The Manager Shannon is a very outgoing person she does a great job as manager for the Continental apartments guests and clients I highly recommend her for any rentals or complex business for apartment dealings .

We are going up on living here for 2 years. We love the area and our apartment. The property manager is amazing and is more than willing to listen and fix problems. Has a good gym and laundry room.

If you get Medicaid and Medicare and SSI checks that come in on the third dont bother to rent from these guys! They wont work with you about being a day late for rent and you dont have the five day grace period with these guys either! They have also gone paperless witch sucks!!!!!

I have lived here about a year and have been extremely impressed with my community director Nichole. She has always been curteous, prompt, and thourough. As far as the grounds whenever there has been an issue i.e. the Eartquake of 2018 everything was fixed proptly and with care and consideration to my safety and compfort!
