I was referred to Bill’s Auto by a friend a couple months ago and he got me in immediately when so many other places were booked at the time! He got my car towed and to the shop within the hour! His mechanics fixed all the issues and then some! We discovered I needed a new battery minutes before they were closing and he was able to get a battery to his shop so fast and install it I was impressed! He has great relationships with all his vendors and he was very accommodating, straightforward, personable and knowledgeable! I will definitely be going back for any of my vehicle needs in the future! Thank you again for your great service!

Ive had two very positive experiences at Bills auto repair, he was very helpful and informative over the phone and took a look at my vehicle and gave me an honest and straightforward explanation. The staff was great they really made me feel better even though my situation wasnt the best. Great service that was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Decent costs with upfront estimate that was honored. Bill took a complex set of issues and solved most of them with a general tune up. I was referred here by another garage that thought Bill would be better suited to my cars issues. He took a car that was running quite roughly a made it all healthy again!! Highly reccomended =)

I have a 1990 F-150 XLT Lariat. Its an older, lovely truck that I love driving and has been a practical workhorse for me in the past. When the electrical system faltered, only Bill would take it in. He resolved the issue within the day when another shop spent weeks without getting the truck to start properly. Bills Auto is honest, efficient, and old school. My family will go here with any more auto needs, and Id recommend them to anyone else who asks.

We brought our car to Bill for the first time with what we thought would require a major repair. IF he told us we needed to replace our whole engine, we would have believed him, bc we thought it was THAT bad... But Bill was super honest with us. Told us what he found and didnt find. And even with the things he found, he suggested that they werent things we needed to fix immediately. We really appreciate his honesty and the crews service. After the diagnostic I asked the guys in the shop to help me check one of the tires, bc it seemed low. They went above and checked all four for me! They were wonderful! Very honest and very easy to work with! Long story short, I thought I was going to need an expensive fix and voiced this to Bill when I made my appointment. Low and behold, he was able to diagnose my fix would be cheap and easy, and actually helped me out with another separate vehicle issue I had. Plus, he made picking up my car at odd hours very easy. I will be going back when I need to.

They did an amazing job so when my sons car started acting up again we brought it back to him and they got started on it right away even when he was busy. Took my truck in for break issues. Turns out the last place I went to didn’t even put my rear breaks together properly.The guys at Bills were amazing and took the time to talk to me about what was happening and what needed to be done to fix the issue.For all future work on my truck, I’ll be going back to Bills.

The crew at Bill’s Auto is awesome! I don’t usually review but my Lexus had a wiring issue for the heater that I could not figure out. My car was in and out the next day and conveniently they have a glass guy there so I got my windshield replaced also! If I or my family has any car troubles I know where to bring it :)

I brought my vehicle in for a tire change, which was quick and I was able to pick it up later that same day. They wiped down the inside with disinfectant afterwards. The waiting room is nice and clean. Staff is professional and knowledgeable.

I was referred to bills Automotive from red white and blue to fix my airbag part underneath my car seat. I brought the car to him two times first time was an estimate the second time was to get it fixed this was back in October. Bill has personally told me multiple times the part is on the way and it never shows up and here it is end of December. He also tells me all the time that hell call me back and never does definitely wouldnt recommend anyone to go there from my experience

My experience with Bills Auto Repair was all negative and I *warn* anyone who does business here to get a 2nd opinion. I’m currently looking to buy a vehicle for personal use. Once I arrived I noticed right away how filthy the vehicle was (sale price was $7500) . I asked what work had been done on the car and was told a new transmission was installed. Luckily I brought an educated mechanic with me who knew right away that was not true . Than Bill said it was the engine that was replaced. Again, not true. The brakes we’re toast, the tires didn’t match, there was mold inside the vehicle, and when We addressed these issues with him, he told us the car had a full safety inspection performed on it and if he had to sell his vehicles with matching tires and fixing the brakes, he would increase the sale price . He was defensive and rude.I told him Thank You and left before I even had a chance to take the car for a test drive.This business seems to lack the ability of having good ethics and I don’t recommend this dishonest business at all.

Very helpful they do great work

My son went in to have his car looked at because it was acting weird. Bill took the time to do a diagnostic and even drove it around to see if he could mimic the problem. He couldn’t but he did notice there were a couple parts that needed to be changed. He gave my son the name of the parts that he needed to buy and didn’t charge him anything for his time or the diagnostic. Bill just told him to come back with the parts and then he’ll put them in and charge him for labor to install. This is the level of customer service that we do not find often. My car is currently under warranty with the dealership so of course I will take it there but if I ever have a car where I can take it to a non-dealer, I will take it to Bill’s!

I just had my tires changed out and they were so awesome! Excellent customer service. Next on the list is an oil change. I will be back soon!
