we moved out of our house. I asked her to do a standard cleaning. Not a deep clean nor a move out clean. She took it upon herself to do a move out clean. She then charged me for it. I told her that is not what I asked her to do. She said the landlord would have wanted it anyway. Which is not the case, the landlord did not ask us to have it cleaned. We did that on our own. She blew my phone up from 9:45am-3:45pm. She also blew up the listing agents phone (ALL NIGHT, and why? The listing agent has nothing to do with the services I contracted her for. I am dumfounded that an owner would do a service not asked and then try to charge the customer for it. Then blow up the listing agents phone threatening him. I have no problem paying for what I asked but I will not pay for a service that I did not ask for. She refused to let us pay the standard amount. She wanted full price regardless of the fact we did not ask for it. Off to court we go. See text from her below admitting she did the move out clean bc she thought my landlord wanted it. .... its a shame.

I have been using Northern Cleaning on a weekly basis for over 3 years now! They are completely trustworthy, and never once have I had an issue with the integrity of the crew they hire. Irena was great - friendly and professional- from our first phone call. I like her right away! She was able to fit in our Airbnb for a cleaning when our usual service was unavailable. Lifesaver! Her auto reminders and ‘on the way’ messages are a really nice touch. She showed up on time, called or texted when she had a question, worked efficiently, and was up-front and accurate with her estimate. Even though I’ve always been happy with the quality cleaning job with my prior cleaning service, her above-and-beyond approach have gained her a new loyal customer!

After contacting a few other recommended cleaners with no response, I called Northern Cleaning & Services who responded immediately and scheduled us for the exact day we were hoping for. Melida did a fabulous job in the amount of time quoted. Our house has never smelled so good! Thank you!

Although a bit late they were excellent! Their rates are very affordable. They responded quickly to text message to schedule. I would definitely use them again and do recommend them. They made the place sparkle.

Buyer beware. If you chose to hire her for a move out, for an agreed upon price, she will charge you almost two times as much because she knows you’re selling your home. If you do not pay Irene what she demands she will call every title company saying she is placing a mechanical loan on your sale.Seriously, she is a “professional” on trying to slip bogus bills into your closing costs to come out of your net proceeds.Charged us about $800 for 5 hours of cleaning 1200 square feet.You are warned about Irene.Reply to your comment: Nice try publicly trying to claim you don’t know.

The crew brought all their own gear. They were very professional and thoughtful (our entire family was in the house while they were working). There was a mishap with one of the cleaning products and the continue to work and rework until it was right with no prompting....just wanting to do a good job. My appliances have never shined like this!

We own a duplex and reached out for a move out cleaning service. They were immediate with a response and quote. We were very pleased and will definitely use them in the future:)

Responded quickly, was able to make an appointment for the very next day, and did a terrific job! Would definitely recommend and use their services again!

I signed up for a move out clean for 40/hour. Our townhouse is 1300 square feet. After 3.5 hours the cleaner had only done our kitchen. All of our stuff was out of the townhouse and we were expecting a 2-3 hour total job for cleaning. Very disappointed that 120 dollars and 3.5 hours of work only did the kitchen. The responsiveness from the company was good though.
