My kitchen flooded and my husband was in the hospital. Ruben and Zane came out to mitigate the water and remove all the damage. They were both amazing! They were on time every time, they explained everything and they always answered my questions. These two guys really deserve recognition for being so kind and compassionate during a very stressful time in a time when a lot of people have forgotten how to be nice. Thank you to both of them.

I contracted Environmental Services many tears ago and always paid at point of service... Invoice was given to me and a check was mailed within 5 days Herman was my service technician and always demonstrated great customer service and professionalism. When to country was struck by Covid, due to financial reasons as many people experienced, I had to put my service on hold. Recently I and asked if I could reinstate my service. After a week of no one calling me, I called back to get a status on my request... Victor the owner answered the phone. I introduced myself and explained the reason for my call. He put me on hold and when he came back he advised that I owed $50 and he could not dispatch the service truck. When I advised him that this is the 1st ive heard of this, that I was a long time customer, always paid my bill within 5 days of the point of service, and that I would look into it. He said, dont you read your emails ... also weve sent you a bill via certified mail. I began to explain that I think there might be a mis-understanding, he slammed the phone while simultaneously saying go find somebody else.Victor is very unprofessional, rude and should not be having interaction with customers. I will be advising all of my friends and family that Ive recommended and we will be taking our business somewhere else.

Very happy with Omar who was an absolute pleasure to work with. Went above and beyond to help. Anytime there is this amount of construction its alot so be wise. Wonderful experience and very professional.

The owner Don Moser is a typical fire repair hack who is only in it for the money. BEWARE !! They went to Sonoma County to build homes after the big fire in October 2017. They were not able to make money so they blamed the subcontractors and would not pay out their full contracts. Then they left town and would not honor contracts with their customers. Santa Rosa is glad to see them leave. They charged high prices and gave terrible quality and service and failed. They then put liens on customers homes and demanded more money outside what they quoted when jobs were complete.

Had a bad experience with the whole service and there contents division was horrible they damaged some valuables and the build back group took forever to get everything done wouldnt recommend there services

No idea what their services are like but they apparently think they deserve 2 spots in a parking lot thats usually full and tiny.
