The rep was super nice, very knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend if anyone is having any issues. Now this is the 1st time I’ve used them so I’m unsure if the insects are gone only time will tell.

Amazing service!! They came and got everything done in less than an hour. The gentleman (Juan) explained everything he was doing and what he was using and what insects it would effect and what would not be effected. He was amazing! Extremely happy with the service and highly recommend them!

The Orkin service provides flea, spider and even yes cockroach control. It helps reduce the population of any crawling insect from entering the house as well as the risk to your family outdoors.. Always courteous always on time highly recommended.

The tech was awesome, he asked me if I had any issues with pest, took care of early wasps Nest, cleaned all the spider webs. Refilled my bait boxes for rodents and made sure all the critters were taken care of.. great 👍 job. I always recommend Orkin to friends and family

We woke up to ants in our living room since the temperature is getting warmer so I called Orkin right away. As I was on the phone three bees appeared in the house and they got someone out in less than two hours! The technician was smart, kind, informative, and took care of the house. I highly recommend Orkin as they have taken care of us so well at all our different locations!

Up to this month the Orkin company has been great. But this round was not so professional. There were no messages about the two hour window time they would be here. They changed the date on me without even asking if it was convenient. They sent out an email after the fact, so the technician didnt even know what time he was supposed to be here.

I was sure I had bed bugs but no solid proof. I had taken a trip and slept at a motel and was confident I got bit by her hugs so I was afraid I took some with me. I had an inspector come and check he searched my home giving me peace of mind that none of what I found was from bed bugs. Gave me tips on what to look for in the future but I feel good that he found nothing. Hopefully it stays this way. He knew what to look for and I feel good that I had a professional confirm I did not have this pest in my home.

It’s summer. Time to enjoy being outside without those horrible pesky mosquitoes. So far it’s good. Hopefully with monthly service during the summer it will remain so. I received several reminders and on the day of the service the representative notified me he was on his way. He was very professional and courteous.

Our technician was very professional, including his look and demeanor. He communicated with us prior to coming. While he was here, he explained a lot of things to us as he went through the paperwork, treatment process, and understanding the nature of these pests. This was a regular service. Brian kept me informed when he would arrive with updates. Very helpful. Brian calmly listens and answers questions.and then completes spraying our yard and house. I stay with Orkin due to Brian being the best. Bugs are not an issue because of Brian knowing where to spray and using affective products.

Today was our first/initial service for mosquito control. Napoleon was very professional and courteous (and so was his trainee). I felt that they did a thorough job evaluating our property (that had massive mosquito issues last year), and they did a good job “blowing” the product throughout the property (1/3 of an acre). I considered that their application of the product was pretty “generous” in quantity so I’m looking forward to seeing the impact it will make. In any case, the interaction with Orkin was excellent so I’m at ease (and can cancel anytime if somehow unhappy).

My Orkin rep, Francisco, is very thorough. He informs me of his arrival time and once here asks about any issues or concerns. He explains the treatment process he will be doing and always confirms with me once completed. I feel he conducts himself very professionally and he is never in a hurry, making sure I am satisfied. I am very happy with his service.

Emilio was the Tech that came to my Condo. In a few weeks his great Skills Eliminated my Cockroach Problem. Frank, the guy that performed the service, was very courteous and professional. He arrived within the time window as promised and explained in detail the work to be done. This was our initial inspection and service, and thus far we are pleased.

Friendly and professional. Phone rep was knowledgeable and helpful; exterminator (Javier) explained the process and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed, and think overall I’m in good hands.

First visit was ok, follow up never happened. Scheduled follow up one day and showed up on a different day and different time. Can’t really get a hold of the branch. Their comercials are nice but the actual work is not really there yet.

I have been using this company for years and am always happy with Ralph, and staff who services my house for the prevention of pest issues.

Pretty straightforward stuff. They arrive on time, were wearing masks, do their basic spray service, and we dont worry about bugs. Not sure if there are other mitigating circumstances that make it easier for us, however we have been happy with our service.

I am having issues with something biting my son at night while hes sleeping. I called Orkin and they were able to schedule me a same day appointment. Fortunately and unfortunately their tech Greg was unable to find any bugs. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I unfortunately spent $95 for him to come out because they do not do free estimates on bed bugs, but it had to be done.Thank you Greg for your assistance.

I have Orkin inspect the outside of my house and front and back yards every 3 months for maintenance. The make full inspection and brush under the roofing for any spiders or anything else that might be there. They spray for ants and other bugs around the perimeter of the house and the perimeter of the yards. They check around trash can area and make sure the patio is clear of any problems. They let me know if f they find anything new or problematic. The same technician comes each time . That way he knows which areas are my usual problem areas. He is always on time and very thorough. He is very polite and careful especially during these Covid times. I am really happy with my technician. He is the greatest. My Orkin service is great.
