We have been using Ecola service for over 6 years. The show up on time, the are professional, the guys are very courteous. If we have a problem between schedule service they will come out to you ASAP.

Moses came out to check for rodents since we have had much activity. He was thorough, told us and showed us the areas we needed to fix, and gave us a quote. We were very pleased with his efficiency and professionalism.

Pet friendly, we have two dogs & two bunnies so this was important.

I was extremely happy with our service in the past, but the last couple times they have come out, they haven’t taken care of the cob webs and the spiders are back. I have emailed and asked to come back out with no response.

Weve only been using Ecola Termite and Pest Control Services for about 5-6 months now but were very happy. Ray, our technician, is very thorough and professional... even turning over outdoor furniture (even our kids roller coaster) to spray and get rid of webs underneath, which I greatly appreciate. He also called to ask if we had any current issues or concerns. I love how user friendly their website it as well. Im a pleased customer!

The man who came and gave me the estimate was courteous, informative and on time. The young men who provided the termite service were here for over 8 hours working their tails off. They were also courteous and timely. I loved staying home and not packing up while my home was termited. I guess I will find out how effective the treatment was in a year.

Technician does a thorough job, on time and professional. He is very attentive to the special situation I have as I raise Monarch butterflies and have 30+ plants, as well as 2 California desert tortoises. They accommodate my schedule as I have to bring the tortoises inside for a few hours at the time of treatment. I greatly appreciate this company that not only helps me get rid of ants (main problem), but is environmentally friendly. 5 plus stars for Ecola!

The staff knew their products and explained what needed to be done. The 2 man crew were polite and cleaned up any mess plus put back items they moved before they left.

They performed termite inspection and mitigation and currently doing routine pest control. Staff always keep me informed of scheduled work or any delays.

I use Ecola exclusively for all my management properties as well as my own home. They are the BEST pest control company Ive ever known, and I dont have to deal with all the toxic chemicals used by other companies.

What a joke! I had to schedule & was then rescheduled FIVE TIMES!!! I had to book away 3 Saturdays in order for this appointment to actually take place. They would call the night before to say oh sorry we dont have anyone in the area....then dont set the appointment!!!! Unreal. I also paid by check and then received a bill in the mail. The guy that came out was friendly but no one that answered the phone or sent email confirmations seemed to have a clue...at all!

I had termite and pest issues in my property. Dealt with other companies but never got satisfactory service. ECOLA got rid of roaches,spiders and lawn inspected completely and at a very reasonable cost. The job was performed professionally and on time.i will use them in future and highly recommend to others .

They are the best and they use non-toxic treatments. Have been using them for years; at first in my house when termites observed in back wall of house. We chose intense heat treatments and this killed them all...and now as I have moved into a condo they do regular treatments for silverfish.
