I just needed to post a review before my car gets detailed because i’m really so pleased with his customer service right off the bat.I was driving home with a 5 gallon paint can I borrowed from a friend in the back off my car and they didn’t hammer the lid closed so the paint spilled everywhere. Within 20 min of the incident, my mom found chris, messaged him and he let me bring it to his residence and has it now. I was confused by the location so was on high alert for a second and it was dark so I was out of sorts, but once talking with him, he seriously is so kind and the fact he went above and beyond for me and even offered to meet me close to my home tomorrow was a big plus. I will update this review tomorrow when I receive the car.

If you want bottled spray wax used as window cleaner and a rag wipe down as a car wash for $280 by all means this is the place for you. Located in an apartment parking lot! NO shop, not even a car garage to work out of. Had to wash my car after I got it back and wipe down the windows because I couldnt see out of them. Only positive is they did vacuum and steam clean the carpets good. Well let me also add that my jumper cables were stolen!

I dont think Chris reviews these nor will it matter to him. If you call, be aware that he is an honest man trying to make a living. The price is high but he will negotiate. He does care about the job. He will help you.Life is not easy or fair and this detailer may not be for you. I had moments of doubt and still am not sure if he is licensed or bonded but for tonight he did above and beyond for me tonight.He tagged along to help me pick up an SUV from the docks, washed another SUV, then followed me back to Eagle River to drop both. Then I turned around and brought him home (after a McDonalds stop). Chris is not for everyone but he did what he said hed do.

I have to say Ive been to many professional detailing locations in Anchorage and had decent service, but these guys are amazing!! I have a brand new car and had a horrible brown stain in my back seat made by kids, and was very doubtful anything would get it out. I called around for detail places during the weekend but no one can take but Chris and his team squeezed me and left my car like the day I bought it. They also stayed till 10 pm on a Saturday making my sure ny car was done. Their shampoo process and cleaning left my car phenomenal and at a great price that included a memorial weekend interior special for $180. These guys were very professional, very honest and kind. Their location may seem a little shady, but they know what they are doing. I highly recommend this business to anyone.

Chris is a crook and a drunk. He spilled beer in my car, left all the seats soaking wet and reaking off beer. Was drunk when I came to pick up my car. He ran my car the whole 6 hours he had it to power his vacuum with an inverter. He used WD40 to wipe down the dash and doors. Didnt even come close to removing the pet hair he promised would be gone. He said I was being too picky when I pointed that out and that it didnt matter because I was just going to put a dog back in the car. I have no pets. I think this is a scam artist who has no affiliation with professional auto at all.Plus side is he forgot a half full open can of beer in between my seats. This guy is a fraud. Dont waste your time or money. One of his workers apologized to me afterward for my experience saying I feel sorry for you because i know youre getting a bad deal. Im just Chriss friend helping him out today It was terrible.
