Staff was very considerate and friendly. Their rates were pretty good for a town yard. No one ever WANTS to deal with a place like this when your car is impounded! But these folks were really decent.

Nice guys working here, one offered me a water while I waited, two others asked if I needed anything to just let them know and they would help. Great Service!!!

Employees were very friendly and made it easy to get the stuff left in my car after an accident. One of the employees was really good about using gender neutral pronouns! They also made sure I didnt forget to give permission for the car to be released to the insurance.

I must say when you have to deal with a towing company for an impounded vehicle its usually a nightmare, but here at Anaheim Fullerton Towing they were different they treated me with respect and patience and help me out with what they could! Theres got to be a negative star scale to rate this company. They have very bad habits. They impounded my truck, with a brand new Diehard battery on it. When I got back, there was a old, non working battery on it. Be very careful and check your vehicle if this bad habits tow it away!

Some of the employees were terribly RUDE and not very helpful. Others seemed as though they would like to be helpful, but were forbidden. My car was hit and then towed to their lot. They staff grilled me about my status, I believe because they feared I was some low life with no insurance who was planning to clear out the car and dump it on them. They were down right INSULTING.. In fact, it was totaled and my insurance company instructed me to remove everything so they could pick it up for their investigation in order to go after the other insurance company. None of this should concern the tow company, but I had to defend myself as if I were some criminal in order to gain access to my own property. Once they finally allowed me access they would not allow my husband to help me transfer the items. I am disabled and had a recent spine surgery. Every step of the way dealing with them was DIFFICULT and UNPLEASANT. They had a general POOR ATTITUDE, had me jumping through hoops, and to top it off they FAILED to release my car to my insurance company after I went down in person to provide authorization. I suspect it was a sneaky ploy to stretch out the days of storage and therefore the fees. These are the type of folks that give the tow industry a bad reputation.

This place broke my transmission when towing it and now they are denying it.. my truck worked perfectly fine before the tow.. I’m ferocious. 2 mechanics and expert 3 other tow companies have confirmed that this damage only comes from a bad tow.. truck doesn’t reverse.. idiots

Had my commercial truck towed from Anaheim to Lancaster. After calling around they were the most reasonable on price by far. They were there in under an hour to pick up my truck. The driver was very professional and friendly. They really helped me out. No complaints anywhere. I would easily recommend them for a commercial tow. A+++

Im going to make it short and simple, this people towed our vehicle during the quarantine, and when there is a relaxed parking mandate by the city of fullerton, anaheim and placentia.

They did their jobs, made my situation as painless for me as possible.

This location, it has very bad attitude. The employees they are very rude and not professionals.

This morning I locked my keys in the car. Having no idea what to do, I googled Anaheim Towing and this company was on the top of the list. I called and they told me someone would be out to help me in a half hour and was going to charge me $65. It seemed a little steep but I just wanted someone to get there soon because I needed to get to work.30 minutes passed and I called to see what happened to the guy. I was told he would be there in 15 minutes.15 minutes later still nobody. I called again and this time I was told that the driver needed to go back to the yard to get another truck. Terrible communication. They should have told me upfront so I wouldnt have to waste my time waiting. After being told it would take another 15 minutes I told them to forget it and I would call another company.For less than what they would charge me to get my keys, I signed up for AAA and 15 minutes later I was in my car on my way to work. I would avoid this company. They are not worth your time or money.

If I could put a Zero I would! Dont apply to work here, my husband was on fmla, and when it was time to go back to work, they changed his schedule & replaced him with someone new. The new schedule doesnt work with ours. He was fine working his old schedule. I have AML the Most aggressive form of Leukemia. I hope they never get Cancer! Or someone they love gets it! Worst Employer/ Heartless!

Money hungry thieves want to charge $75 to go inside my car to get my registration. Website says its open 24 hrs and when I got there they told me its after hours. Miseed lead information needs to be changed. Just got out of the hospital and need to deal with this nonsense!

Very disappointed in your service (or lack thereof). Called at 2:30 pm on Thursday, waited and called again at 3:45, I believe Joan said 30 min., called again at 4:40 (I know the times, because, it was on my phone) she said 30 min. I said, you Guys already said that! Now, Im paying my Guy overtime and you still have not showed up and its 6:00pm.

Waaaaaaayyyy overrated!!!!! They charged a full 48 hour charge when the vehicle was only there less than 24 hours. I asked why and you know their lame excuse of its standard policy Yeah Im sure it is standard for you jerks to continue to rip people off. Took waaaay too long to get it back to me. Only when I made a stink by honking my horn repeatedly at the gate. Then it was blatantly obvious that they had rummaged through everything since nothing was in the place it was in before it was towed!! My husband was missing tools as well of course. Avoid these money hungry opportunity seeking thieves. Try putting the $ back into your sorry business, it needs to join us in the millennium. Avoid at all costs!!!

Please stop parking your tow trucks on Wilshire near pearl. Your truck is big enough that when you park it in the red zone like you do, its not just illegal, it creates a blind corner that makes it super unsafe to turn from pearl onto Wilshire. Ive almost gotten hit several times and Ive watched other people almost get hit trying to slowly pull out while being unable to see around your truck. Find another place to park!

Went to auction super poorly organized blocked my car and had to wait over an hour and a half to leave very unsatisfied. Staff not willing to help until make a big stink then still had no affect.

If a negative number was an option, I would give it. I wold give it.They initially insinuated that my daughters car was not stolen (not true)., by a mail who would not identify himself.). Then we were informed over the phone that we would need a police release and 85 dolars for my daghter to retreave the contents of her car.by a female who also accused me of not having the prior conversation with the male earlier.she argued with me for over 7 minutes on this irrelevent point. Upon arrival the female,who would only refer to herself by her first name,was given the release and I took out my wallet to pay the door feeof 83 dollars and 30 cents. The female then informed me that she could not accept a credit card from anyone other than the owner of the vehicle per the spaciffic instructions of the Plaentiia PD. Obviousle my daughter cards and CDL were in the car that they would not give her access to (note that the only bold print on the cuprits building was VISA
