Made my 20 year old vacuum operate like it was new. Quick turn around (1-2 days), and better than expected results.Very happy, highly recommend.

Extremely helpful staff, very knowledgeable and full of recommendations. We came in to buy an upholstery brush and the salesman tried to talk us out of buying it, saying we could do the same thing with a rag and elbow grease. We ended up buying a whole hose kit (with the upholstery brush) and some shampoo, and he threw in bag fresheners for us for free.

I have had my Kirby for over 4 years now and have never had it serviced. Its been acting up, smelling funny, and not running smoothly at all so I figured it was time for me to bring it in and do a service check on it. I was expecting the doctors visit for my Kirby to take at least a few hours and be $150 or so which was reasonable to me as it is an expensive machine that should be serviced more than once every 4 years.We bring the Kirby into Kirby Co, let the gentleman at the counter know what our issues were with the Kirby. He took it back, cleaned it off of years worth of long hairs wound onto the roller, changed a couple things out, and gave us back the vacuum within 20 minutes. It was good as new and we only paid a very very minimal amount for his time.This is a business I absolutely would trust to come back to. Someone who is willing to fix and address your issues and be more than reasonable in their rates is someone who will always win my business.

Awesome service! My vacuum stopped working and they fixed it and turned it up and it’s good as new I love my Kirby!
