Erica serviced my home today. I had called earlier to make a note that i want the technician to treat inside the house. She saw the note and called in advance. However i missed her call. Someone knocked on the door hard and I realized that Erica wanted to make sure that I answer the door. Our doorbell is out of whack so it doesnt ring. Since she got the note, she wanted to make sure that i become aware of her presence and i was so glad she did that. Furniture delivery folks rang doorbell and just left because i didnt answer but it was pre-arranged visit so they should know i am home. Ericas clear communication and effort was really the hit. Before the treatment, she explained how she was going to treat the house inside and out and she explained about the chemicals sue is about to spray outside. It was HOT today but she wore the mask the whole entire times. She was friendly and knowledgeable of her job.

Shout out to Gerardo, and Alan, who have been my two technicians. they really represent the company well. I would like to share that I really like Propest responsiveness. I also like their technicians they are extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and kind. I’ve been given a year warranty so I can’t comment yet on the thoroughness of their service but my guess is if I have an ongoing issue in that year, they will assist me. I highly recommend Propest.

We had just moved into a brand new home that was infested with mice. We were shocked, terrified, and heartbroken!! We called Pro Pacific and they sent Bert out and he was incredibly helpful and detailed!! He found exactly where they were hiding and was there for us every step of the way. We could’ve never done it without him!!!

A huge thank you is an understatement for the gratitude we have for the work you did. I read on the invoice to give it 3-5days for the poison to work fully. So as of last night we vacuumed everything, especially the mattresses. You were expensive, lol! It was well worth it, we finally had a peaceful sleep in our own bed as we had been sleeping on the couch. You were able to determine the cause of our bites and not only eliminated the problem but the source. Thank you once again.

So we wanted this job done correctly as promised!!) he checked every closure and seal and really put us at ease that indeed it was done well. We would DEFINITELY recommend this company... I called on Pro Pacific Pest Control a few months ago to address my outside “bugs”. They were immediately responsive and quick to address our issues. And, I saw evidence of dead outdoor bugs within a day! Because of that success, I brought them back to rid my yard of gophers! I’m so glad to be bug and gopher free! The company and Chris, my technician, are great communicators about arrival times and my household personal needs. The cost is reasonable and we wonder why we waited so long!

5 STAR COMPANY! Random swarm of bees showed up in my backyard yesterday & I didn’t know what to do. It was 100s of them!! I called, the tech came within an hour or so, & they took care of them problem. They also sprayed around the outside of our home to help prevent any other pests problems.Thank you so much for being very timely & professional with the situation! We have lots of kids in the house so we’re so glad we went with Pro Pacific! Took care of the problem quickly.

I’ve been using Pro Pacific for 2+ years now. Initially contacted them for ants and haven’t had many issues with them since. Pretty much, it’s just quarterly maintenance now, but they always make sure to take care of any needs I have!Inspectors are super friendly and make sure they get whatever I need done!

I dont understand how this company has almost 5 stars. Their pest control visits are only on average less than 3 minutes. Unfortunately we have a one year contract, but 6 months into that contract we still have bugs in the home. I definitely recommend looking for a different pest control company. There are better ones out there.

He was so professional and thorough, from working in the attic to working on the roof. Carpet Beetles bugs treatment. The technician Ray was very knowledgeable and thorough. We are happy to have Pro Pacific for our pest control company.

We noticed swarming around our kitchen window and under the eves. Bees were flying into a vent on the roof and into the wall. They were trying to come out from behind the outlet cover in the kitchen. As the day went on the buzzing got noticibly louder. We decided we needed to stop them from taking up residence, so we called PPPC. They came out 2 days later as scheduled. They checked out the area, sprayed and dusted the entry points, window and eves where the bees had swarmed. They told us about the pesticides they would be using and suggested we have maximum ventilation as the spray my come through the outlets in the wall. I taped those up with painters tape. They were done in under an hour. The techs were neat and clean, explained everything they needed to do and did a nice neat job. They did a soft sell pitch for a service contract which we declined. But if we have any future isdues, we know who to call.

Arrived early, was very thorough and polite. He did a good job.

Pro Pacific Pest Control was just here to spray for ants, spiders, etc. This is the second time they have been out, both times Eddy and Ruth did an excellent job. They not only sprayed the perimeter of my home for ants, they also clean under the eaves, and treat the area for spiders, roaches and other pests. They do such a great job, very professional and great service.

We spent $400 on a cockroach and bug removal service. The service required 3 separate visits, after which, we were left with a slew of dead bugs and roaches around our apartment and roach bait/goop smeared around every corner, crevasse, around our fridge and inside our drawers.We were verbally told by the 2 men who came on the first service that they would be cleaning up all dead bugs, bait/goop/poison after the service was complete. Here we are today on April 1st and we are still cleaning roach goop off our walls and electric outlets.We live in a very small apartment with 2 dogs.To say we are dissatisfied would be an understatement.Disgusting. Unprofessional and not communicative.

Recently hired Pro Pacific to perform a inspection of my home and was surprised at the amount of damage that was hidden until after the inspection. These folks are very professional, responsive and do what they say will be done very quickly. My wife and I were busy on the day that the tent was to be place over our home and actually removed the last few things from the house as they were placing all of the materials around and inside the house.I couldnt have asked for a better experience and appreciate all that they did. No need to look elsewhere.

This was my first time ever dealing with any pest home invaders (fleas). Jason was wonderful! He was genuinely concern for our family situation (indoor and outdoor fleas). He was very professional and compassionate. He explained the process and answered further questions making sure I was comfortable with the entire process. A couple of hours after the treatment we notice very little flea activity in my daughter’s room. I was pleasantly impressed when I called him. He answered right away and proceeded to remedy the situation a couple of days after by retreating indoors and outdoor porch . In addition to a secondary scheduled visit within 2 weeks after the initial visit. My family is greatly appreciative of his great effort. I am glad and relieved I took action ASAP just like Pro Pacific Pest Control did. They were fast and ready to respond efficiently!

Ricky Lopez did an excellent job. He was sensitive to my needs that I Wanted the bees to be extracted out of the wall in my house and hopefully given to an active Bee Keeper who could use a swarm. Or a new Bee Keeper just starting out that would like save some money. Unfortunately, the bees were between the brick work and a beam in the front of my house. It would cost a fortune to break out all of the brick in front of my house and try to save the structure as well. Ricky was very honest. Since Im a retired elementary school teacher on Social Security, I did appreciate his honesty.He did a great job, very efficient, of removing the bees. He was finished in around an hour. He gave me clear instructions about what to do next. Since I had some experience with bees he spoke to me in the level of a colleague. He said he would return in a couple of days to be sure the bees were gone. Not many jobs are completed at such a high level.I find your service is excellent. I have had this service done by previous companies w/o such efficiency.

When I contacted this company they set up a time to come out for an evaluation and arrived at the time indicated. An appointment was set to come out to provide treatment and they, once again, arrived at the agreed time. After treatment, I was able to converse with the company regarding concerns I had and they quickly addressed each one without delay. Have used PPPC before and just recently restarted the service. Very proffessional and kind when at my home. Would refer them to anyone who asks about extermination services.

So I scheduled a service person to come out for what I was told a free estimate. Explained that I live in mobile home and thought i might have a rat or opossum under my house. At night I hear loud scratching and chewing from my closet. I was told that they would come out and do a walk through my house and look under house to see what type of pest it was. Scott told my dad that he wasnt going to go under the house. Didnt look inside house either. Told my dad that for $266.00 he would set 3 mouse traps. Also said they dont deal with rats or opossums and that we would need to call animal control for that. Why would I give someone $266.00 when they dont know what they are treating. No written estimate. Perhaps if I had a estimate of findings I may have been more inclined to pay this for the service. What a waste of 3 days waiting for availability for someone only to do nothing. Was hoping for a better experience.
