This was our 1st time doing a project like this and that we didnt know what to expect going into it. Peter was our main contact and was very helpful in explaining the method . They were very professional from day one. We felt the value of the project was very reasonable. the planning process went well and was very collaborative. one among the simplest aspects of their work is their reliability. They showed up a day and on time until the project was completed. The project was finished on time and within the initial budget. well definitely use Advanced Construction & Restoration again.

We used Advanced Construction and Restoration these past 3 months and they did a great job for us. The owner is Peter and at the out-set he told us that our home would become even more beautiful than before. Our home needed major restoration after a great deal of damage was done to our downstairs due to a water pipe that had burst. We would certainly use this firm again without any hesitation. Easy to work with and his team provided highest quality of work at a very reasonable price. Peter and his group take tremendous pride in their work and the restoration project was completed on time and slightly below what we had planned to pay. He saved us money in several areas without sacrificing quality. Project went smoothly from start to finish. Professional firm providing quality workmanship at a fair price.

Loved everything I need my bedroom a makeover so I went to advanced construction and restoration. Needed alot to do since it was a popcorn ceiling and cork wall and two new doors. After 1 week there was significant changes to my room, i absolutely loved it! Dont hesitate to come here you will be satisfied.!

Great work, very professional when it come to service. I really loved how they did an excellent job on my kitchen cabinets, and my new bathroom Remodeled just how I liked it. In the midst of all this pandemic madness, we suffered a pipe leak. We had to remove furniture from the house, go through water restoration, replace dry wall, re-skim/re-paint the entire living room ceiling, re-texture walls/ceiling, paint the entire living room etc.This was not easy while quarantined to the house with two professionals working from home along with a baby and a four year old. The saving grace was we couldnt have asked for a more professional, considerate and attentive contractor.The work is immaculate! They know their way well around insurance cases or just a voluntary remodel. They wore masks, plastic(ed) off the working areas tightly and disinfected everything.Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to my closest family and friend

Finally decided to restore my kitchen and do a little upgrade and I have to say I’m definitely please with the outcome. Very punctual and professional, 10/10 job would definitely recommend!
