I cannot begin to express our gratitude to Mike and Johnny with Affordable Towing. They went above and beyond to help us to tow our RV from storage to our home. The service we were requesting was riddled with obstacles as our vehicle had been sitting for some time and was not in the greatest of shape. We had called several other places and Affordable Towing seemed like the most honest and knowledgeable company we spoke with. These guys were up for the challenge and the talent we witnessed this evening showed their expertise when it comes to towing large vehicles. They greeted us with a friendly and positive attitude and confident in the task at hand. During the hookup they were very open with us in regards to possibly not being able to hookup their truck to our RV due the RV being rusted out underneath but they problem solved the situation and explored all options. Luckily for us, they were able solve the problem and get it home safely. Mike and Johnny are genuinely good people. They could have just decided this job was to much of a hassle but they didn’t. On top of providing exceptional service, they were reliable, on time and above all fair. They charged far less than what they deserved for the services rendered, even when the job took longer than expected due to the shape the RV was in they stood by their initial quote and didn’t charge extra. Our only regret was that we did not have more to tip them and show how thankful we were. We know there are a lot of other tow companies that aren’t very trustworthy but I can say from the bottom of my heart this company will restore your faith in tow companies and leave you feeling satisfied with their service. I will never use any other tow company and will be recommending them to my family and friends.

For a tow company, they are great! We were in a world of a mess and the man that was sent to us was so kind efficient and so understanding.The guy who came out to tow our car had a heart.We have three big dogs, well, two big dogs and one still growing and had no way of getting back to where our car was to be towed. He gave us all a ride with him in the truck that towed our vehicle! In less than fifteen minutes,we were with our car again and safe.I highly recommend this time company.

By far the best car towing company around theyve helped me out a couple times Im actually storing my car there now. If you need your car towed give these guys a call they are professional prompt and have a good attitude unlike several other towing companies in the area.

So glad that I found Affordable towing. Mike was easy to work with. He was on time and get the job done even though my car has special conditions. Its a 1954 Chevy sedan that rides on airbags. He was quick to figure out the best way to load my car and their pricing is like the name affordable Hopefully I wont need them often, but I will definitely call them again if I need a tow.

Mike came to my sons rescue. He is 18 and had never been straded before. Mike was very professional and helpful. The towing truly was affordable by comparison. I will be making them my go to company!

My sons Jeep was broken with a wheel collapsed 4 miles up Saddelback mountain on a dirt truck trail. Mike knew exactly what to do and brought the right equipment. Not an easy access and not an easy tow. Risky and dangerous tow for any driver. He got the job done right and brought the vehicle down without further damage. Paco showed up on time after a two hour trip out to Thousand Oaks and really helped us out with an old 67 VW bus (with no steering column hooked up) get loaded onto his flatbed tow truck. Seriously, we wouldn’t have been able to do this without him. He was patient and friendly while we struggled to free up the transmission and get the van rolled out. 3 hours later, Paco helped my son push the bus into the garage, not the easiest thing to do, uphill and turning... yet all the while he stayed professional and personable. Great experience. Will definitely recommend him and this company for towing needs. Very happy with how it all turned out.

After a tow service canceled on me at the very last min [after waiting 1 hr 39 mins], my husband gave Affordable Towing a call and had the pleasure of speaking to Mike. Mike quoted 45 mins-1 hour wait and he showed up at the hour mark with a great attitude.Mike was quick and thorough with getting the car on the flat bed. Once payment was made, he advised me to seek reimbursement from my insurance company. After asking if anything further was needed, he was on his way to the mechanic’s shop.My husband and I truly appreciate Mike’s professionalism and transparency. I had car electronic issues that required towing to the dealership late on a Saturday night. I was lucky to find Mike. He came on time, was courteous, friendly, and professional. He handled my car with great care while loading it onto his truck, and drove very carefully to the destination. The service was prompt and professional. His fee was very reasonable. I’m happy and grateful for Mike taking care of me during such an inconvenient time. I would recommend him without hesitation.

The Man was nice and fast. Coming from the Midwest he was a breath of fresh air for us. We came here after a 22 hour drive for a wedding and had car troubles. People were upset that we were stalled and he was friendly and reassuring that all was okay. Very thankful for him and his kindness.
