I have never used a pest service due to safety concerns for my children until now. I decided to see if there were safer options and interacted with several green or non-toxic pest companies. Many of them would not tell me what products they use or they were extremely expensive. Tina in the office was so great and immediately offered to send me the label and all of the safety data sheets for the green product they use. I so appreciated her transparency, understanding and responsiveness. I decided to move forward with a consultation. Darrial came over and gave his recommendations based on where we live and our pest issues. The quote for a bi-monthly service was less than a quarterly service with a conventional pest company! I was thrilled to get more visits, with the safe products I want, for less money! Darrial was back out a short time later and did a fantastic job manually cleaning the eaves, patio furniture, etc. as well as the actual product application. My husband came home from work and commented on how great a job he did. I am so happy to have found this company and to be working with such kind and thorough office staff and technicians!

Mason our technician was very polite, efficient and pleasant. He was even a few minutes early, which I really appreciated. I dont like waiting around. The products he used didnt have an unpleasant smell at all and wasnt over powering. Since it is natural I feel much better about using this service. Its really the key since I would suffer a few bugs if there were only toxic chemicals to keep them away. Thank goodness there are natural options around like Cura.

I have been hesitant to use a pest control company for fear that the ingredients may harm my small children. Our yard became full of spiders. After doing a little research, we came across Cura Termite and Pest control company. I love that they have a green pest control service which makes me feel better about using it around my children. Darrial is our technician. He is so helpful and knowledgeable. Since beginning our treatment last month I haven’t seen anymore spiders. Highly recommended.

Cura Termite and Pest Control had Jeremy doing the repair work of the wood damage from termites. He was a lifesaver. He did a wonderful job on replacing wood facia and a wood roof repair over the kitchen that was damaged from a water leak. He showed confidence and skillful in whatever he did and in addition was very able to express what he saw and needed to do to repair the damage. He conveyed to me that he was competent to do the work and that I did not need to worry about the result. And he was sensitive enough to clean up before leaving in the evening. Overall I was very much impressed by him and his work. I would without hesitation ask him to come back and do any work around the house knowing that he would do a professional job. He is an asset to the company which can only bring Cura a much deserved reputation. They are lucky to have him.Also there inspector Pete is an excellent, pleasant and very considerate person. Was very glad to have him on our project. Very helpful and personable individual. Great experience working with whole team. Will hire them anytime.

I have been using Cura for a little over a year now and they are amazing! I recommend them to all of my friends and family. Tina is always super prompt on answering my calls/emails, and we just got a new service person named Mason. Mason goes above and beyond for the quarterly services. I brought back some sort of mite while visiting Sequoia National Park and was getting severe bites. It infested my entire closet and bedroom. My gf told me about Cura so I decided to give them a call. The receptionist was extremely helpful in trying to get a representative to come as quickly as possible. Mason then came to my home within the day to spray and fog my room. It was one of the most pleasant customer experience that I have had in a long time. He was friendly and accommodating to all of my questions. 99% of the bugs were killed off within the first 3 days. Mason came back and did his magic again 7 days later to get rid of whatever was still left. I would highly recommend him as an agent!

Cura pest is the best. Moved into a new place with ants and they were able to get rid of the problem and explain the point of entry and prevention.I am on a bi-monthly plan and they do a thorough and good job! And the lavender scents they use smell nice.Give them a try, you will be glad you did!

Darrial comes to our house quarterly and he’s the most wonderful pest control person we’ve ever met! He understands the clients concerns and is very efficient and effective! We had a swarm of wasps also come down our chimney in between one of our service appointments and he was at our house within 24 hours double checking the situation and making sure we didn’t have a problem. Cura pest control is very well priced compared to all of the competitors and very quick at responding to your needs.

5 minutes inspection, not even go through the house and give a quote immediately. Ended up with a subcontractor (Yourway Fumigation) which do not speak English very well, very difficult to talk to. Timing is also not in control of CuraPest as it hires subcontractor. Communication is prompt, though could be more polite. Pretty meh experience.Edit: I had no incentive to lie about anything. I would not recommend this company to friends and family.

We are very pleased with our services from Cura so far! We had a bad and constant ant problem, but were hesitant to use any chemicals because we have young children. Tina and Darrial explained they would only use green solutions that didn’t leave any residual, and gave us the name of the product so we could do our own research, which we felt comfortable with. Darrial arrived promptly, was very friendly and professional, and finished up quickly with no mess. Afterwards there was an herbal smell around the house for a few hours, but it smelled natural and not bad. Since then, we have had ZERO ants! It has been wonderful! We signed up for the quarterly program. Thank you Cura!

Darrial is a great technician. He is always so friendly and positive when he comes to do a treatment. He always asks how I am doing and asks lots of questions about the treatment and the experience. It is a pleasure to have Darrial as my technician because he makes sure to make the appointment fast and easy. Also I have a dog who likes to be wild and bark when he sees new people and Darrial does not flinch and ensures my dog is comfortable as well. :)

So happy we found Cura. We moved into a new house and needed Pest control but have animals in the yard and were very concerned about toxic chemicals that could harm pets and animals that eat grass and flowers. Cura has been great and reliable. We’ve had a couple different technicians since we started the service but our most recent treatment was done by Darrial who has treated our house a couple of times. He’s great. Always arrives in the service window and is very kind and thorough. One time he even made us aware of possible termite activity he noticed while treating the house. We looked into it and found that it had been missed during the home inspection when we bought the house that the previous owners had not disclosed which allowed us to bring back the original inspector and termite extermination company to fix their work. Very thankful Darrial was there to bring this to our attention or it would have been years left untreated doing long term damage.
