Marc at Servpro really helped me out when I had a drain leak at my 8 unit apartment building. He helped guide me during a very stressful time of my life. I was very concerned about my tenants that was going through some very hard times without a kitchen and having to cook in their living room. Marc was very supportive in helping to remediate the kitchen and make it safe for my tenants. He was a real stress reliever as he helped walk me and my tenants through a bad time in our lives. Hi everyone I’m so excited to share with you this review of how amazing this Servpro was to my family and I in our time of need! So, my house flooded and we had some major mold that was actually making my children and I very sick and when I called ServPro in Garden Grove/ Anaheim a woman by the name of Maram picked up. She was like an angel, very sweet, and compassionate and she understood the urgency that I had and made sure that her team came to my house that same day. About an hour later the team came to my home and I met Marc. He was VERY knowledgeable, professional, and extremely honest to where I was so comfortable in showing him my home and the disastrous flood that we had. He picked up on my anxiety for sure and kept assuring me that our health would all be OK once we were rid of the mold.I mean I was more concerned about our health more so than the flood! He took the time to actually Google with me how all our symptoms were obviously from the mold and none of it was life-threatening but it had to be addressed. I’m just really grateful for that I mean the guy (Marc)was like a hero to me in that moment!What also was so assuring was the equipment that he had, I mean top of the line, top notch, heavy duty equipment which for sure sped up the process of drying out my flooded area!As you can imagine they completely got rid of the mold and here’s where the professionalism in their job comes to play...they completely sectioned off that area of my home! Basically they were able to remove the mold and they removed all the damaged drywall, flooring, carpeting & just everything while we were still living in the house!!! We were completely safe even though they were doing some major demolition to remove just all the damaged area and the mold.During this whole process I was just so worried thinking this mold and this damage is like the worst ever and Marc kept reassuring me that he has seen worse, he’s dealt with worse and he has this completely under control. I mean he took every care to make sure that I was calm, comfortable and at every moment I understood what was going on and what they were doing.I can’t thank Maram and Marc and the entire ServoPro staff there enough for just taking such good care of my family and I and restoring my home!Coming home now, thanks to all of them, for sure its home sweet home for us! My experience with this SERVPRO was nothing short of spectacular! I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment. Mark, the owner, is very knowledgeable regarding fixing damaged property (I had a water leak) and dealing with insurance companies. I’m an anxious individual, Mark realized this, and answered all my numerous questions. Mark kept all his appointments, was on time, and was respectful of my property. Your job will get done,and get done properly, if Mark and his team are doing it.

Had water damage on the roof of my house that eventually leaked into one of my bedrooms. Marc was very informative and walked me through all the steps in regards to preparation and timeline it would take to test my house for mold. Once job was completed I was notified immediately with the test results and given certification of clearance to submit to my insurance company. I would recommend ServPro to my family and friends. Our condo flooded from a ruptured pipe in my neighbors upstairs bathroom. I contacted ServPro and although it was a Saturday evening, Marc said he would come out within the hour and he did. He was very informative, things that you never think of he gave us so much information! The days that followed he and his assistant came to our home on a daily basis, to check on the equipment and the status of the our home.
