Terrible at following direction. Told them where I was and they claimed that they were at that location but I did not see single towing car near me. So I called several times but the operator claimed that the driver called me several times, but I did not receive any phone calls. Furthermore, the operator threatened me that if I don’t pick up the phone call, they will just leave me. HOW CAN I PICK UP THE PHONE CALL WHEN I DIDN’T RECIVE ANY?!?! At the end, they didn’t show up and wasted not only my time (about Hour and a half)but also the service fee... So I called, Affordable Towing LLC, and they know how to follow directions. They showed up within 20 min and their service was much better. This place is waste of your time and money.

I broke down and called this company the driver Billy showed up and he was so cool and friendly he worked with me on the price and all. I would recommend him to anyone.

Do not, under any circumstances, use this company. My son waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for a driver to come at 11 PM. I called repeatedly and they continually told me 15 minutes, 15 minutes. What lies. They told me they would give me $10 off my $120 bill to change a tire. Are they kidding. Spread the word. This place is terrible.

Do not use this toe service they use a bait and switch method quotr one price and then double it when they deliver the vehicle very unscrupulous business practice. Im a fleet manager for an electrical contractor I used toe service all the time Ive never been quoted one price and then had the price doubled when the vehicle was delivered.

Im on vacation here in anaheim and unfortunantly My car died at my hotel. I found this local tow company that came to do a jump start and were very helpful. The price was in my budget and the driver was great during my time of need.

Worst Towing Company Ever; do not get their services for a fact i know they dont receive any stars at all but thats only option i had.! Customer reps are unprofessional with no courtesy i feel like they dont even like their job! One thing to know they work with third parties so make sure you get the right truck! Waste of time! Dont be afraid to write reviews since we are free to speak; and best of all this business should have better management instead of focusing on Capital. Again do not call them you will regret it! I am quite sure most of their reviews are based on their on staff not real people!!!!!! Again this business needs no stars as i mention is the only option i had!
