This is the best apartment complex in Anchorage! The staff is friendly and engaged. While this is not the place to live if you want to party like a rock star, it is the perfect place if you are looking for a quiet, safe community with respectful neighbors and above-average furnishings. The interior walls are wood panel. I would recommend this complex to military, professors, or students looking for a quality rental. If I ever live in Anchorage again I would definitely return to La Massonette Apartments!
This place is an absolute joy to live in. The manager always has the place done up to the according holiday, which I love. The staff is great to work with. And it is located in a very convenient area. I love the secured building and everything Lamasionette has to offer.
Stayed there for a year and great place to call home. The property manager here Samantha was fantastic. She helped me out when I need it. Very professional and polite.
Clean, quiet and beautifully decorated apartment complex with awesome employees who will go out off their way for customers satisfaction. Was so impressed by this amazing lady who took time to follow up with my search. One more thing La Maisonnette Appartement is very clean and homy
A great place to call “home”😃. The entire staff is exceptional. The property manager always greets you with a friendly smile if she passes you in the hallways or even when she is out watering her plants. She is very accommodating and friendly. The grounds and facilities are kept clean by the amazing staff. The location of these apartments could not be anymore perfect surrounded by trails, shopping, restaurants, and much more. I have loved my time here thus far and will definitely recommend it to others.
I would recommend staying here again. Our stay was very peaceful and clean. The staff was very responsive if there were issues. Thank you again for providing a great home and community. Would do it all over🙂 Management awesome job❤️
I love La Maisonette Apartments. For the price range I was seeking, I was having a difficult time finding comparable apartments to where I am now. I really enjoy my apartment - Im on the end, its pretty quiet most of the time, I can have my cat, I have a beautiful fireplace, love having a balcony, love the carport and ample parking space, convenient location, and I have two bedrooms/two bath. I love my home and wouldnt change it for the world right now. With that said, I am less impressed with the lack of a vent for my kitchen. Any time I cook on my stove top, I have to open all windows and my balcony door AND have a fan blowing smoke out. And it will still be smoky as HELL. My fireplace pilot light goes out ALL. THE. TIME. At least once a day (some days 15+ times a day, no exaggeration) the pilot light goes out and I have to get down on the floor and open it up and relight it, which is also a pain in the as*, might I add. There is also a serious moisture problem in the master bathroom, to the point that the toilet is always dripping wet. Its disgusting; I cant even use that toilet. And I am very good about keeping fresh air in the apartment, but at the very least I feel it would be appropriate for the management company to provide a de-humidifier for the unit. I am paying for two fully operating bathrooms and I cant even use the toilet in one of the bathrooms. That doesnt seem right. From what I gather in my own assumptions, La Maisonette was once a dive and has either had a change in ownership or a change in management and youre re-doing units as efficiently as possible (fireplace, new carpet, etc) to bring better income for the owner so as to continue remodeling units and the rest of the property. I love the idea and I think youre doing a great job in a lot of ways.I truly would like the above-mentioned issues addressed. I am a businesswoman, I like the business model you seem to have, I truly love my apartment. The only things that are holding your review back from 5 stars and a recommend to friends is the overspread maintenance crew you appear to have, the lack of kitchen vent, and the unusable toilet.Glenda rocks.
It looks cool and fun plus safe
