Front lady was decent at least...Called about our truck getting wrongfully towed from our apartment and the 1st guy that my boyfriend talked to on the phone gave him the wrong price from what we ended up paying when we got there we had to pay almost $550 just to get our vehicle out after being towed for only a couple hours and it was also considered after hours even though we called prior to their after hour time and were not given an option to come pick it up 1st thing in the morning when it would be cheaper without incurring the next day fee of $85 in addition to the 500 plus dollars we had to pay. My boyfriend also went to the wrong location and when he called the number given on the website it somehow routed as to a different location than where the truck actually was and the guy we spoke to didnt bother to give us the phone number to the actual location that had our truck so we had to drive to 2 different locations in a lyft ride and then wait forever to get our vehicle.Outrageous cost for only a couple hour tow i honestly dont know got people think anyone can just come up with half a grand on a whimand they should have give him all the information that we needed to locate and pick up our vehicle the 1st time we called

Zero star only because i went there to get my car out.

They get in your car twist your site belt so its almost impossible to undo plus they charge 580 at the first day

My friend is homeless and needed a shower for work, less than 30 mins into it he gets done cleaning up and heads out to see his car towed. Not only that for less than a hour into it, he calls and see that it is $600 to get his car out, crooks and as a public service you should have some discounts or payment system in place to help those that are less fortunate to get their cars back.

I saw a driver slump someone in the street when. Down to pull person out of the street and got confronted bay a different driver and he swung on me and hit me after I grabbed his strap and lights and handed them to him and was super aggressive to me even tho I was just a by stander i feel like this is. It okay i called and tryed to complain and all they said was they can relay the message to the owner in the morning

PLEASE READ! BEFORE PAYING PLEASE VERIFY with the POLICE DEPARTMENT about when your vehicle was towed. When I first called they told me the specific day & time it was towed. I tried to retrieve my car but they didnt have anyone available until 1:30am on Sunday. The man over the phone said it would only be $20 more if I waited until Monday to pick it up. That was a lie. I went on Monday & they had the audacity of claiming it was towed a day prior to what they had told me on the phone. I tried to explain that to the rude chick who takes payments. Funny thing is that when she was verifying when it was towed she said out loud to her co-worker she was verifying because sometimes the driver writes down the wrong date. I brought it to her attention what she had just said & that the date they were claiming was false. Long story short I paid them because it was hitting that 5pm mark and I didnt want them to scam me of more money. The chick said I could verify with the police dept. and if it was towed another day to come back. I verified & I did overpay for a night. I followed the instructions that were given to me. I told her I could get the police dept on the phone & tell her the date it was called in. She now wanted a hard copy of the report. She didnt let me speak & was talking over me when asking questions & she walked away. We couldnt speak to a manager. We called again & spoke to someone else & he said yes bring a report & asked if I brought a police report if I would get refund. He said no. So they are technically wasting our time. Dont make the same mistake as I did. VERIFYYYYYY

Great towing service, they arrived quickly at the time they quoted and the driver was very helpful.
