Booked a last minute summer vacation to Alaska but couldnt find a rental car. Wasnt sure if Best Buy was really legit (sorry guys, just so many scams out there these days) - they are, they sell used cars and rent the cars during the summer/high season. I booked on faith from the Google reviews and held my breath. Im happy to say they had a clean car for us when we got there, and everything was as discussed! Their rate was reasonable and they didnt have a lot of restrictions on the car like the national rental companies apparently do (about driving on the long gravel roads like Denali Hwy, or going on ferries, etc.) We were very pleased and would use Best Buy again for a rental car if/when we return to Alaska!

Best buy auto gave me a good price when all other rental companies were charging double the price. I even returned the car late and he didnt charge anything extra.

These guys are the best! I was able to book a 4 wheel drive vehicle with winter tires on very short notice through them for a fraction of the cost of the big rental companies. Can’t recommend enough!

Just because you can doesn’t mean you should and he certainly didn’t. Reliable vehicle, great mileage, and accommodated us in a time where his competitors offering the same car were charging 200% more!

I highly recommend this auto company for vehicle rentals. The price was reasonable and the Staff, in particular Joe, was extremely professional and kind. I had to return my rental early due to a conflict between insurances. While most companies take 3-5 business days to refund your card, this company refunded my car the next day. I would recommend that if you are not a smoker, be sure to notify staff so they will not put you in a vehicle that someone has smoked inside. The vehicle was a nice SUV with special pricing and handle my commute to the Valley just fine.

The larger national car rental places were sold out last summer and I called Best Buy, and they had several cars for rent, at less than half of the other big guys. We rented a jeep which was maybe 2 or 3 years old, versus the bigger companies that have new cars. We didnt mind, and these guys were unbelievably helpful. I would highly recommend using them. It was a short trip by taxi from the airport, and the taxi driver even knew the place.

Straightforward place to rent vehicles. Azem treats you fairly and will take care of you when unforeseen issues come up. I will definitely come here the next time I need to rent.

Very knowledgeable guys. The going rate around town was around $150 per day and they were able to knock it down to $99. The car drove well and was very clean. Would definitely recommend to all my friends.

We rented a 2016 Jeep which did not start the next morning, co-owner Azem, immediately brought another Jeep Cherokee, which we drove for over 2,500 trouble free miles. Very easy to deal with.
