We experienced one of the most tragic events of our lives when our garage burned down from an old refrigerator on a hot day June 30th, 2021. B&B General Construction Services was suggested by our insurance company to remove the roof before our Jeep (that also burned in the garage) could be pulled out for salvage. The first day, they had 7 guys working on the roof and it was done quickly and efficiently. The second day, only 2 guys showed up (without gloves, water, supplies, etc.) to start debris removal but they didnt get very much done. They just left piles of debris and had no dumpster to put the trash into. The next day and throughout the weekend, nobody showed up and B&B did not answer any of our phone calls until late Monday afternoon. We asked our insurance agent to find someone else because we felt abandoned.

Needed extensive work done, they inspected, looked everything over and gave us a great Quote! Efficient and professional, highly satisfied with their work.

They were very professional and gave me great customer service all around a great business and would recommend to friends and family

Poor response, didn’t respond or get any work done for over a month. They won’t respond or call back, using them is a waste of time. Went to another contractor that wanted my business and did work for half the price.

We used vacation time waiting them to come to fix the roof. No one came in and the office did not know where the worker is... Waste of our time.
