The experience here at Vivere lofts has been excellent. I appreciate the timely manner in which request are completed as well as the maintenance of the common grounds. I’ve met Juan, Jerry, and Alex whom have kept the Lofts up to date and clean. I’d also like to commend Kitsia for always taking care of everything we need. It’s also a plus she keeps us informed on new and upcoming events going on at the lofts. Overall experience has been superb.

I have been living here since 2018 . I have not regretted it! This is by far the best apartment I have ever lived it! The staff is amazing Juan, Alex and Gerardo are really professional and respectful Kitsia is the person to go for all the questions you have, excellent attention. It really makes me feel home! They are quick to act on all requests such as parking passes, facilities concerns, and general questions! The property is always clean and quiet and a great place to live! Keep up the good work!!

Our Maintenance team here at Lofts is exceptional. Both Juan & Alex are excellent, they fixed everything quickly and efficiently. Theyre great guys who are always willing to help out. We are lucky to have their expertise. 5 stars for Juan and Alex, I appreciate them.

We’ve been living here for almost 3 years now and we are satisfied. It’s lovely coming in and the first person that you see is Kitsia. She always has a smile on her face and is so friendly. My daughter runs to her just to say hi every time she sees her. Kitsia is also fast at getting the maintenance personnel to my apartment whenever we need anything. Which leads me to them, the maintenance personnel here is amazing! All of them are very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. Alex, Juan and Gerry have always been so attentive with their jobs. They all really go out of their way to be helpful. Lastly, the Flats crew, Audrey, Jason,Mallory and Stephanie are great. When the Loft office is closed, they jump right in and help. We really appreciate you all.

I love this place so much to do around here we have the angels stadium next to us and lots of restaurants deff recommend the main reason for this review also is to shout out the maintenance tech Alex he is amazing been here for a few years and he has gone above and beyond to take care of this property hes been here late nights when ever theres emergencys he is always the one to show up and make sure it gets taking care off Im so happy he is here makes me and my family have a peace of mind .

The staff member that stands out the most here is from the maintenance department. Alex has been here for quite some time and has never changed. He is very courteous and helpful. Willing to go above and beyond.

My family and I live here, I love the pool and hot tub, nice closets, and bathrooms. The Vivere staff is very helpful and kind. Some of the amazing staff are Kitsia, Audrey, Juan, Alex, and Jerry.

I have been at the Vivere Loft for a couple of years, and it has been a pleasent experience. @Kitsia is super friendly and helpful; she always goes above and beyond to help out. And the maintenance team is amazing @Juan and @Alex always attend and resolve any and all maintenance issues.

Just moved in about 2 months ago with my fiancé and it is a great place to live! Friendly staff (front office Kitsia, maintenance help Alex, gerraldo) and neighbors. Also central location to Disney, Angel stadium, Honda Center, and much more. Highly recommend this place.

My adult son and I are very happy here. It has a high energy vibe for him and massive master suite for me! The great high ceilings catch youre eye upon entry. I am delighted to have so much kitchen storage capacity. Management has always been quick to respond and understanding in these crazy COVID days.Only 4 stars because of the neighborhood but they cant really help that.

Honestly the best apartment building Ive ever lived in. First, in terms of customer service the front desk staff has always been more than kind and generous with their time. Be it a package or out of town conflict they always are quick to respond and help. Jason and Stephanie in particular have been more Vivere Saints. Ive had two small maintenance issues with a sink and both times after submitting the request they were fixed within an hour. Second, in terms of facilities I love my apartment. I have not had one issue with loud or messy neighbors. There have been time to time issues with our parking security gate but they seem to be proactively trying to solve that problem. I hope at some point if it persists they see the value added in just replacing the gate. I also wish that they had a recycling program. It Otherwise I have enjoyed my life at Vivere without any minor or major hiccups. They really match up with the latin roots of Vivere.

Nice building. Slowest elevator I have ever used. Very noisy area with traffic and construction work near by. But worst of all is the poor customer service. Good luck getting any of your issues addressed in a timely manner.

Beware of ScamThis apartment complex is nothing but pets and marijwana heaven.They tell you it is non smoking ! it is a LieThey tell you they have security ! it is a LieThey tell you it is Safe and secure! it is a Liethe club house is always out of coffee and cups.the employees in the office always playing with the phones.the grounds always dirty. Very RUDE manager.Trust my experience or come and fall for the trap!!!!!

I have found the staff nothing but helpful, caring and very attentive. They go out of their to solve any problem you may have. I have also NEVER seen homeless people around the complex let alone inside... someone is definitely trying to give a bad image where there isnt.

Have been trying to reach the front desk and no one will answer the dang phone! Im so surprised at the complete lack of customer service. Overpriced and understaffed or under-trained. Or maybe this is just a reflection of California? Will someone please answer the phone?

I was highly interested in leasing one of the units. I stopped by 3times to try to view and get information about this place. Each time I spoke with Mitchell and on the 3 occasions he took down my phone number. Each different time I was given the run around on the apartment not being ready then to come back. When I came back that the apartment was already leased ect... Some times I would call no answer. Email only answered once. A couple of times I could even get in the building because they never answered the call box.The bottom line... It looks like a nice building but management is unprofessional and judgemental from my experience. They dont follow up. No return calls. They try to explain to me how to hold an apartment on line after the fact they I complained via email. you get better customer service from other neighboring buildings.

I love living here. Beautiful spacious luxury apartment, location is great and very convenient, office staff is great and property/community maintenance is great.

DONT MOVE HERE!! This place is like a trap. Right after they leased all the units in the complex vivere started a expansion right next door. The CONSTRUCTION is soooo LOUD!!!! So dusty and SMOG in the air.There has also a lot of robberies in the parking garage.The management say they want to help but never really get anything done. Nice people though.I wish I could leave but they trapped me in the lease. Cooperate monsters!

So when i first moved here in may i thought this place was going to be a great place to live. i rented the pent house loft and was very happy for about a month until construction started in june. its part of the VIVERE EXPANSION in the lot over. there is so much NOISE ITS RIDICULOUS!!! they start at 7am sharp with all the heavy machinery and bulldozers.THE SMOG IS CHOKING! i dont open any windows and the DUST and SMOG creep inside.Besides the inconvenience of construction its UNSAFE. belongings are constantly being stolen and Ive seen homeless people bathe in the pool area! DISGUSTING!i tried dealing with the management but they dont gov you any options and are forcing me to complete my lease or PAY $6500 to break my lease!DONT MOVE HERE unless you dont mind paying TOP DOLLAR to live in a NOISY, DANGEROUS, SMELLY apartment complex.

AWFUL customer service. I have tried to reach someone at the front desk for 2 days - calling 5-10 times and no one answers. It was even turned over to the answering service during business hours. I had an emergency regarding a package being delivered and could not reach a person!!!
