Alfredo is a lifesaver!!! Not only does he and Pedro do a great job on their regularly scheduled visits, Alfredo went above and beyond today! After finding 2 giant black spiders last night on our couch the first appointment available that would work for my schedule was next Wednesday. Alfredo was servicing our neighbors house this morning when he said hello and asked how I was doing. After I explained to him what happened, he didn’t hesitate to offer to spray our inside. Called multiple times to get info on inspector so he can give me an ETA. Service appointment was scheduled between 12:30-2:30pm. Inspector never contacted me day of so I waited at the house for inspector. At 2:40pm, inspector finally called and said will arrive in 6 minutes. He shows up 20 minutes later. He finally started to do Inspection at 3:10pm. There were no apologies or acknowledgment he was late. I waited over 2.5 hours for him.

The first technician, Paul, came for the inspection. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He did not try to scare me into getting more than I needed. They have 2 packages, and I chose the more thorough one with check-ups.Within 2 days, their te Nissan Merle was here, on time, ready to do the work. He was zble to work quietly and independently, based on Pauls assessment. He worked for a long time, 3 hours, and immediately sent me a document describing the work he did.

I I like Robert the service gentleman who Who comes to our unit. He is knowledgable polite courteous and I like having a consistent person and a face I know. We are just mainly using your service now for maintenance so that we do not get red ants back. I am hoping that after next season we can stop the treatments. around our unit as there are many ducks geese and swans around. That is the one thing I would like to know from Robert is when it would be efficient and productive to stop the treatments if possible thank you.

I have been a Lloyd’s P&TC customer for 28 plus years and never have had a need to call in a complaint. The quarterly service is excellent and I can call the company in between service if needed. The technician, Marco, is very professional, detailed, and friendly. I’ve never had an issue with any of the technicians/inspectors that have come to my home. I follow their advice because I feel they are trustworthy and respectable.

Everything was great! From the price of the (VA Refi) inspection, the e-mail/text message warning of your technicians scheduled arrival, the courteous technician, the billing process, and most of all the instant post-inspection report. You can definitely tell this company prides itself on customer service and professionalism.

We’ve been struggling with insects and such for a few years now and tried to take care of it ourselves with Raid and such, to no avail. Found Lloyd’s online and was intrigued by their witty website, and wowed by the actual service. Price is extremely reasonable! We were serviced for the first time two days ago and outside by the front door I can already see the fruits of their labor in dead bugs (gross, but clearly the service was effective!)Do yourself a favor, call Lloyd’s! (Or if you’re like me and too busy to pick up a phone, you can use their website and communicate entirely by email!)

After a very poor experience with another company, I was very impressed with the technician sent by this company. He was professional and competent (resolved the issue in a single visit). Knocking 1 star as he was almost an hour late, and I was his first appointment of the day...

We have been using Lloys for many years now. Even when other services approached us and had great reviews and were lower cost, we did not switch. Lloyds lowered our pricing plan to match their competitors as best as possible. They accommodate with time and days. Over the years, we have typically had the same service person and he has gotten to know our family and kids since they were babies and goes the extra mile.

Very easy to schedule, nice and courtesy staff uses great products I’ve been ant free for years and it used to be a real issue.

My service rep always checks in with me before s/he begins service at my home. They know I have pets, including tortoises. I now have them contained in an enclosure so they dont have to worry about them eating sprayed areas . Besides spraying for bugs I also have the rodent service and am happy to say it is under control and gives me confidence they wont get in my house. I live on a hill and it can be difficult to control the critters that roam there.

The best service I have received in getting rid of unwanted pests in my kitchen has been from Ben at Lloyd’s!! He does excellent work, keeps up on his education and studies to learn more about what he’s treating! He has great customer service that I truly appreciate!!
