The good and bad of it. The good is the outside of my truck looks great. Tires are shiny the truck is sparking. The interior carpet looks better and at first glance the inside looks great. Now for the bad after the first glance looking around the inside, it just looks like a very rush job. I paid over $300 for a professional car detail. Felt like I got a $150 job from the neighbor kid. Some door jams were clean others not. They didn’t clean the leftover glue from a servicing sticker on my windshield. Didn’t touch the visor, it was still all dirty dusty. The cup hold was cleaned great top and bottom, side not touched. But most of all the foot peddles still had dirt caked on them. For the price and the quality of work. I would not recommend this place. That’s just my opinion.

I just got my truck back from the first “annual ceramic pro inspection” maintenance wash and interior detail. I also wanted “paint protection film” applied to the front bumper and fender flares. I paid the full amount up front of $1,104.99 and was told the truck would be done in two days. Instead, they had it for almost two full weeks and none of the work was completed and I even found trash left in my truck. The exterior was so dirty I drove through a car wash on the way home.Currently I cannot get a hold of anyone there, they are not answering their phones or returning my voicemails or text messages, and they are refusing to refund my money for the services which were not preformed.

By far the best service/work/detail I’ve ever experienced here in Alaska. I was on the slope while they did the Gold Package Ceramic Coating, badge removal and interior detail to my Denali. These guys drove to the airport and picked up my truck and brought it back for me after they finished the job. All I did was tell them what I wanted done and they went Above and beyond to meet my expectations. When I stepped off the shuttle and saw it sitting in the parking lot, my jaw dropped. It looked 10x better than the day I picked it up from the lot.. It looked better than a brand new showroom floor truck. Bravo guys. You’ve gained a customer for life. Thanks again!

Picked up my truck it super shiny and clean but there was some little mistakes that i believe should of been done prior to pick up of truck. If your going to take something apart put it back and I noticed some minor scratches after pick up and i was told it was on my truck upon drop off. Just make sure you check your truck before allowing Car deets to detail your truck.

Have been going to Car deets for 3 years now and I’ve always gotten great service and amazing results. I have 2 boys and even spilled milk in the trunk. I was told if the smell returned I could bring it in for another ozone treatment free! They were great. Jim will always call back any missed calls and send you a text. Sometimes that’s the best way to work out a time and date and it’s also convenient for me. 100% recommend.

My 12 year old SUV looked like a new vehicle inside and out! It was seriously dirty including lots of dog hair, spilled drinks, etc. They really did a superior job!

I took my five-year-old, black car to the Anchorage location last year for the Ceramic Pro coating and detailing. Being in Alaska, my paint was pretty beat up and full of swirls from previous wax treatments, and the inside was dirty with winter grime. My car came back like new! No more swirls or scratches, and it was shiny like the day I bought it.Throughout the winter, I just ran my car through the laser wash, and it was clean. I was told to wash it with baby shampoo and a soft cloth if hand washing, but I only ran it through the car wash.A year later I took my car in for a Ceramic Pro follow up appointment; They check it every year. I had some tar along the bottom that wouldn’t come off. I was afraid to remove it, so I called Car Deets and made my yearly appointment. They were able to easily remove the tar with a soft clay bar without damaging the coating. My paint is smooth and shiny, and I’m so glad I never have to wax my car ever again!The coating is not cheap, but it’s definitely worth it, not to mention the staff spent hours getting it perfect. I would definitely recommend this Ceramic Pro treatment and Car Deets for all your detailing needs. 👍🏼 The staff works hard to make their customers happy.🤩

Making an appointment was simple. Employees were all very friendly and helpful. My truck was done in less than 3 hours and they held it for me until I could get off work. Friendly and quick service! Had a stray dog attack my truck and it left several scratches down the side of my driver door... Car Deets in Palmer took a look and for a very reasonable price was able to buff out the entire door and 95% of all the scratches disappeared! Thanks Car Deets! We’ve used Car Deets twice now. We had the Glassparancy applied to the windshield, Ceramic Pro Sport and Max Detail package in 2018. Our ‘13 Honda Pilot looked just as great as the day we drive it off the lot after purchasing it brand new. It still beads up water and is easy to clean a year later. We recently (12 Apr) upgraded to the Ceramic Pro Bronze package, had a new windshield installed and added glassparancy to the new windshield. Car Deets is a one stop shop that I highly recommend for anyone who wants to restore their vehicle’s windshield, interior and exterior back to a better than new condition!

Now this is a company who pays attention to the details! I took my 2016 Dodge Charger in to get a Ceramic Pro Gold Package. To say that I was satisfied with how my car ended up looking is an understatement. It was night and day difference. Since my Charger has black paint, it is so so hard to get into great condition. I could barely recognize my ride. If you are looking for a great detail in the Anchorage area, right off the highway, give these guys a shot.

Bo was an absolute godsend for me this week! I bought a used car that was NOT in any condition for human habitation. I live 100 miles away and was only going to be in town on saturday, I called them on Friday evening and they were able to squeeze me in and I believe Bo stayed later than they were open in order to finish my car and get me back home.The work he did was a miracle! The car had paint ( ! ) stains and years of tobacco use inside and he was able to restore it to a sparkle!He was also very kind and knowledgeable and overall, the customer service was impeccable. 10/10 would recommend Bo!

This is a significant change from my first experience with CarDeets but the owner/customer service response from my disappointment the first time around was so unexpected in today’s business age that I had to try them again. This time I made the splurge and got the Silver Ceramic Pro package and it brought life like never expected back to my 2009 Chevy Suburban. The Suburban doesn’t get driven as my primary vehicle so it’s in great shape but being 10 years old it was looking weathered and it looks like a brand new vehicle now. I could not be happier! To take it another step the day of the April Snowfall I was driving home an a plow truck kicked up rock and put a big chip in the side of the vehicle and they already have a plan to deal with it when I take it in for the two week follow up. Amazing customer service and attention to detail, Thanks CarDeets.

Great fast service. Got a same day appointment. Dropped my Jeep off at 11:30am, was ready to go by 5:30. Just got interior done. Stained that have been there for a while are almost all gone. Almost all the dog hair is gone and I didn’t ask for the extra dog hair removal. The interior looks just like I picked it up at the lot brand new.

We are taking our black Jeep Cherokee their next week. Car Deets did what no one else in town could do. I bought a newer car with a little over 20k miles on it and on our first trip to Seward I could really see just how bad the swirling in the paint was. I did the Gold Package and I could not be more happy, the paint looked flawless! And if that wasnt enough, after I got rear ended not even a month later, I had a local body shop do the repairs and they destroyed my coating by scratching it (likely due to a hack job of improperly hand washing) I was devastated, went back to Car Deets to find out just how bad it was and what it would cost me and they have gone above and beyond in making sure my coating is once again flawless, I cant say enough about how incredible they are and would highly recommend them to anyone! Also the Gold package is definitely the way to go, if your gonna spend the money you really cant beat the price for a how long it will last and how amazing it looks! They also did an interior detail for me after the accident and it was equally flawless work!!! The pictures below truly dont do it justice but still show how beautiful it looked after! 🤩
