Called to inquire specifically on having an airplane machine buffed, explaining the condition of the paint. A price was agreed upon, deposit paid and appointment made. Crew shows up (albeit a couple hours late), spends less than an hour and a half washing and waxing the aircraft. $400. When I arrived to inspect the work and ask why it wasnt buffed, I was told I could schedule a machine buff for $85 an hour. To add insult to injury, there were multiple areas that didnt receive wax and other large areas where the wax simply wasnt removed.
