Kenneth was on time, explained the service options and completed the work in a very neat and professional manor. We had a rat issue at my moms house and they came out regularly to clean the traps and within a month they were all gone. Not a single return due to their identification and sealing of the entry area. Kenneth also completed a termite treatment that has cleared the issue. This company rocks and I have recommended them to all my friends and neighbors. They too have used their services and are very happy with the high quality service.

Recommend. Dave is experienced professional and absolutely honest.. He will tell you frankly the truth if you don’t need one while other would prefer to charge you a lot for something you won’t need it.

No-Nonsense- Excellent name for this company and their staff! My parents are private ppl and dont post but this needs to be said. They had 3 estimates from other termite places. I ran into this office and asked some questions: to see how it works. Aranza greeted me and answered all questions making me feel like this could be different. Sure enough: two days later, Dave showed up at their home: and started with normal questions. Dave was super informative and personable. He walked the job and asked to check extensive places: pointing out old piles from the past termite places that didnt clean up after themselves. He recommended a simple but thorough treatment what would take 1 day. This ended up saving my parents over $1,800.00 from the other companies. No tenting needed! David the inspector did my termite inspection and Frank the technician came out to do the treatment.I called to do the termite treatment on the weekend, before I move in and they were able to schedule this right away.We had a mix up with the treatment type and the office cleared it up right away, which I greatly appreciated.Frank put effort when working throughout the property, and took care of extra spots not on diagram as he found them and answered my questions which was excellent.I had three termite bids when I did my inspection and I’m glad to have chosen NoNonsenseTermite.David will be back out to ensure the property was treated well which I also appreciate. Will update review!The seller has painted over a lot of damaged wood which makes it hard to ensure all termite spots are caught.Frank did a great job, thank you, I recommend them for your termite removal.

David was professional and his treatment options were both effective and cost-effective compared to other companies. There is no need to move out to tent the house. The treatment was done in one day! Great customer service. They do everything they can not to have to tent your home. They treat local areas whenever possible. Pricing is very reasonable, even if you do need tenting to get rid of your termites.

Annual inspection by Ramon S. On time, I walked him through previousexperience with his employer. He was new to our property. Did some spot treatment for ants at no extra charge. We were satisfied as usual. No termites.

The No-Nonsense Termite Company just finished treating our house on Friday. We were very happy with the service and the technicians. Alex Franco, Dave Seifelt and Andrew Serrano were all knowledgeable, efficient and personable.They inspected our house and explained the problem and what treatment would entail. The day of service, they called to tell us they were on their way and showed up on time. They were so efficient and quiet, we almost forgot they were there.We will definitely call them again for follow up. You wont find anyone better.

This company charge to my elderly grandmother thousands. the report issued by the technician said the problem was fixed. It was not. It ended up costing us and the new home buyers thousands more. The contractor did not care. You would not fix the problem without charging more money.I am very concerned about the integrity of the employees as well as their lack of professionalism.

This company really cares about you; its not just about profits. The inspector, Alex, who gave me the initial estimate was extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. He carefully pointed out all possible termite infestations, answered all my questions and thoroughly explained the treatment. He was extremely careful in his inspection and was concerned enough to find all possible problem areas.The technicians, Andrew and David, were on time, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They agreed to whatever I asked them to do (which was basically to follow Alexs recommendations). They also answered patiently all my questions. They worked efficiently and finished in much less time than I was told.This company definitely puts the customer first. I would highly recommend it for your termite control needs because, based on what I saw, I trust their integrity.

Cesar is a mgr that is not afraid to get his hands dirty. His people are equally responsible, professional and courteous. In particular, Miller, Joe and Ramon. For instance, they pick up after themselves after each day instead of waiting for the whole job to be done like other contractors. We feel at ease that the job was done right.
